Peaceful Love, MOTHER DIVINE and FATHER DIVINE
While the voices of the Rosebud Choir rang vibrantly over the loud speaker in FATHER'S Study, FATHER, busy as usual with His never-ending duties, was listening and enjoying His beautiful Creation. During this time the question arose regarding the Personal Body of GOD being the Real Happiness for everyone. To this question FATHER gave one eternal answer which should be a steppingstone and the Keynote to Eternal Life.
Thank YOU, FATHER, for YOUR Wisdom transmitted to us that we may look and live!
(The foregoing statements are those of the transcriber, and this little Talk opens by FATHER speaking as follows:)
FATHER: Greater is he that can deny himself, than you that cannot deny yourself.
Secretary: FATHER, it is such a privilege to have YOU Personally.
FATHER: It was not until 1900 years ago that there was any record of I having a Body from a Personal point of view. It is wonderful! Therefore, your foregoing statement is endorsable; but Enoch walked and talked with GOD three hundred years and did not see GOD Personally as the Sample and the Example as the Perfection of Faith.
Those that followed after the Body of CHRIST and tried the exemplify and preach personality, did not advance to that light of their understanding from the personality to the impersonality of CHRIST and get back where Enoch and Elijah were. We have a record of Enoch and Elijah transcending death. We do not have as much record of the disciples after Jesus came transcending death, as you do of those of Enoch and Elijah, and of Melchizedek. So you can see what I AM trying to do for you to give the victory over death and the "other place".
I know your human affection would cause you to be personally inclined to desire to hold on to the Person and recognize the Perfect Personality of the Perfect Person; but yet, when I know it is not the thing that will give you the Victory completely, I want you to reverse your gears of thinking as in this advanced light of civilization and launch out into the Ocean Divine -- out into the Infiniteness of GOD'S Love and Wisdom of the scientific Truth of Eternity, where you will see that GOD did not have a beginning, and with such a thought and with such a harmonious contact it will bring about harmonious results with such a thought.
With such harmonious results, you will be back in the place in being or in consciousness, or in life substance, as it may be termed, where there is no beginning and there is no end. You will be reveling into the Glorious Liberty of GOD, where trials and tribulations, adverse and undesirable conditions of the world, cannot come -- far beyond that realm where Jesus was when He said, "Father, forgive them" -- far beyond that realm where Jesus was when He said, "Touch Me not, Mary, I have not yet ascended" -- far beyond His Personality as the Sample and the Example to bring the world to perfection.
Secretary: Then the transcending of our actual affection for YOUR Body is the gateway to Eternal Life?
FATHER: Yes. Then you will be in the vastness of GOD -- of His Love for the universe, for GOD so loved the world that HE gave His only Begotten Son -- not only the vastness, but the Infiniteness of GOD, as GOD is Love. Then what would you need with the little human mortal love the size of a person no bigger than you are?
Jesus said, "If I go not away, the Comforter will not come." I AM taking you away -- at least, taking Jesus away -- at least His personality, away from your consideration. And John in his revelationic prediction did say,
'I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth have passed away.'
It was something bigger, better and greater.
Orthodoxy, by tradition, does not wish to give sway and give space and place for the Infiniteness of the Infinite One. There are things that have been heard of and yet to come, that you never stopped to think of.
'O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, how oft would I have hovered thee as a hen hovers her brood, but ye would not.'
You never stopped to think that the hen desired to hover her brood. If that shell,
the eggshell of that chick of which I mentioned through Jesus, would have had
full access, that parable spoken by Jesus would not have been an appropriate
parable of Jesus. The eggshell will try to keep from giving sway -- orthodoxy,
tradition and all limitations do not want to give sway for the advanced light
and unfoldment of Eternal GOD, of Whom you know to be without the beginning of
days and without the end of life; and yet you want to sum yourself up in the
beginning of a day and the end of a life.
Secretary: There is no greater happiness on earth, than to be with YOU Personally, and it is hard to think of not being personally attached.
FATHER: Because you have never seen ME correctly and rightfully and you have never been attached to ME correctly, that you might be severed, no never! Oh, it is wonderful!
Many years ago, I told you about one who saw ME in the Spirit, transcending mortality and far above her personality, and she said, "My LORD and my GOD, will YOU please give me an ascending Spirit!" And I said to her, "Not until your faith has enabled you, in going out in My Name, and trample on the hearts of them that rebel against GOD"; for haply it might be you when you rebel against My Spirit and want ME to allow you to hold on to ME mortal-mindedly, personally and after the personality of others through the mortal version. That is rebelling against GOD, those things that are in opposition to GOD.
Traditionally, it is not good to rebel against GOD, and try to hold space, try to hold sway and try to hold place and not wish to give sway and place and space for something else.
The kernel of the seed of the grain of corn and other seeds of vegetation or other life's substance of GOD'S Creation, the hull of the shell of it will try to prohibit it from having free access for expression. Mother Nature has said it in the seed, because in the grain itself is it that gives itself freedom and brings it out of the prison house of morality.
When we speak of mortality, the average person thinks that the person has to be committing a crime to be mortally living in mortality. I have put everything in mortality in the forgoing statement, that is bound by orthodoxy, by the nature of the species of the plant, herb or vegetation or whatsoever it may be, or even animals or anything else from that angle of expression. I have put them all in the mortal version unless they come out of that limitation and crack that shell of mortal limitation. How marvelous it is and how great! I think I had better stop. I do not hear the praises of the angels in the auditorium and the dining room and other places; for if I do not let down vent or some wisdom and some inspiration, they may cease singing.
