FATHER Speaks on the Mystery of the Indivisibility of America

FATHER DIVINE speaks on themes including Americanism as the amalgamation of all nations, saying “We are happy to demonstrate and to portray the Mystery of the Indivisibility of America” and asserting that “The time is not far distant when Uncle Sam shall bring an end to that line of demarcation, and the immigration barriers, all tariffs and immigration barriers shall come down, and the peoples of the earth shall be free eventually to unite in the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave, where there will be no more warfare and no more bloodshed. …This is democracy in action.”

Given Dec. 14, 1949 at 8:30pm in the Crystal Dining Room of the Divine Lorraine Hotel, Philadelphia, PA. Peace Mission CD 19-26, track 1.
