The Reign of CHRIST on earth is not a physical reign as men supposed it to be, but a Supernatural, invisible reign as a Principle, guiding them in their daily affairs. FATHER makes this very plain in His description of the new heaven and new earth revealed to John. But men could not bring it about, for it was not preordained for them to have the power to give what they had not themselves; so the New Birth of Freedom under GOD, of which Abraham Lincoln spoke, could only be given during the reign of this Principle, FATHER DIVINE, Who came to emancipate not merely a few slaves but all the peoples of the earth.
FATHER'S beautiful Message of deliverance was given after a number of speakers and a former soloist for the Schubert Company, Metropolitan Opera, had expressed.

PEACE EVERYONE! Here we all are again, there I sit and stand; in the Unity of the Spirit, of Mind, of Aim and of Purpose among you I still remain, unifying the children of men, bringing them together in One and causing the Bill of Rights to be enacted in every community; bringing an end to that line of demarcation and establishing an international, spiritual renovation in the act of lifting and re-creating and regenerating all humanity.
That little composition just sung as one of our patriotic songs, it is our conscious conviction just as it is worded:
'Now we have a Righteous Government" --
a government For the people, By the people and Through the people for it is a
government inculcated and reincarnated into the hearts and lives of the children
of men, and CHRIST is reigning now! As the principle of mathematics rules the
world of accounts, if you please, we are privileged to say and declare to you,
the Principle of Life as exemplified and as stressed, as advocated and materialized
and as realized among you, is now ruling in the hearts and lives and the affairs
of the children of men!
Do not think it must necessarily be a physical reign after the manner of the versions of men, but a Supernatural, invisible, spiritual reign which is as the principle of mathematics, as a Principle with or without a Person. That is the mystery that humanity in mortal consciousness cannot perceive. They do not know Righteousness and Judgment are the habitation of His Throne; yet David in his psalmic prediction predicted this of which we are now speaking -- Righteousness and Judgment to be established in the hearts and lives and in the affairs of the children of men, where GOD alone shall have free access and where GOD alone shall reign!
For this cause I drafted My Righteous Government Platform upon which each and everyone may stand, a platform that is founded upon a foundation that no man has laid saving HE Who liveth forever; and the very prediction of it has been stressed over and over again by thousands and millions of the children of men; yet they do not stop to consider the mystery is to get a Righteous Judgment concerning all things and allow the Spirit of Equity and Square Dealing to rule in your hearts, in your lives and in your affairs, and make your selection by nomination; by nominating Him LORD of Lords and KING of Kings and by electing Him and enthroning Him on the throne of your mind.
When this is done, the Kingdom has truly come and the Will there and then is being done! From the throne of the Mind of Righteousness goeth forth the Law, for what said the prediction concerning the mystery?
'The Law goeth forth from Jerusalem.'
This is the Jerusalem! I heard one say by prediction:
'And I saw," said he, "new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth are passed away.'
He said,
'I saw the Holy City and the new Jerusalem coming down.'
This is the Jerusalem from whence cometh the Law, the new Jerusalem of which
John was speaking in his revelationic prediction that he saw coming from the
imaginary heaven. Aren't you glad? Saw it coming down, the Holy City and the
New Jerusalem coming down,
'. . . prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.'
This is the Jerusalem of which I AM speaking that the Law has gone out from,
and we shall bring the divers laws and bills according to My Righteous Government
Platform and according to the Law of the Spirit of Life that was in CHRIST JESUS,
into actuality! We shall bring them into legality and we shall establish them
from shore to shore and from land to land!
I have long since declared:
'Wheresoever a king reigns, there is where his kingdom is.'
You all have been taught to pray from the early days of yore:
"Ask GOD to let the Kingdom come and the will be done on earth as it is
in heaven," a request by your Savior to petition your Creator and ask Him
to let the Kingdom come and the Will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
In that suppositional heaven millions have lived until now. They live suppositionally! In their imagination there was a heaven far above the clouds and all of the stars, yea, even above all of the planets and visible and invisible bodies through the systems of creation. But John spoke of it as I just related, as he was carried away by the Spirit on the Lord's Day. He saw by Revelation and in his revelation he made this prediction -- he saw a New heaven and a New earth coming down from GOD. Coming down from GOD!
Can you not see the first heaven and the first earth are passing fastly? Can you not see I AM working cancellation on your fondest imagination of that imaginary heaven, and I AM bringing into your recognition and into your realization a New heaven from that suppositional heaven and the Holy City and the New Jerusalem? From this Holy City and the New Jerusalem that John saw coming down, I shall establish laws, rules and regulations and I shall Enact them according to the Constitution in all government, and all humanity shall eventually recognize our Righteous Government as represented? Aren't you glad?
I see them bringing themselves into subjection by this great Conversion and by this great mental and spiritual Crusade of renovating humanity universally, since I AM re-creating and regenerating them that they might be born again. Aren't you glad?
For this cause it is essential for each and everyone to set his or her house in order. Do not wait until the crisis come to call on the Almighty, but realize,
'Today is the day of salvation; today is the day of grace.'
When you work cancellation on your imaginary heaven and your imaginary GOD in
that imaginary heaven, you can see you are bringing an end to all suppositions
and you are coming into the recognition of Something that was once merely an
imagination, no longer living in imaginations, but the very fondest imagination,
I have brought it down from that suppositional realm to the material plane for
which you all have prayed. Aren't you glad? And I AM bringing into actuality
the reality of the Law of the Spirit of Life that was in CHRIST JESUS; for this
is it of which I harnessed and of which has been so often spoken. Aren't you
glad?
The harnessing of the lightning was but a slight sketch and a reflection of a percent of a fraction of a grain of the significance of the mystery of the reality, whilst the harnessing of the lightning was the parable. Aren't you glad? But the very Spirit of Life that was in CHRIST JESUS, through His Condescension, has been harnessed and brought into subjection to humanity, and humanity into subjection to it; and as with the apostle, so with you who live according to My Message.
The Law of the Spirit of Life that was in CHRIST JESUS will make you free from the law of sin and death!
That is what I AM doing in Heaven here on earth today! I AM making you free from the law of sin and death by this great Conversion and by this great Uplift and a moral education. The law of sin and death kept you in bondage until now, but even though Abraham Lincoln had given Emancipation to a few of the bodies of the slaves of this nation, yet he spoke of a New Birth of Freedom for the whole nation! Can you not see the mystery?
I did not come merely to emancipate some few enslaved Afro-American people, but I came to Emancipate all humanity of every nation, every language, every tongue and every people! This is the New Birth of Freedom of which Abraham Lincoln was speaking -- for the new birth of freedom he could not give, because he did not Have It! Aren't you glad?
But, as in the days of Jesus when He declared:
'A greater than Solomon is here,'
I AM here to tell all humanity, a Greater than Abraham Lincoln is Here! Yea,
a greater -- I say, yea, A Greater than George Washington is Here! Aren't you
glad? One Who came to Emancipate all humanity! That is what I AM talking about!
Those who accept of this new invention, of this new-old revelation, and have
been born into the civilization after the manner of the harnessing of the lightning
in the parable -- but the reality, the Law of the Spirit of Life has been harnessed,
and now humanity is being Emancipated universally, even as Paul was made free
from the law of sin and death as an individual.
By this we have a Righteous Government and we can sing it with the spirit of sincerity; no longer doubting, no longer fearing, no more sighs and no more tears, no more weeping and mourning and no more grieving and crying; for GOD Himself has wiped all tears from your eyes. Aren't you glad?
And there shall be no more sorrow and there shall be no more crying, no more pain and no more death over here; and there shall be no more sea; for the former things are passed away! Then I say, look on ME and believe thou this: Harmonize with ME and you automatically, scientifically and accurately will have a New Birth of Freedom under GOD such as I AM giving! I thank you all.
