At The Mount of the House of the LORD
The Inspirer and Interpreter of all Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding gave forth in abundance the Precious Gems of Salvation on this occasion, that all mankind might take heed unto His Words, and by so doing, turn from the pitfall of misunderstanding and mortality and enter into this New Birth of Freedom under GOD.
In this glorious Message FATHER refers to the song sung by the Rosebuds just before HE arose to speak, and explains the real meaning of this New Birth of Freedom. HE also reveals the mystery of mental and spiritual adulteration and the effect of same upon the sweet Communion of Praise and Thanksgiving you once had with your LORD and Savior.
The last thought dwelt upon by FATHER concerning the operation of the various Churches under the Peace Mission Movement is of equal importance and should be taken cognizance of by all other religious movements and organizations universally.

A New Birth of Freedom
'Americanism is the way shower to salvation;
We have a new birth of freedom under GOD.
This is a free and glorious nation;
We have a new birth of freedom under GOD.
A mental, a spiritual and a economic freedom,
We have a new birth of freedom under GOD.
We have passed through the waters of mortal limitations;
We have a new birth of freedom under GOD.
We are traveling on to the inlet of economic prosperity.
We have a new birth of freedom under GOD.
For FATHER DIVINE has established this new birth of freedom;
We have a new birth of freedom under GOD.'
At The Mount of the House of the LORD(FATHER speaks as follows:)
PEACE EVERYONE! At this particular instance I have arisen to say in accord with that little composition, as I must keep in tune with them -- I mean the different compositions and inspirations -- you have a New Birth of Freedom under GOD. You have passed through the waters of mortal limitation, but this New Birth of Freedom has given you an inlet to Infinite Prosperity by the Recognition and the Realization of the ONE Who created the great Creation under which we are living and the things that are not yet revealed to humanity.
When you realize under GOD there is a New Birth and you yourself as an individual and yourselves as many have this New Birth, you can relax your conscious mentality as far as egotism is concerned. You need not fret nor worry if you will but live in the Recognition of that of which you observe and of what others are coming into consideration of -- a New Birth of Freedom; not only an Economic Freedom but a New Birth of Freedom from every angle expressible.
Wheresoever you have been limited you have an access to express unlimitedly because of your contact with the Infinite, and by taking on the Characteristics and the Nature of the Infinite One you will bring an end to all limited conditions that will give you an access into this Grace wherein I stand, where you will no longer observe mortal limitations; and I mean mortal limitations -- the limitations of mortality and mortality's version -- the limitations of your daily expression -- being limited from the different angles of expression.
Even prenatally it has been handed down traditionally, the spirit and the meaning of limitation have been taught limitations traditionally; you have been taught scarcity and undesirable conditions traditionally, even though you have not been conscious of having been influenced hereditively with the spirit and the meaning of scarcity, but you have. One writer declared,
'You are made subject to vanity unwillingly!'
I further say you have been made subject to limitations and scarcity traditionally
and hereditively, prenatally. You have been taught unconsciously and unthoughtfully
limitedly.
You know nearly every person in mortal consciousness motivated by the spirit of mortal limitation, they speak consciously and unconsciously. At the time of depressions, panics and famine and at the time of progressiveness, success and prosperity you have said, no doubt yourself, "Money is scarce!" if it was only to keep from loaning or giving a person something. Can you not see the mystery? You have been subject to vanity and scarcity unwillingly and unwittingly -- being unconscious of what you are sowing when you sow such seeds of mortal limitations. When you begin to reap the fruit of such mortal limitations you do not stop to consider you have sown the seeds of economic depression. You do not stop to consider you have sown the seeds of lacks, wants and limitations; but you have sown the seeds of such and you are reaping the fruit of the same!
But retrace your thoughts back just one step, because it is only one step between you and I. I heard one say by composition,
'Over the line, hear the sweet refrain,
The angels are chanting the heavenly strain;
Over the line, why should I remain,
With but a step between me and Jesus?'
This thought I wish to convey: it is only a step between you and I! You never
hear ME talking about hard times; you never hear ME talking about money is scarce.
I don't need any money anyway! But even if I did, to ME it would not be scarce
for I would not sow the seeds of poverty in order to reap the fruit of the same
as millions of others have done and are doing -- sowing the seeds of poverty
and daily eating the bread of sorrow!
'That which a man soweth he must also reap!'
And that is exactly what the majority of the people have done. The majority of
them have sown the seeds of poverty; they have sown the seeds of lack, want and
limitation by stressing such in the memory of themselves and in the memory of
others -- causing others to think narrowtively concerning you -- causing others
to think scarcity, limitations, barriers and the like concerning you -- causing
you to germinate such seeds of the kind you have sown in the minds of others
and you produce the fruit of its own kind! Therefore, you have truly passed through
the waters of mortal limitations, but you, under GOD, have a New Birth of Freedom!
This is to those who are fanatical enough and radical enough to believe it, to you, you can and you have received it. Now into the inlet of economic prosperity where you will produce the Abundance of the Fullness of all Good Things according to your Faith you have in HIM!
According to one of My original compositions,
'The Abundance of the Fullness of the Consciousness of Good, no space is vacant of the Fullness thereof!'
As an abstract expression, as a sketch and a reflection I AM daily demonstrating
what I AM telling you. As a Practical Course in Psychology I AM daily demonstrating
materially what I have said and AM doing psychologically. I carry in My Consciousness
the Abundance of the Fullness, and whatsoever I have access in and wheresoever
I may have access for expression, there will I produce and manifest the Abundance
of the Fullness
This is an abstract expression of what I AM Personally telling you. Look over this vast audience! As a Practical Course in Psychology visualize the Abundance such as you see here. Find within your own consciousness a place where you can relax your conscious mentality with the Conscious Recognition of the Abundance; realizing you are carrying the Abundance in the Fullest Measure in your mental vocabulary, in your mental capacity. You carry the FULNESS of those things according to the Plan and Purpose of GOD; you tend to materialize those things and bring them into outer expression according to your conscientious religious conviction.
I mention the audience as an abstract expression of what I AM telling you. When and wheresoever I AM in audiences, if I AM known to be there or if I AM known to be going, you find the auditorium filled, matters not what size the auditorium may be!
Oh, that man could but visualize the POSITIVE, live it and express it and stress it sincerely and be conscientious in the POSITIVE instead of the negative; be conscientious in the GOOD instead of the evil! Realize by Faith the GOOD is your portion, with all of the Fullness of it! Do not allow the enemy of your soul, mortality within you, nor within any other person, to convince you that you must produce or experience anything undesirable. If you can be convinced you can and will produce anything undesirable, you tend to create an undesirable psychological condition in your mentality, and you tend to bring it into outer expression by concentration consciously or unconsciously. Even as I by declaration -- but by you it would no doubt be affirmation -- use Positive Assertions:
'I Am Well, I Am Healthy, I Am Joyful, I Am Peaceful,
I Am Happy, I Am Lively, I Am Successful, I Am Prosperous;
I Am All of Those Desirable Attributes of Quality, of
Expression, For The Good of Myself And Others!'
And so I AM! You all can see it!
Carry in your consciousness the POSITIVE, and just beyond your highest Affirmation lies the Field of endless Joy and Joy without a tear! You cannot make an affirmation in the Positive Direction that cannot be fulfilled for you personally, for,
'Now unto Him that is able to do exceedingly above all that you can ask or think!'
Now leave it to HIM and it will be done -- more than you can actually ask or
think in the Positive Direction, by the relaxation of your conscious mentality,
after having made the affirmation. It is fulfilled mentally and spiritually before
you ask it! Before you affirm it, it is fulfilled in some way or other!
Then relax your conscious mentality and rely on the Confirmation of your Affirmation, for GOD is the Confirmer of every affirmation! GOD is the Creator of your fondest imagination, and by your fondest imagination you are making some Supernatural Affirmations. But by the Affirmation you should stand; in other words, rely on the Confirmation of the Affirmation; and when it is confirmed you will come into possession of such as you have affirmed; and when it is recognized and realized it is no longer an affirmation!
This thought I cannot stress too vividly for it is a little course in Practical Psychology for you; and in all of the audiences where I mention it, there is someone who has not heard it.
I desire to see you lift yourselves out of the undesirable conditions; not merely by Affirmation and by the Confirmation of your affirmations, but through your Recognition and your Realization of your LORD and your Savior, by living exactly according to His Teaching. When this is done, you will come in possession of such Unlimited Blessings it will be as though your Affirmation has been fulfilled by affirming such as you had declared!
But oh, how glorious it is to live in such a Recognition, where the very Spirit of GOD'S Presence, not only by affirmation, can be with you and is with you, but by Recognition and Realization! This is the great Confirmation of your fondest imagination.
You have affirmed GOD is Present, one of the great Affirmations of all affirmations to be made. Even though you may not realize it in the beginning, you may not have the witness of GOD'S Actual Presence but you are making this Affirmation for the betterment of yourself and of others. Therefore, by this Affirmation, when it is confirmed by the great Confirmer, the Reality of the Gospel has been made a Reality to you! It is not a reality to you until you are conscious of GOD'S Presence, for the Gospel of the Kingdom from the beginning was the Gospel of Good News and Glad Tidings and the Recognition of GOD'S Presence, as the Name of CHRIST in the Name of Immanuel really was to bring into this Recognition GOD as an Ever Present Savior; no longer merely something as imaginary.
I cannot stress these thoughts too vividly, for the imagination has been changed from merely an imagination to your Conscious Recognition and Realization when your Affirmation is confirmed by the Confirmation of the Infinite One, by GOD putting in His Appearance among the children of men.
This is the Affirmation of which I was speaking, but speaking economically for your consideration so that I might attract your attention in the Positive Direction of making a desirable Affirmation, even if you are not conscious of what you are affirming. The great Affirmation of all affirmations, make it known by stressing it vividly, GOD Is Actually With You!
This Affirmation is confirmed quickly in evidence when at times you may feel as if though GOD has forsaken you; for what said Jesus, even Jesus Himself, in and at the trying hour and time?
'My GOD, My GOD, why hast THOU forsaken Me?'
You see, it was an Affirmation partially made by Jesus by such an assertion,
as if though GOD was not Present, as if though to say or convey a thought as
though GOD had forsaken Him. GOD had not renounced Him but it appeared to Him
apparently at that time in the wicked hour, in the time of agony and anguish.
He cried,
'My GOD, My GOD, why hast THOU forsaken Me?'
The same Spirit is speaking today! You may not use the exact words by quotation
or by assertion but you may say the same, but may not use the same phrase.
However, when the thought is as if though GOD is not Present at any time when you have been conscious of GOD'S Presence, make such an affirmation contrary to your sense of feeling and against all tides and the opposite winds and the doctrines that blow in opposition to you. Make that Affirmation -- GOD Is Actually Present -- and this Affirmation will be confirmed by your Positive Assertion of such an Affirmation as declaring GOD is Present, even if you are not conscious of it.
I have heard some say, "It appears at times, I do not even feel the Presence of GOD and it looks as if though GOD has forsaken me completely!" and you feel somewhat desolate, disconsolate. You see the mystery? You feel as though you are alone in the world -- but that is the time GOD is Present, working His Works of Wonders, and His mysteries are going on in the affairs of men but you just cannot see HIM then. Can you not see the mystery?
Then I say, relax your conscious mentality but make the Affirmation more vividly and more Positively when you do not feel GOD'S Presence; for when you think GOD is far away what said they concerning the mystery?
Take these thoughts to consideration and make that Positive Affirmation at any time you feel you are forsaken, but live it and express it and convince yourself once and forever you are living according to the Plan and the Purpose and you have not forsaken GOD. For if you apparently forsake GOD, GOD will apparently forsake you! That is the way it goes. Not because GOD has forsaken you, but when you apparently forsake GOD, GOD apparently forsakes you. Can you not see the mystery? Therefore, you feel destitute, you feel all down and out because you have apparently forsaken GOD!
There are many things to be considered. I desire to stress these thoughts in your memory for consideration. You are forsaken if you have forsaken GOD; just as I have declared, the reason the people call the Jewish people, by nationality, GOD'S Chosen People is because at that time they were the people who chose GOD as their Redeemer and their Savior. And as you choose GOD, GOD chooses you. As you love GOD, GOD loves you. But as you forsake GOD, GOD apparently forsakes you.
It is written,
'If you walk contrary to ME, I will walk contrary to you!'
Can you not see the mystery? That is exactly what I will do! This is not a supposition.
Then you need not think GOD is wicked because HE walks contrary to you, because
you have been walking contrary to GOD!
Why should GOD walk pleasingly and harmoniously to and with you if you do not walk pleasingly and harmoniously to and with GOD? To the best of your ability live it and express it and be true to your Creator according to your own religious conviction; then GOD will respond in turn according to your Faith you have in HIM.
Why is it one person may be happy all the time, may be healthy all the time, may be loving and peaceful and joyful, may have success and may have prosperity? It is because of the condition of the mind, the consecration, the self-denial and the sacrifice you make to GOD!
If you can trust GOD, GOD can trust you. If you cannot trust GOD, GOD cannot trust you, for you are untrustworthy.
'By their Works ye shall know them!'
You see the mystery? That is just what it is. "By their Works ye shall know
them!" You are not trusting GOD; you cannot trust GOD -- at times you may
say you cannot do this and you cannot do the other, because you are untrustworthy;
and you do not get this or you do not get that of GOD visibly or invisibly. Why
is it? It is because you are untrustworthy; you are not trusting GOD and GOD
is not trusting you!
It is a common phrase quite often used in the world of religious phraseology, "GOD has said, 'If you touch ME, I will touch you back!'" You all have heard, a good many of you have heard that old saying in the world of religion:
'GOD has said, 'If you touch ME, I will touch you back!''
Whatsoever you do to and for GOD, GOD will do to and for you!
'He that puts his trust in ME," said HE, "shall never be confounded..'
So if you trust GOD, GOD will trust you. If you doubt GOD, GOD will doubt you. If you disbelieve GOD, GOD will disbelieve you; HE will not believe a thing you say! Aren't you glad? So these thoughts are well worth considering.
I will not continue to take up the time, as the time seems to be quite well expired. I hade been somewhat refraining from speaking because I heard the invitation which was My Invitation, cordial invitation, given to the general public in any and all of these mass meetings where I preside; but it seems that the majority of us spoke and we did not give our visiting friends a chance to speak.
I had thought not to say anything but just to make the announcement; but since this thought was quite vividly stressed in My Consideration I thought to call your attention to the mystery and let you see what it really means to pass through the waters of mortal limitation and enter into the inlet of economic prosperity, and have this New Birth of Freedom of which and by which you all can live forever and have the Victory over undesirable conditions; for this is it of which Abraham Lincoln was speaking -- this mighty New Birth of Freedom!
I hope you all will realize these inspirations are not only compositions and inspirations to be sung but they are to be deeply considered, for they are coming from the infants, through the infants to you and to others, but coming from the Infinite One!
'A little child shall lead them!'
And again I wish to say for the benefit of those of you, My Hearers and Friends, Followers and Co-workers and all others, and even to those who are presently getting these wonderful patriotic inspirations from the Fount of My Omniscience from the invisible Realm transmitted: I want you to understand the way they get them -- by their minds being Pure and Clean -- free from strife, prejudice and bigotry; free from jealousy, resentment and anger; from covetousness, self-indulgence, lust and passion; free from all of those detestable tendencies; and when their minds are Cleansed and Pure and express effectively the Virtue of the Holy One and the Virginity of Mary, why then, the inspirations will come as they used to come to you all!
Everyone who has truly been inspired by the Spirit, as being termed baptized by the Holy Ghost, they have received some inspirations. If you do not get them now as you did then, it is because you have, no doubt, diluted the mind through which those inspirations came.
You speak of adultery; you have diluted, adulterated you minds with mortality's version, ideas and opinions, and have committed the offense of mental and spiritual sin that prevents the Spirit from coming and expressing and revealing within the beautiful songs and Praise and Thanksgiving and other compositional information such as they have been doing. That is what is the matter! But as long as you live in harmony and your spirit and your mind is free from all of those detestable characteristics, resentment and anger, jealousy, prejudice, doubts and fears and all of the immodest connection with mortality's version by diluting or adulterating your ideas and opinions with the mortal version -- if you have not done those things, then the inspirations will continue to come.
There is no need to stop these inspirations, and as a little child you will continue to be, to be led by the Spirit of My Presence, because you are not adulterating your conscious mentality neither your subconsciousness with the pollution and the indulgence of mortality's version.
Mentally and spiritually you adulterate your mentality, your ideas and your opinions by self-indulgence at times, and the inspirations cease to come. But they are sweet when they are coming forth into expression. Aren't you glad! They are sweet! But when you start gossiping and accusing and trying to condemn -- fault finding -- you are robbing yourself! You need not think you are robbing someone else.
Whosoever will adulterate with you, whosoever will adulterate with you mentally and spiritually by adulterating your standard of thinking -- low rating your standard of thinking, why then, you are adulterating; you are committing adultery; adulterating your standard of thinking mentally and spiritually, and you are depriving yourself of the inspirations that would come! The first thing you know, you will be so you cannot even sing a song, for
'A little child shall lead them!'
Truly might have Jesus said,
'Except ye be converted and become as one of these little children (or like as a little child, or as this little child) you can in no case enter into the Kingdom of Heaven!'
For these things are hid from the wise and prudent and revealed to babes and
sucklings! The most insignificant among you, though you may be an old man or
old woman, but if you are meek as a child and your minds are Pure and Clean and
Unadulterated with the adulteration of the adulterous minds and ideas and opinions
-- of course you can consider bodies if you see it in that way; it is the same
-- but even mentally and spiritually you adulterate your standard of thinking,
you adulterate your minds with the adulterated minds of men, I mean, and women
-- all who are talking below the standard you should be talking and thinking!
You are adulterating your standard of thinking and low rating your standard,
therefore, you cannot express yourself inspirationally and the Spirit ceases
to function within you, and you wonder why the Spirit does not reveal things
as It used to do; because you failed to be a little child; you began to take
on those old men and old women minds!
The little child's mind shall lead them -- little meek and lowly-in-heart child's mind shall lead them -- that is unadulterated -- that has not been adulterated, I say, by the mortal version, by the ideas and opinions of the adulterous ones -- those who adulterate things -- those who participate in things mentally and spiritually and low rate the standard of thinking
That is the mystery mentally and spiritually of the adulteration of things and of what I AM speaking of when I mention committing adultery. It is done mentally and spiritually, for
'He who looketh upon a woman . . .'
you know what the Scripture says!
These thoughts are well worth considering, therefore, jot them down in your memory and consider them, and have an open mind that is Pure and Clean, as well as your bodies being free from sin. Then as your minds are Pure and Clean and free from the adulterating minds and dissipating minds that low rate your standard of thinking, let your bodies be the same; Pure and Clean; expressing the Holiness of Jesus and the Virginity of Mary, and the inspirations will continue to come now, henceforth and forever, and the fulfillment of the inspirationic prediction of a composition,
'When I have been there ten thousand years,
bright shining as the sun, I will have no less days
to sing GOD'S Praise, than when we first begun!'
I will not bore you longer, unless I bore you in another! We desire to hear from our visiting friends. I believe I have said enough and I feel as if though some of our visiting friends would like to have something to say. You are welcome to speak by moving volitionally even as we do. I will pause for a little while and if any of our visiting friends care to speak, I will hear from you. We all, or the majority of us, will wait patiently until we hear your say, I thank you!
(As FATHER waited patiently for a few minutes and it seemed that none of our many visiting friends felt moved to speak at this instance, our Loving Savior arose once more to speak as follows:)
PEACE EVERYONE! Apparently there are not any of our visiting friends in saying anything. Of course, you should be willing to give and take. If you are willing to take you should be willing to give. (This remark drew a merry laugh from the audience.)
The majority of you, even our visiting friends, want to hear from ME, and all in ME desire to hear from you. Even if the others do not in themselves, they do in ME, for here you all are and there I AM!
There may not be many more days, or weeks, or months before the Church will be moved to some other part of the city; therefore, if you desire to get in your say tonight, it may be the last time, you cannot tell!
If you do not wish to speak you do not have to, while yet, as I say, I can see you all enjoy coming here. It may not be that we will have the Church right here very much longer. I AM sure, according to the trustees, they are pretty well on the way, and they will not -- they say they will not have to take up any collection to get a place. They are not expecting to do that and they are not expected to do it, for I do not expect any of the Churches with which I AM connected to do any soliciting from the public, or receive any donations or anything of that sort from the public; but they mean to have places of worship and accommodation in different places to feed the public, the same as they have it here, and better, and yet they do not expect to do any soliciting, neither ask you to help "pay the mortgage off the church" or anything of that sort!
As I say, I practice what I preach by transmitting the Spirit of Independence into the hearts and lives of My Followers and Hearers, and especially those who are running the different places -- have places like this, they express the Independence the Country declared as a Nation. They do not do any soliciting or collecting of "freewill offerings" or anything of that sort. They go so far they do not take tips in the public restaurants, or any place, because they desire to express their Real Independence such as I have given them!
Now they are expected to have a place somewhere in the city, or in the Bronx, or Yonkers, or some place, and they expect it to be absolutely free and clear even as all of the other places are, even as this is so far. I thank you!
