The Holy Communion Table
at The Circle Mission Church, Panama.
This Masterful Sermon -- really two Messages in one -- serves as an Ultimatum to the World at large and humanity in general in the fields of religion and politics, to pick up their dropped stitches in the garment of Salvation and mend the ways of their ancestors and leaders, in order that those of such a heritage might live!
Truly can the world declare today that this is GOD'S Administration and it is being felt the world over as GOD Almighty asserts His Righteous Rule and Reign over the hearts and minds of the children of men, and, through His Condescension, leads and guides them into the Right Path even as this Glorious Sermon does!
Read, therefore, these vital Words of Spirit and Life, and awake into this Light of Righteousness which enables you, in turn, to obtain a New Birth of Freedom under GOD and the Right to Life Eternal as True Sons and Daughters of GOD!
O Precious Redeemer and Dean of the Universe, we truly thank THEE!

(FATHER speaks as follows:)
PEACE EVERYONE! Good Health, Good Will, a Good Appetite; Good Manners, Good Behavior, All Success and All Prosperity; Life, Liberty and the Reality of Happiness! These and all other Blessings, I have them, and so freely given them!
At this particular instance I have arisen to say, it is good to be here in the Unity of the Spirit, of Mind, of Aim and of Purpose and to live in the Consciousness of it and the Consciousness of GOD'S Actual Presence, realizing that this little composition is a Living Reality and no longer just merely sung as music or a message demonstrated, declared as a drama, but as a Living Reality all can realize just what you have seen and what you have heard by the Spirit of GOD'S Presence producing all of the Desirable Conditions mentally, spiritually and physically for the people! I thank you.
At this instance I thought I would read a few verses of the sixth chapter of St. Matthew for your consideration. This is done for the benefit -- at least read, whichever, and I AM doing this at this instance -- reading this Message -- so as to lay a Foundation for the Salvation of the people.
There are many of whom have made great sacrifices. Many have denied themselves in a great measure. Some have even so much as given their bodies to be burned as a sacrifice, in a way of speaking, but yet if they do not have Charity -- Love -- and Love unadulterated -- it profits them nothing! Many have striven to contribute to the poor -- sell their goods, and the like, and give to the poor -- but if they do not live exactly according to the Gospel, it may profit them nothing!
Therefore, My Fellow Citizens, Hearers, Members, Followers and Friends, it is well worth considering what I AM about to say -- the Message as given to the world - - all of Christendom -- on the Mountain!
Jesus went up in the Mountain and gave that Sermon never to be forgotten but to be remembered throughout all eternity -- the Hope and the Salvation of many! This is one of the chapters that consists of the Sermon of Jesus in the Mountain. I wish to read this for your consideration, for there be many who may call themselves Followers, may call themselves Members of our Churches, who may be cut off of the stage of action all because of the violation of the Commandments of GOD as given in this Sermon. Beginning at the first verse, it says:
(FATHER reads from the Holy Bible:)
'Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them; otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.
'Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, they have their reward.
'But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what the right hand doeth.'
(FATHER pauses and says:)
That is the Commandment of GOD for the children of men all under Christendom; at least, it is -- in other words, it is for the world at large but especially for those who call themselves Christians as Followers and Believers in CHRIST, in GOD! Can you not see the mystery? "Otherwise, they have no reward!" It is plainly depicted here! And "Let not your left hand know what you right hand doeth!"
Some who have called themselves Followers of Mine here, there and elsewhere think they have done something good. They get up and boast about it; try to tell others what they have done and what they are doing. They have cut themselves off of the stage of action and they can rest assured unless they get off of that line they cannot inherit the Kingdom of GOD!
As I have often said, the Sermon on the Mount -- in other words, in the Mount -- was the Sermon upon which Christianity was founded. The Sermon on the Mount is the Sermon upon and in which the Peace Mission Movement is founded! Each and every person or believer or follower who desires to inherit Eternal Life and to be protected by the Promise of GOD, they must live Exactly according to the Life and the Teaching of CHRIST as given in the Sermon in the Mount! ("Yes, LORD!" came the quick response.)
So I thought to call your attention to the fact and let you and others know, who have been going around boasting about what they have done for the poor, for the Cause, for others. Any charitable act or deed that you may do or have done, if you have told anything about, anyone anything about it, you have deprived yourself of your blessing from GOD, for which you should have looked diligently to GOD conscientiously and sincerely and GOD alone for your reward!
(FATHER takes up the Holy Bible again, saying:) First verse (FATHER reads:)
'Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven!'
(FATHER then says:)
You will not have any reward of your FATHER which is in heaven! If you do anything you think to be or consider to be Good, or if it is Good and you do not consider it to be good, if you sound a trumpet and do contrary to this first verse right here, you have no reward of your FATHER which is in heaven, wheresoever heaven may be! Can you not see the mystery? ("Yes, GOD Almighty!" came the declaration from the Congregation.)
I may try to save you as I have Personally apparently, tried to save many, but they were predestined to Death and Destruction; they could not inherit the Blessings! Can you not see the mystery? ("Yes, LORD!" came the earnest reply. FATHER again reads:)
'Therefore, when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, they have their reward.'(
FATHER then says:) Can you not see mystery? ("Yes, FATHER Dear!"
came the declaration from one and all.) But the last of the three verses stressful
to be considered (FATHER again reads from the Holy Bible):
'But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth!'
(FATHER then says)
That is plain; it is not a matter of mystery, but it plainly tells you, "Let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth!" If you do you are cutting yourselves off of the stage of action and from the blessing of coming into possession of that Blessing wherein it is predestined to be for those who trust GOD implicitly, conscientiously and sincerely -- if they do those things according to the Will of GOD and let no man know what you do! That puts many on the spot, doesn't it? It is something to consider! ("Yes, LORD!" came the unanimous exclamation.)
"Let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth!" If it would have just said that and left it, it would have been sufficient to let you know you should not even let your fellow brother or fellow sister know what you do, if it is anything you are doing good! If it is anything you do bad, you should let them know that, for it is written,
'He that covereth his sins shall not prosper but he that confesseth them shall have mercy!'
That is why many times those of the ill-persons; prostitutes and gangsters and murderers, are blessed, in a great measure, because they do not try so much to HIDE their sins as a good many of those who call themselves Christians and true Jews and representatives of religion otherwise! A good many of them will try to hide their sins, both in Judaism and also in Christianity! You are not to hide your sins but to confess them before GOD and man, but hide your GOOD DEEDS, like the little boy on the opposite side throws a stone and hides his hand. You should throw a GOOD DEED at another and HIDE YOUR HAND and not allow anyone to know what you have done that is GOOD! See the mystery? ("Yes, Sir, FATHER Dear!" came the responsive exclamation.)
I thought to call your attention to the fact because it is needful! There are many have deprived themselves of Life and Health and Happiness through self-exaltation; through that mind that desires to and tries to get honor and praise of men. They have their reward! From GOD they will get none! Can you not see the mystery? ("Yes, GOD Almighty!" came the response. FATHER indicates the Holy Bible opened to the sixth chapter of St. Matthew as HE says:) And this goes on to tell you about the way you should pray; it tells you, following, how you should fast, and the like.
The majority of those of My followers do pray according to the Gospel. They do not get in the Church or Synagogue and shout to the top of their voices when they are praying. You never see them getting down on their knees shouting to the top of their voices when they are praying, if ever! Some say, "FATHER DIVINE'S Followers never pray." The Bible says,
They may be praying in every deed and in every action but in the silence and in the Spirit; because if you are praying to GOD you should "pray to GOD in secret and HE that seeth in secret Himself shall reward you openly!"
These thoughts are well worth considering! Now the majority of you will obey that Command. I do not see you in any of our Churches or in other Churches customarily getting down on your knees or standing up in the Church shouting to the top of your voices so that you might be heard for blocks away, praying to GOD for Blessings you may need, or praying for the Blessings someone else may need. But whatsoever you do ask of GOD, you may do it in all sincerity but in secrecy! GOD Who seeth in secret rewardeth you openly! I see you have plenty of houses and lands and airplanes and everything else that life demands -- that which you have prayed for; but yet you did not shout on the top of the house, neither sound your trumpet in praying so everybody else could hear what you were praying for, but you did get RESULTS and now you can rejoice and be glad for your Salvation has truly come! ("So true, GOD Almighty!" exclaimed the joyous congregation.)
That part is done commonly among you, refusing to pray openly or publicly so everybody will know what you are praying for, when it plainly says right here, "Pray to the LORD in Secret! Enter into your closet and when the door is shut, pray to the LORD in Secret, and HE that seeth in secret Himself shall reward you Openly!" ("So true, LORD!" came the unanimous response.)
What a privilege to live in such a Recognition and to get such rewards as this one and millions of others! Such reward! The reward if you have prayed for something to eat! You can plainly see that we have that prayer answered, but yet you did not hear us praying for it! The reward of plenty of clothes to wear and plenty of automobiles in which to ride! Those are some of the things that you can see daily that we have, and you did not hear us shouting to the top of our voices, "Oh, GOD, come down here now and bless us with an automobile in which to ride!" or "Bless us with food and shelter!" or "Bless us and our children with food and raiments." You do not hear us shouting like that, but all the little children around here have something to eat! All of them have comfort and convenience, and that is not all! You have not seen anything yet to what you will see, for I have not done anything yet to what I will do in the way of Blessings to Others and to You! I thank you.
(Loud applause and thunderous cheering rang out as our LORD paused; then when the noise had somewhat subsided, FATHER spoke once more as follows:)
PEACE EVERYONE! Before I take My Seat I would just like to say in reference to the retribution, as in that interview that was proofread, how it comes to those who rebel against GOD: I would like to say as I did say, "As with an individual, so with a nation; and as with nation, so with all nations combined!" It is no way of getting around it for it is plain to see as written:
'I AM the LORD thy GOD, AM a jealous GOD. I AM visiting the iniquities of the fathers upon the children from the third to the fourth generation of them that hate ME!'
You can see the organizational fathers' descendants suffering and dying! You
can see the national descendants of the fathers and the mothers of their ancestors
suffering and dying! Think of the whole nation of Germany and the whole nation
of Italy, the whole nation of Japan, how they had arisen and waned because their
ancestors and professional and organizational and political and national fathers
sinned and imposed it upon their descendants and preached it and propagated it
until their descendants were converted into such as their ancestors propagated!
-- into Hitlerism, into Fascism, and some into the Isms of Religion from the
Ancestral Religions from which they came! Can you not see the mystery? ("Yes,
LORD!" came the answering declaration.)
They are suffering now from their sins and the iniquities of their ancestors! I mean, professional ancestors -- I mean, organizational ancestors -- I mean, national ancestors! If they would but see their father's errors and be converted out of Hitlerism, converted out of Fascism, converted out of Nazism and all of the Isms that spell Division, into the Recognition of GOD'S Actual Presence, and be New Creatures Organizationally as well as Individually, they will ESCAPE the transgressions and the iniquities of their ancestors! Can you not see the mystery? ("Yes, GOD Almighty!" exclaimed the entire congregation.)
It is not a question about it, it is plain to see! Can you not see the mystery? ("So true!" verified the assembly.) How millions and millions in the European Countries have suffered because of Hitlerism! They were converted into Hitlerism! He preached it so vividly continuously, conscientiously and sincerely until millions were converted into Hitlerism, and they themselves and their physical offspring from their own lineage and lineages, they suffered and are dying now because of the Doctrine of Hitlerism. Can you not see the mystery? ("Yes, LORD!" came the reply.)
Therefore, out of these isms that the ancestors and promulgators of such isms have preached and taught in all of their schools of learning, if you are not born out of those isms, and have a New Birth of Freedom, you make yourselves subject to the destruction that fell and had befallen those upon and of your ancestors of partisan parties, and the like because,
'I AM visiting the iniquities of the fathers upon the children from the third to the fourth generation of them that hate ME!'
But vice-versalate that Assertion and come a little nearer to Righteousness,
'. . . but I AM showing Mercy unto thousands of them that love ME and keep My Commandments.'
What a privilege to live in such a Recognition, and to be the Offspring of Ancestors and Organizations that have propagated Democracy, Brotherhood and Christianity and are Born of the Same -- that you as the offspring might have Life Eternal by GOD showing Mercy unto thousands of you that love ME and keep My Commandments!
You can look about yourselves and see the offspring of different religions and different organizations, even civic and social organizations; they have offspring! They also have children, I say! And they, the offspring of those Unconstitutional and Un- American Organizations, they must Pay the Penalty of their Ancestors unless they are born out of that adamic state of consciousness and live in a New State of Being!
Nicodemus was a man who was a leader of the people, but when he came to Jesus by night, Jesus said,
There are many of the different organizations and their descendants and offspring must be born again or perish in their sins! Can you not see the mystery? ("Yes, LORD!" came the instant response.)
Scripturally it is declared and depicted very explicitly,
'In Adam all die, so shall in JESUS CHRIST all be made alive!'
Although I did say, "It is not a crime to dislike a person but it is felonious
to hate a nation" -- that it to say, to hate the nation without a cause
or dislike the nation without a cause. But the isms wherein they have been converted,
it causes each in that nation, at times, to be partakers of the sins and iniquities
of their ancestors; and all are imputed under sin because of the transgression
and iniquities of their ancestors; because they did adhere to the doctrine of
the ancestors and their leaders of the nation, of the government and of the country
wherein such violence and inhumanity had access. By such doctrine they propagated
the very nature and the spirit of the ancestors into the lives of the offspring;
and the offspring and children of their offspring were partakers of the nature
and characteristics of the ancestors in those nations, because they had propagated
and preached it so vividly until they were converted into that ism -- Hitlerism!
-- Fascism! ("So true!" sanctioned the assembly.)
Many were converted into Hitlerism, and their offspring -- individual offspring -- must suffer the penalty unless they are converted out of it! For if they are converted out of those cursed isms of their ancestor religions and ancestor nationalities and ancestor organizations, they will not be made subject to the curses that are befalling the nations' descendants, but they are the offspring of them!
You see the mystery? ("Yes, LORD!" came the response.) It is a privilege to live in such a Recognition and to be born in such and of such an ism that gives you the Victory over sickness, sorrow, pain and death by freeing you from prejudice and selfishness and all of those abominable isms such racism, nationalism and such as Fascism and such as savagery, brutality and all of the isms that have been preached and promulgated, wherein many have been converted. If they have been converted into those isms it is essential for them to be born out of those isms; for I did say,
'In Adam all die!" and "By the disobedience of one man sin came into the land!" and "By sin death passes upon all men!'
Can you not see the mystery? ("Yes, yes, GOD Almighty!" declared the
entire assembly.)
'But in JESUS CHRIST all shall be made alive!'
When they are born out of that Adamic state of consciousness, and are no longer
subject to Adamism and to any of his offspring, then you are made New Creatures,
by the New Birth of Freedom that GOD Himself is giving!
I need not say more at the instance. I believe I have said enough to stir up your pure minds and to cause you to search the Scripture, if you wish to, for it is the essential thing to do!
'Search the Scripture, for in them ye think ye have Eternal Life, and they are they that testify of ME!'
Therefore I say, be born out of that Adamic state of consciousness -- Adam state
of consciousness -- and be born into the CHRIST Consciousness, and be made New
Creatures by the New Birth of Freedom that GOD Himself will give them; and you
will be in that Number with Victory over death, the "other place" and
the grave -- and naught will be able to hurt you nor harm you if you are truly
a New Creature! See the mystery? ("Yes, FATHER Dear!"
declared the adoring congregation.) So take these thoughts to consideration and
I will be with you!
Just look over in the European Countries where all of the warlords ruled the people -- promulgated and propagated division, segregation and discrimination and racism and all such until they infected the minds of humanity in general with that prejudice and division that was and is contagious and yet it is corruptible and destructive! It will destroy all of the people who will live in such a conversion and such a religion of those isms unless they are born OUT of them! I thank you, I thank you, I thank you! (As FATHER said this HE resumed His seat, 'midst applause, only to rise once more to say:)
PEACE EVERYONE! In the conclusion of this little Service we would like to say, I did call your attention to the sixth chapter of Saint Matthew, beginning at the first verse -- from the first to the third verses -- and especially read those verses for your consideration. But, more so, it is also essential and well to be considered that you all should read this chapter from START to FINISH -- but especially those verses I quoted and the subject of which I stressed so vividly in your consideration.
Take these thoughts to consideration and retrace your thoughts back to the verses; and if you question anything in your mind concerning the Work and the Mission of FATHER DIVINE, read the Whole Sermon on the Mountain, or in the Mountain, whichever, and endeavor to live exactly thus accordingly! I WILL BE WITH YOU! I thank you!
