FATHER and MOTHER DIVINE

When many of the saints and angels lived in yonder's world, there were many, many expressions, and many sayings, many symbols and many assertions expressed and made which they did not understand. They were all too vague and all too complex. Many in those days, who had visioned and dreamed, and who had even been taught concerning the angels in Heaven, hoped, yearned and prayed that when their life's journey was ended, they would receive their reward, a home in Heaven, where the unexplainable things would be made plain and where the mysteries would all be revealed.
Many through great interest to learn more of GOD their Creator, and of the deeper things of life, sought information and an explanation from those who were representative of, and represented the Gospel and the Scripture, and even Jesus, but alas! in too many instances, they were unable to receive the information sought, and were sent away pacified and partially satisfied with the belief that those things were the "Mysteries of Heaven", and we would understand them better bye and bye.
How true was this statement, yet, those who answered such, were not conscious of the validity of the statement. Since they were unable to answer them in truth, they either evaded the issue, or brought to a quick completion the information sought. In very many instances, those who were questioned were great scholars of human learning, bearing many degrees, signifying their accomplishment in the world of achievements, but they lacked true Wisdom, the Wisdom which cometh from the Fount of GOD'S Omniscience; hence these intricacies were mysteries, for none could interpret them, but HE Who possessed the "Key". CHRIST, the Lamb of GOD alone could loose the seal and open up the mysteries of Heaven.
Even in the churches they would sing a song, proving the ignorance of all humanity, of the things that were to come, and yet, this is exactly as it was to be. They sang in Christianity the following song:
'Bye and bye, when the Morning comes,
And all the Saints will all be marching home,
Oh, we will tell the Story of how we overcome;
We will understand it better bye and bye.'
Now we do actually understand it better, for the Resurrection Morning has come
to millions, and we know that we have reached Heaven, for we are telling the
story of how we overcome, and each and all of the mysteries which were obscured
by the veil of materialism, are daily being revealed and made plain to those
of us who have seen our Blessed LORD, FATHER DIVINE, and have recognized His
Holy Presence in Bodily Form.
They told us over there, that the angels would sing until the very Heaven would ring, and this is an actual fact. Every day we hear the angels singing Praises unto the Lamb, and when some who have been blessed to be drawn close apparently to the LORD, fail to unify themselves even in song, it is so apparent that their lack of cooperation in singing at times, is very noticeable and may appear as the lack of whole- heartedness and appreciation to and for our King.
FATHER leaves not one stone unturned, therefore, if any should wonder why some of the angels seem so enthusiastic and happy, and others so placid and still and unenthusiastic, they will hereafter understand, for the LORD has made it very explicit in this marvelous Message, and in the little story of the boy who was not made very long. Omnipotent Savior, we thank Thee.
FATHER spoke of these identical Words, by addressing the Assembly as follows after the following Song which carried a great vibration,
'I know YOU Are GOD! I know YOU Are GOD!
I know, I know YOU Are GOD (FATHER),
Down in this heart I know YOU Are GOD;
I know, I know YOU Are GOD,'
PEACE EVERYONE! ("Peace, FATHER Dear!" came the happy response from the assembly.) Everybody happy? ("Yes, FATHER Dear!" rebounded the echoes of the multitude.) You should be happy to be in such an Atmosphere.
While sitting, listening at that little Song, it always calls My Mind back to assertions, reiterations, statements that are made, and such like. I thought of once a little boy was asked a question by a man, he said, "Why, little boy, do you go to Sunday School?" The boy said: "Yes!" The man remarked, "I bet you can't tell me who made you!" The boy said, "No, I don't know who made me." So the man turned to a little tiny boy, and said, "This little boy, he is much smaller than you are, he can tell Who made him," and before the man could get the words out of his mouth, he said, "GOD made me." The bigger boy said, "Well, he oughta know," he said, "He hasn't been long made."
It is quite laughable and jokeable apparently, but it is quite logical in My consideration; those of My Hearers and Believers who have not been long made, they know ME, and at least believe ME, apparently, more effective than some of those who have been made quite a number of years. I say, "Don't say it unless you mean it." There are those who apparently get quite close to ME, apparently, I see they do not sing it vividly as some of those who are not so near. The story says the little boy said, "GOD made me." The bigger boy said, "Why, he oughta know, 'cause he hasn't been made long."
It is well done, and well said. Apparently, there are quite a number who may forget who made them, if they have been made a little while, but when they are just made, you see they know who made them. Now isn't that wonderful? ("Truly wonderful!" said the great throng earnestly.)
I heard you say in that little Song -- you know what you said, and as the silent voices were still, and could not be heard, I thought of the little saying, "The ones who have not been long made, they may know who made them." Those who have not been long made, why naturally, they are not far from the memory of that day when the dungeon was shaken and the chains fell off -- I mean, going down to "Conviction's Wharf".
I do not bear record whether there are many preachers here this morning, so I think I had better stop. I need not carry you back down to "Conviction's Wharf" where your dungeon shook and your chains fell off, because the majority of you have gotten away from such; nevertheless, when you have not been long made, and have not been long awakened and have not been long gotten out of the ruts, why, you may remember such. The majority of you can remember it for a while, when it is not far away. As you continue to go on and on and on and on from years to years, after a while you may forget all about who made you and forget how your dungeon was shaken, and how your chains fell off. It is indeed Wonderful! Truly might have one said:
'Return, oh Holy Dove, Return, sweet Messenger of Rest;
I hate that sin that made me mourn, and drove Thee from my breast.'
You feel that way at times. I know you do, but you should think about Who made you. If you do not believe or cannot feel the innermost belief now, if you continue to reiterate it in Songs and in Praise, even over and above your fondest desires, even in opposition to your personal feelings, after a while that belief may come back, and that feeling may come back -- although you feel pretty good when you think about Who made you and when you concentrate on Who made you. The little tiny boy, he could concentrate on Who made him, because he saw the Picture of Jesus in the Sunday School, and of course, he remembered the Picture, and through believing sincerely that GOD made him, as he was lastly taught of Who made him, and he concentrated on HIM, therefore, he felt very happy to think about GOD having made him; but the bigger boy, he did not feel so happy, because he had forgotten about Who made him; therefore, his enthusiasm was not so expressive as it was with the smaller boy, because the little boy was concentrating on Who made him. Naturally, the reaction of such a concentration quickened to him that innermost "Something" -- one writer calls it, "The Unction from the Holy One".
Then I say to those of you, My Hearers, when you Relax your thought to the present day things which do not pertain unto Life and reconsider and re-concentrate on the Perfect Picture, such a re-concentration will produce the Spirit of merriness, and such enthusiasm you will be obliged to express it in your emotions. You will be obliged to tell others distinctly Who made you, and tell them how you know it, and how you love HIM.
I merely rose to bring that thought to your consideration. Now you need not sing, unless you mean it, for it is written:
'The first shall be last, and the last shall be first.'
I AM the Fulfiller of the Scripture. The Scripture must be fulfilled among us.
Aren't you glad? You are fortunate if you happen to be the last and become to
be the expressers of the First fruit unto GOD and the Lamb. It is a Blessing
to observe the Truth and to know Who I AM!
"Who made you?" If you do not remember Who made you, can you remember Who saved you? It looks as if though you should be able to remember Who saved you, even though you cannot remember Who made you, because you cannot remember when you were made, but you can remember when you were saved. ("Bless YOU," shouted the great throng.) Apparently, you should be able to always remember Who saved you, if you do not remember Who made you, for the Saving Grace of GOD, as put forth into expression to save you all, was stressfully on the minds of the children of men and it caused a great Advent to come forth into the land; caused a great Event to be established in history, that you might remember.
Each and every time when there was a great Unfoldment of My Spiritual Awakening, there was an Event put forth into expression, as an expression to cause you to remember that time and that especial season, when the person was saved among you. At certain intervals in this last Dispensation, the Spirit would bring forth to different individuals something that was stressful or manifested as an event and as a scene to be stressed on the minds of the children of men that they might remember what had happened then -- what happened at that particular time. For this cause, the stressing of the conscious mind by what was going on, you can remember it from time to time, and no doubt, remember it right on.
Now many of you can think back in Sayville days -- think back at certain intervals when we held Meetings in New York City; for there was something to stress your conscious mind by what was going on, and by the different scenes that were put forth into expression in your mental world of existence. Such things that had been hid from ages were revealed at these different times. You saw with your own eyes things coming to pass as events that could not be forgotten, for they were stressed in your mind, in your actions and in other's expressions.
For this cause, I say, you can remember at intervals -- times that things went on and things that happened at those times, and in the different ways of Unfoldment, GOD unfolded Himself to the children of men. Then I say, if you see yourself getting away from the sense of enthusiasm, be persistent in your ambition and reiteration by being determined to stand to your declaration and your assertion. Continue to reiterate something as an effort to substantiate yourself in your own version according to your own preconceived idea concerning the mystery.
By a continued reiteration, the very conscious mentality will grasp it and your subconsciousness will conceive it, and you will begin to speak volitionally through the Spirit of My Presence by reiteration and will begin to move volitionally as a new born Creature. That is why some of the Followers remain filled with enthusiasm, because they are radical enough to stress continually their conscious conviction and their realization, by reiteration and by continuing to stress it on the minds of others, telling others what GOD has done for them. By so doing, they are establishing in the minds of the children of men that which has been established in you, that they too, might be partakers of your conscious conviction, and they will hold the belief for you.
I heard the composition say: "I know YOU are GOD". The reiteration of such an assertion being inculcated and reincarnated in the hearts and lives of others will Lift them into the re-recognition of GOD'S Actual "tangibilated" Presence. When this shall have been established in us, immediately then and there you will feel that once-felt enthusiasm and you will find your hearts are filled with the Spirit of Merriness and your cups will run over with joy. That is what it is all about. Then I say, reiterate the Positive , the Perfect, the Pure; reiterate the Positive assertions that have been made as a victorious expression; these victorious expressions which have been made by you and by others through reiteration. You will be LIFTED above your troubles, above your trials and above your tribulations, for by reiteration you become to be an Expresser of that which you are reiterating.
'I know YOU are GOD! I know YOU are GOD!
I know, I know YOU are GOD! Down in this heart,
I know YOU are GOD. I know, I know YOU are GOD.'
Don't say it unless you mean it. When you are drawn nearer to ME, even so much as to cooperate in the material activities, this is not for you to deviate from the Fundamental. It is for you to be more substantiated in it and more confirmed and more unshaken. It is for you to "tangibilate" and personify your once iterated declaration. It is for you to reiterate it and reproduce it into expression. By reiteration and by tangibilating" it, and by personifying it, you will become to be that person of that which you have reiterated.
Oh, it is a privilege to realize mankind can be whatsoever they desire. If they desire to be an expression of Perfection through reiteration and through substantiation they can produce Perfection by reiteration and by living accordingly. Then I say, you can continue to produce the Positive thoughts and put them forth into expression by iterating and reiterating until you bring them into materialization and become to be the personification of the Perfect Expression you are making.
Oh, it is a privilege to live in the Actual Presence of GOD and rise above every mortal version of man. Recognize GOD'S Actual Presence wheresoever you are, as you do here where I AM; realizing when I AM openly manifested as a Person, this is merely for the conscious mentality of the unbeliever, especially; but for those of you who are sincere Believers, I can be Invisible, still you will believe ME. ("Yes, LORD!" assured the firm and faithful Believers.) That is why I say continually, "I will accomplish My Endeavors with or without a Person." I AM stressing this point for consideration to let you know My Work and My Mission are not merely Personal, but Spiritual; hence, GOD is Impersonal, yet Personifiable. GOD is Personal and Spiritual, yet materializable; hence, GOD will materialize that which you can surmise; by your concentration on the Perfect Picture and by reiteration, GOD will materialize it.
Oh, it is a privilege to realize what GOD is actually doing in the midst of the children of men, bringing to your fondest imagination your conviction and realization of the "tangibilization" of every good and desirable expression. All things can be "tangibilated" or materialized whichever, if GOD Wills, and GOD will permit, if you will Let HIM. If you LET GO and LET GOD, GOD will LET you, and LET be done what you desire to be done. That is the mystery. Then I say, through continued reiteration, the Spirit of My Presence will produce and bring into your daily experiences that which you have iterated and reiterated; no longer merely in words, but in deeds and in actions, and you will become to be the Personification of that which you have been iterating.
Truly might have one said, "My word is my bond, and my bond is my security." I have heard them say, "My Word is ME, and I AM MY Word. Before MY Word should fail or shall fail, I would fail MYSELF." This assertion is quite often made, but little did they know when they made it, it was a reality; for your word, yea, your words are you when they are "tangibilated," when they are personified, when they are reincarnated and when they are put forth into expression in a Bodily Form. We shall put forth into expression in a Bodily Form every Positive assertion made by the Positive Thinker among the children of men. I shall even harness their POSITIVE thoughts, as I afore said, and I shall carry them through the process of generation and I shall generate them into the Positiveness of the POSITIVE ONE, and send them out as inspiring inspirations for the children of men.
Therefore I say:
'Thoughts are things and things are thoughts",
but the thoughts as seed ideas implanted in the soil of the Souls of the children
of men, they must be dwelt upon, they must be regenerated and born out of that
mortal concept of things; that is to say, they must be Born Again. When they
are Born out of that mortal concept through regeneration, they are regenerated
and brought forth into expression in a different world of expression. The expression
of the future expression of that present unfoldment may not be as it now is.
It will be a different expression, at times. "It is sown in weakness, it
is raised in power. It is sown a natural body, it is raised a Spiritual Body.
He puts off mortal and puts on Immortality." The identical, but it is just
translated. It is changed from the Adamic state of consciousness. It is changed
from nature; in other words, changed in nature. Christianity says,
'I am changed from nature to Grace.'
It is changed that Adamic state of consciousness to the CHRIST Consciousness.
It is changed from the former to the latter; the former and the latter, but it
is changed to the latter.
'HE taketh away the first that HE might establish the second.'
The second is greater than the first, for the first was of the earth, earthy.
That is the mystery. Therefore, your former thoughts were mortal; but when they
are changed from mortal by the Transforming Grace of your Creator, they are changed
from mortal to Immortal, as being termed "Changed from nature to Grace".
Then I say, if you stress it and vividly believe it and continue in it, you can
continue to feel My Impersonal and yet Personal Presence when I AM Personally
Present or when I AM Personally Absent. Upon these grounds it would not make
very much difference, because you would not be able to differentiate between
My Personal Presence and between My Personal Absence when you are lost completely
in My Spirit and shall have unified yourself completely with ME. That is the
mystery.
But you must relax to be in the unity of Spirit, of Mind, of Aim and of Purpose. It is the only Hope of your Redemption. It is the only Hope for your co- operation with ME. As I was saying a little while ago, any person or persons who desire to co-operate with ME, I AM a Free Gift to the world, Gratis to mankind. Your co- operation cannot be purchased with price either, any more than Mine.
The real Co-operator and participator will co-operate and participate Gratis, else that co-operation and participation is not a reality. When co-operation and participation is put forth into expression for the purpose of what you can get out of it, it is an outward expression that you are not of us. When you are really of us, it will be a co- operation and participation without consideration of remuneration. Aren't you glad? ("So glad!" was the ready response of the angels.) It will be without the consideration of the slightest remuneration or compensation for services, for you are co-operating and participating for Righteousness' Sake and no longer for a selfish purpose.
The time cometh and now is when all participators and co-operators must participate and co-operate unselfishly, even as I do, as Gratis to mankind, and as a Free Gift to the world.
These thoughts are well worth considering. By this, the standard is actually Lifted beyond reproach and above all critics, for it will stand Independent with or without the co-operation, with or without the participation of any individual or individuals, for the Spirit of My Presence is actually sufficient.
Build upon this Foundation; be substantiated in Faith and unshaken in Confidence, as GOD is Infinite. You have declared it:
'CHRIST is Rich and All you need.'
If CHRIST is Rich and All you need, as you have declared, it must be fulfilled.
I must stand to it and fulfill it distinctly, Personally, Socially, Politically,
Legally and Physically, Intellectually and otherwise, and prove the Majesty of
your GOD. Aren't you glad? ("So glad!" echoed the voices of the multitude.)
Truly might have one said: "The arms of flesh will fail you, you dare not trust your own." The Spirit of My Presence that will come forth into expression to answer every problem and meet every issue scientifically and accurately, according to the Plan and Purpose of it, must be volunteered, it must be Gratis, it must be as a Free Gift to the world, co-operative and non-prejudicial, neither selfish nor for profits, but for co- operation unselfishly. If My Spirit and My Presence cannot stand Independent to all other expressions, then I need not stand. I had just as well to go and come again.
Oh, it is a privilege to realize what GOD can do for mankind, and what HE has actually done, and what HE is now doing in Lifting a Standard above the limited barriers of the children of men. So long as there is a barrier among the children of men, so long as there is a concept in them to perceive the idea from one to another that GOD cannot stand Independent to every other and prove HIMSELF Infinite and His Majesty Limitless as HE is, you had just as well to not lift up a voice at all. GOD is Infinite.
'CHRIST is Rich and All you need,'
with or without a Bodily Form, and GOD shall stand in His Own Integrity and shall
prove HIMSELF Victoriously a Conqueror over all adverse and undesirable conditions,
for GOD is Omnipotent in HIMSELF from every angle expressible . . . GOD is Omniscient,
and there is where your wisdom will come from -- from HIM from Whom all Blessings
flow -- the Omniscience of the Infinite One. I thank you.
