Mr. John Wesley:
Peace FATHER; Peace, MOTHER; Peace, Everyone: I do not always rise all the time to testify, but at this time I want to give YOU thanks and praises for all that YOU have done and are doing for me! I can never forget the many things YOU have done for me, FATHER. When I came around years ago I did not have any home; I was out doors. I did not have a meal even. I went hungry three long days without a mouthful to eat. So it is enough and little that I could do to give YOU thanks and praises for Your Goodness and Your Mercy and Tender Compassion that YOU had upon me as well as hundreds and thousands and many more throughout the universe!
At that time I needed GOD! I did not know no more than anybody else knows, where FATHER was or Who HE was, but HE sent His Spirit out and called me out of Mt. Morris Park in New York City and told me where to go to get food! It is wonderful! At that time it was wonderful!
I want to thank YOU, FATHER, to be able to give praise at this time to thank YOU for Your Goodness to me and everybody else! Had YOU not come I would not be here! On the strength of it YOU made us law-abiding citizens, Honest, Competent and True! Paid up all bills that we owed that we could not pay and had nothing to pay it with because we could not get work at that time!
I want to thank YOU that YOU came and made a way out of no way, and YOU set the Table for everybody, because YOU only fed the Staff at that time of the meetings of the Righteous Government -- and the same Table YOU had cleared off, and all the bums and myself were there to gather, as a bum, and we sat down at that same Table and ate the same food that the LORD GOD of Heaven was serving to His Staff and Himself! YOU did not ask for anything, FATHER, YOU did not say a word -- just said, "Come and dine!" YOU gave me food and YOU gave me shelter! YOU gave me work, GOD, and caused me to work and pay as I go and owe no man! YOU caused me to get straight with the world, and I could walk upright before GOD and man and live soberly at this present time!
I don't talk so much, FATHER, as I used to in the meeting some time -- mostly singing, because everybody knows my testimony -- and I could not say just if I am right or wrong; but to me I have been trying to still myself and live down what I have put out already; and if the Spirit moves me, I come forth with thanks, because I could never tire of giving YOU Thanks and Praises for what YOU have done! I want to thank YOU, FATHER, and thank YOU, MOTHER! Thank YOU!
(It was shortly after this testimony that our Beloved Savior delivered this beautiful Sermon, profound in meaning, to the supreme delight and pleasure of one and all, speaking as follows:)
PEACE EVERYONE! Good Health, Good Will, A Good Appetite; Good Manners and Good Behavior, All Success and All Prosperity; Life, Liberty and the Reality of Happiness; All Wisdom, All Knowledge and All Understanding! These and all other Blessings to you I AM bringing!
A little while ago when Mr. Wesley was testifying, I thought of how marvelous it is to have and enjoy the very Same Rights. Not only so, but to have the One in your midst that has been declared to be the Dean of the Universe! (Thunderous applause sanctions this.) The One of Whom you can think on vividly, conscientiously and sincerely -- matters not what your ailments may be, they will all depart from thee -- that is, if your heart and your mind is in tune and willing to live according to same -- the One of Whom you are thinking upon!
I further wish to say in reference to the Dean of the Universe, One that can automatically, scientifically and intuitively and voluntarily and yet volitionally teach All Wisdom, All Knowledge and All Understanding! When Mr. Wesley spoke of how those among them and those of whom he was among, living in lacks, wants and limitations, living in adverse and undesirable conditions -- I set forth a lesson of practical psychology on the science, or in the science of Abundance, and put it forth as a lesson for others!
Those with whom you have come in contact have been in lacks and wants and limitations, but every one of them that has adhered to My Teaching and have been abiding in the Spirit of My Presence and conscious of It, automatically matters are adjusted satisfactorily and they are blessed with the Abundance of the Fullness, and still I AM teaching this PRACTICAL COURSE in PSYCHOLOGY -- Aren't you glad! -- giving you something to VISION, something to VIVIDLY VISUALIZE and THINK UPON; not only mentally and spiritually but materially and economically! Everyone of whom will VISION THIS ABUNDANCE in this course, and will APPLY IT to their lives vividly, conscientiously and sincerely, it will produce the very LIKENESS of what we are experiencing! (Load applause resounds.)
The lion-faced man did not produce all of the likeness of what could be reproduced, for it is just as operative and expressive for others as it was for him! Can you not see the mystery? ("Yes, FATHER Dear!" came the reply.) The likeness of the lion was shaped, fashioned and formed, according to the story, in the exact likeness of the lion upon which his mother looked upon! Yet it is as much production and reproduction in visualization and concentration as it was with his mother and within himself; in the forming of himself the same likeness can be reproduced. Aren't you glad! ("So glad!" came the reply.)
This Abundant Life is not confined to the economic side of life alone but it fills all space and absent from none, since GOD is Omnipresent and yet Ever Present. GOD can reproduce the likeness in your experiences and cause you to never again be in lacks, wants and limitations. I AM doing a quick work and cutting it short in Righteousness! (Loud applause rings out.) Those that look upon ME in all sincerity, they had never been in lacks and wants and limitations again, for I said to Simon, "I give you the Keys of the Kingdom, and that which thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in Heaven!" Aren't you glad! ("So glad, LORD!" came the reply.) I have loosed on earth in you the Abundant Life psychologically, mentally and spiritually, and for your material sustenance and existence I have loosed before your mind's eye the Abundance of the Fullness of the Consciousness of Good and you find no space vacant of the Fullness thereof!
Just the food upon this table, you have seen it served tonight on a small degree in comparison to what it is, at times, when all of the Tables are filled to capacity, but yet you behold the Abundance of the Fullness of the Consciousness of Good flowing like a river and extending this way and that way, until you did not have room to receive it! ("So true, GOD Almighty!" came the joyous exclamation.)
It is a quotation in the Scripture; not only a quotation but it is a prediction, where Malachi said that I say, "Try ME and see if I will not open you the windows of Heaven and pour you out a Blessing, there will not be room to receive it !" I do not customarily quote that full quotation because someone might think I'M requesting them to give ME something -- but the quotation is there, and those of whom have done it in all sincerity, they find they do not have room to receive the Blessings! ("So true!" came the response midst loud applause.) Aren't you glad! ("So glad!" sanctions the Congregation.)
'No man has forsaken all he has, for My Sake, lest he gain an hundredfold more in this present time.'
an hundredfold more -- an hundred times as much in this present time. --
'and in the world to come, Life Everlasting!'
Now aren't you glad to observe the unfoldment of the multiple Blessings extended?
("Yes, LORD!" came the response.) And as I have sung by composition
as a declaration and yet a prediction:
'There are millions and millions of Blessings
Every day they are multiplied by as many more!
There are billions of Blessings,'
and from billions to trillions, and from trillions to quadrillions, and from
quadrillions to quintillions, and from quintillions on up to octillions, and
from octillions to decillions - - every day they are Multiplied by as Many More!
It may not seem possible, but if you do not receive them it's because you are
not multiplying them!
'For your Asking, GOD will Give, and for Giving Thanks, GOD will Increase the Blessings HE has Given you!'
And for Giving Praise Continually in All Sincerity, your Blessings are Multiplied
by as Many More! Aren't you glad! ("So glad!" came the reply.) And
they are Continually Multiplied, over and over again, until you do not have room
to receive them! Aren't you glad! ("Yes, LORD, so glad!" came the joyous
reply.)
Then I say, it is a privilege to live in this Recognition and realize, as CHRIST in the Sonship Degree gave Simon the Keys of the Kingdom, I have given all of My True Adherents and even those who are not true, I have given them the Keys, so that they might unlock the Heaven's Door and unlock the doors of All underground treasures and every place where there is a Blessing! Aren't you glad! ("So glad, GOD Almighty!" came the response.)
'That which thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in Heaven and that which thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in Heaven!'
It is a privilege to be Partakers of these Blessings and be the Enjoyers to Enjoy
these Blessings, even as Others, for they are so Freely Given! Aren't you glad!
("Yes, so glad!" came the reply.)
'That which thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in Heaven. That which thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in Heaven!'
So then I say, live in this Recognition, and as you see the Abundance of Supply
Bountifully and Multiple-ly Supplied, vision these Blessings and to you they
will be equivalently given! (Loud applause resounds.)
When I was blessing or serving the Table it was just marvelous to behold how the Abundance of the Fullness was flowing such as no man can give! ("So true!" came the response.)
Then I say, live in this recognition, and if you have never seen such an expression, take this practical course of Psychology! Just one lesson will be sufficient! Can you not see the mystery? ("Yes, LORD!" came the reply.) The woman that saw the lion one time, she reproduced in her likeness the likeness of the lion! Can you not see the mystery? ("Yes, so true!" came the reply.) Just one course of this Truth in Practical Psychology in the way of Supply, you will be Bountifully Supplied and you will be able to go forth in the world, from now henceforth, if you live thus accordingly, and lack or want no more! Aren't you glad! ("Yes, yes, so glad!" came the response.)
That likeness of a lion, it did not take her years to take that course. It was just a simple lesson as she saw the lion; according to the statement and the record given, she was frightened at the lion. That was just one lesson in practical psychology! You Reproduce just what you Vision Vividly, and verify My often rehearsed statement and motto for your consideration:
'The thing you vividly visualize, you tend to materialize!'
