FATHER and MOTHER (Peninnah) DIVINE
Every time the LORD ministers unto us, HE proves His Omnipotence more and more, and the nothingness of man. The Scripture says,
'Man was born in sin, and shaped in iniquity,'
and since the Condescension of GOD in Majesty and Power, we have learned that
man has been cultured in falsity, and for this reason, he could never be redeemed;
for instead of arriving at a solution to end his woes, he was increasing his
mental storehouse with the delusions of the world and none of his findings were
substantial. They were only suppositional. GOD has come in His Holy Tabernacle
to teach all mankind the interpretation of the prediction of the apostles, the
seers, the sages, and of Jesus, the Son, and to reveal the spiritual revelations
from the Fount of His Omniscience. In the infancy of this great Spiritual Truth,
while the Master taught us, as though it were the alphabet thereof, we received
the true knowledge of the ownership of the earth, and though we have heard this
quotation from time immemorial,
'The earth is the LORD'S and the fullness thereof,'
we never understood it. GOD, FATHER DIVINE, has come to interpret the Scriptures;
and not only interpret them, but to make them all plain; and now we understand
the meaning and the value of these Scriptural quotations and expressions; and
for this reason, dear LORD, we thank Thee, for through by Thy Condescension,
none need err nor see death. Great and Merciful Savior, we humbly thank Thee.
(The foregoing statements are those of the transcriber, after which FATHER sings and speaks as follows:)
'Fear the LORD! Fear the LORD! Fear the LORD! Fear the LORD!
Tell them, 'Fear the LORD! Fear the LORD! This earth is not man's; it's GOD'S.''
PEACE EVERYONE! ("Peace, FATHER Dear!" responded the joyous assembly.) Righteousness, Justice and Truth! Good Health, Good Will and a Good Appetite for you; Good Manners, Good Behavior for all of the inhabitants of New York, for "the earth is not man's but GOD'S." That little thought I brought out there, not merely to be singing, neither to be repeated and reiterated as a formula; neither as a motto or as a poem; but as a composition of the declaration of the reality of GOD'S Domain, of GOD'S Dominion on earth, where GOD, the Son forever reigns, and scatters night away. The composition says:
'Fear the LORD! Fear the LORD! Fear the LORD! Fear the LORD! Fear the LORD! Fear the LORD! For this earth is not man's; it's GOD'S.'
That little thought is well worth considering, for it is Evangelical.
'The earth is the LORD'S and the fullness thereof; the world and they that dwell therein. The cattle on a thousand hills are Mine, says the LORD. If I were an hungered, I would not tell you, I would slay and eat," says HE.
The same Spirit is speaking today, and humanity now will heed what I say. Oh,
it is such a privilege to realize this earth is not man's but it is GOD'S. The
earth and the fullness thereof; while yet with all of the understanding concerning
the Majesty and Dominion of the Almighty, the unity of Spirit, of Mind, of Aim
and of Purpose is My Mission. It is My Mission to bring about the Universal Brotherhood
of man and the conscious realization of the FATHERHOOD of GOD, by eradicating
and dispelling your preconceived ideas and opinions concerning your lineage.
It is Wonderful!
When you come to the conscious realization that every man is your brother, every woman is your sister, then and there you are dispelling your preconceived ideas and opinions; your mortal versions and your human fancies and tendencies will be dispelled, and you will no longer live in the flesh. Then I say, you will be coming to the place in consciousness where you can realize GOD is the Sole Owner of the earth, and all things that in it is, or all things that are therein -- or herein, whichever, now, and have been.
Oh, it is such a privilege! This recognition will cause you to relinquish your claims as individuals; will cause you to recognize the Omnipotence, the Omniscience and the Omnipresence of the Almighty; not only Mentally and Spiritually, but you will realize GOD is Omnipotent physically and materially, as well as Mentally and Spiritually.
It is such a privilege to live in the Consciousness of GOD'S Presence by bringing your bodies into subjection, by denying yourselves whole-heartedly and by living in the Spirit of meekness, truthfulness and obedience to the Ever Presence of HIM Who liveth forever; realizing GOD is not merely Omnipresent abstractly, but GOD is a present Help in reality, and His Spirit and His Mind and Himself scientifically will work automatically when you let HIM, by bringing your bodies into subjection, and presenting them as living sacrifices wholly unto HIM.
While sitting, listening to the testimonies and hearing the minds of many; not only those who have spoken, and those who are speaking, but the minds of those who are silent -- as I heard the minds of some in their surmising or supposition, planning and thinking they can prohibit this Fundamental; it is a matter of impossibility for it is a true saying, although it was said by one in a vision or dream; nevertheless, I verify the same:
'All power is given unto ME in Heaven and on earth.'
Naught can hinder, hurt nor harm you, if you will live Evangelically. If you
will put off the old man, the old mind with all of his deeds, and live whole-heartedly
consecrated to the Fundamental, by giving GOD your heart, your soul, your mind
and your body; all things will be translated in you, and you will become to be
a new creature by the old man being completely put off, with all of his deeds
and his characteristics.
While listening to the testimonies and the co-operative thoughts of thousands, I create this morning, for your consideration, the very spirit of scientific Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding. This was created in the beginning, but I recreate
'a new earth and a new Heaven";
that by the Light of GOD'S Understanding to the children of men, they may no
longer be ignorant and walk in darkness, but that they themselves as true Believers,
although having been ignorant, might be the light to the children of men. That
is why the schools are thrown open; because you have fulfilled the Scripture,
according to the Gospel. Even Jesus said:
'First seek ye the Kingdom of GOD and His Righteousness, and all of these things shall be added unto you.'
Seeking the Kingdom firstly: The Spirit of My Presence has led you into the way of the living, to give you Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding educationally, intellectually, politically and socially and otherwise, where you were deprived of such an opportunity before you saw ME Personally. Then I say, GOD is your FATHER and you never had another. With or without a Body, GOD has ever been your FATHER. Even though HE came for you, through the mirks and mires of mortal human affection, mortality and corruption, it was GOD your FATHER from the beginning, although mortality claimed the Fathership and so did mortality claim the Mother-ship degree. But your FATHER-MOTHER-GOD has always been your Father and your Mother, and you never had another. It is wonderful!
Jot these thoughts down in your vocabularies. Live in the Consciousness of GOD'S Presence. When you do, wheresoever you are, dark clouds of doubts and fears and sighs and tears, and all worries, I can see them dispelling, for in the Consciousness of GOD'S Presence, is inculcated and reflected in your mentality, your very mind, your soul and your body. They are ignited by the Omnilucence of GOD'S Omniscience that is transmitted from the Fount of His Presence. While dwelling among men, you will not have an occasion to fret nor worry, for
'CHRIST is rich and all you need.'
He will supply you with everything for your well-being.
GOD is sufficient without a letter of the English alphabet. Think not to say in yourself, I have condescended to recognize human intelligence as being the Fundamental. I say unto you, "Nay!" It is a Condescension of Mine to reach the earth plane among you, that I might lift you from among them, and let them see and know, "all power is in My Hand." That is what it is for; not because I need it; I do not need it, nor do you need it especially, but I AM doing it for a purpose. There is no Wisdom given except that which comes from above. All of the knowledge and understanding that has been given humanity, it is the transmission of GOD'S Omniscience partially, to give them the light of understanding, that they might live among men and speak and act as them; in other words, as they do. That is the only purpose for which I mentioned these different schools and organizations. I have come to redeem these different fields of life and the different worlds through which you came, and in which you now live; not for the purpose of giving glory and honor to man, but to redeem them wheresoever they are found; therefore, as the apostle said on one occasion:
'I become as all men that I might gain the more.'
Hence, the Mission of CHRIST to man was to come into the world; and it happens to be that the intellectual world is the world or a field in which CHRIST was much needed; the political world was and is the same; the financial world was and is the same; the commercial world was and is the same. It is Wonderful!
These things -- these thoughts -- are well worth considering, for this is CHRIST'S Mission -- would be, and now is; to redeem humanity wheresoever man is found; but these different qualities of the light of understanding that GOD has given humanity, they were for you and they are to be transmitted to you, if you wish to have them transmitted to you. Therefore, a human education is an outward expression of GOD'S Majesty and Dominion in the intellectual world as well as in and on the Spiritual plane.
GOD would not be Omnipotent if HE were confined to the Spiritual realm alone. GOD would not be Omnipresent if HE were bound to the world of Religion alone. Truly might have one said, collectively speaking, from and to this end I came.
'Prove yourselves workmen, that thou might be able to comprehend with all saints.'
On one occasion he said:
'That ye might rightly divide the Word of Truth -- prove yourselves workmen.'
Then on another occasion:
'You should be able to comprehend with all saints.'
If you are not able to comprehend with all saints, you are not unified with the
Infinite. That is why you can see those who have advanced to the Light of True
Spiritual Understanding, and those of you who are substantiated in faith and
unshaken in confidence, you can be undisturbed; even though the mortal mind rises,
you can be substantiated and unshaken in confidence, and substantiated in faith;
even though the oppositions arise apparently, you will be unshaken. That is the
great significance of proving yourselves workmen. Qualify yourselves that you
might be able to comprehend with all saints. It is Wonderful!
How in reference to the ministers and all professionals, after their respective profession; I AM not here as a critic to criticize, neither AM I here as a Person to run in opposition to them, but I AM here as a Standard lifted up for humanity, as a Sample and as an Example, after which they should copy. If they do not see the perfect way, copy after the Fashion which I AM showing them in this Light of Understanding, to bring about a moral betterment and the advancing of a higher Light of true Spiritual civilization. It is Wonderful!
These thoughts are well worth considering. If any minister comes in our meetings as well as it is with the gamblers and known murderers and robbers, we will receive them and express hospitality according to the mission and the calling of the true and faithful children. It is Wonderful! We will receive them so far as they can be received, or must, receive us equivalently the same; therefore, everything will be all right. Because you think a person is in opposition to you -- even one of the opposing forces said nineteen hundred years ago, "How can you condemn a man before you hear him?"
Because a person looks somewhat like you, or ME, it does not say that every person in the appearance of you or ME is condemned nor justified.
'Judge not the LORD with feeble sense'
-- with your physical sense, but trust HIM; believe HIM; for we judge not with
sight nor with hearing, but we judge with a Righteous Judgment. How can a person
condemn the whole of a profession or class or classification because of the failure,
imperfection, or dishonesty of an individual in that particular profession? That
would also be an injustice. GOD is Righteousness, Justice and Truth. That is
why GOD is Almighty, and that is why HE has all Dominion wheresoever HE is. HE
is reigning supremely, because HE will judge the people with equity.
These thoughts are well worth considering. When you think of a minister, do not think every minister is as the one who you saw and found under condemnation. By looking on the bright side of life, discerning the positive and not the negative, you tend to register the positive and the reaction of the positive is reflected, and you will be the reincarnators and manifestors of it.
Take these thoughts to consideration! My Time and My Omnipotence and My Omniscience cannot be debauched with conflicts and conflictions. It cannot be debauched with the spirit of mortal criticism. My Energy and My Dominion cannot, and will not tolerate confusion and mortal-minded criticism, for the Spirit of My Presence is here for the purpose of establishing Heaven. It is Wonderful! My Energy, My Time and your mentality are not harnessed for the purpose of registering discords, but to the extreme opposite, to register the positive and not the negative. It is Wonderful!
It is such a privilege to utilize your time, your talent, your energy and all of your mentality in praising GOD, and giving thanks at the remembrance of His Holiness. It is Wonderful. The person or persons who utilize their time in criticizing, registering discords, using their energy for the purpose of criticizing, condemning and conflicting without an occasion or without cause, then and there they are losing their ground, for it should be directed in the positive direction. Use your energy and your mentality in constructive thinking, in words, in deeds and actions, and not so much in the thought of destruction, one against the other.
I do not have to try to destroy anybody. It is Wonderful! The mortal mind destroys itself. This is the "Stone" that was cut out of the Mountain. It is Wonderful! Let anything fall on it, if they wish to; but when it falls on them, they will find it is ground into powder and broken into pieces. It is Wonderful! These are the Words of GOD, and they are Omnipotent; they cannot be defeated.
Oh, it is such a privilege to dial in on the Fundamental continually; continually thinking and acting in the positive direction, in the way of giving Praise; building constructively and not destructively, by building up destructive thoughts and ideas and opinions in yourselves, but building constructive thoughts by giving Praise and Thanks to GOD. By so doing, you are advancing the speed, to get out of the way of trials and tribulations, to get out of the way of lacks and wants and limitations.
These thoughts are well worth considering. Utilize your time in Praising GOD. Has not GOD done enough for you? Your time and your energy should be utilized in Praises and Thanksgiving. By so doing, you are advancing your spark of Salvation, speeding on to perfection where the Glory of GOD shall last forever, and sighs and sorrows shall be no more. It is Wonderful!
This very Body has been in the midst of fiery guns, but with Praises and Thanksgiving, not with a thought of combatment or confliction the SPIRIT of My Presence gave Victory over the condition, and they destroyed themselves; for they desired to destroy ME but they destroyed themselves. It is Wonderful! So it is today with everyone who has risen in opposition, trying to bring about criticism, persecution through prosecuting procedure, etc.; they are merely destroying themselves. It is Wonderful! I have not even the time to bother about them. They will destroy themselves after a while. Everyone who rises in opposition, everyone who rises in conflict, desiring to slander, they are only destroying themselves quickly, when they rise in opposition to the Fundamental.
'That which a man soweth, he must also reap.'
Oh, it is such a privilege to know you are living in GOD'S Presence. This recognition and realization is sufficient, and it is efficient to reach every condition; the chaoticness of them can be, and will be eradicated. The chaoticness of every condition, if it is not harmony, or inharmonious, it will be eradicated and the desirableness and the harmoniousness of every condition will come forth into expression; for the Mouth of GOD has spoken it.
I AM not asking a person to believe ME, neither AM I asking a person to follow ME; neither AM I asking a person to love ME, but I command your mind, your energy, your human tendencies, fancies and pleasures; they are all at My Command. Then I say,
'The earth is the LORD'S and the Fullness thereof";
they that dwell herein, they all belong to HIM. At this Name every knee must
bow, and every tongue must confess. You all must recognize the CHRIST, or else
depart from the earth. Everything that rises in opposition, I will put it down.
That is what I will do, and put it down by constructive thinking, by constructive
actions, by constructive deeds and by constructive expressions of love which
I AM conveying to the world. That is what it is all about! All shall eventually
see and know, GOD is a SPIRIT, as in the days of old. It is Wonderful! You cannot
bind GOD. You cannot confine GOD. There is no man on the face of the earth who
can confine or bind GOD; but GOD is Spirit, and yet Spirit made flesh, and Spirit
materialized. It is Wonderful!
Although Spirit is materialized, I AM the Same with My Personal Bodily Form as I AM without it, and I must be recognized the same. The Personification of Spirit must be recognized legally and otherwise, the same as it is recognized impersonally and invisibly, for the Mouth of GOD has spoken it. Because of the Personification of it, it did not diminish its Majesty, its Dominion and Authority; neither did it eradicate His Existence from the Spiritual realm, neither did it confine HIM or bind HIM to the mortal versions of men, because of His Physical "tangibilated" Bodily Form. GOD is the Same today, yesterday and forever! It is Wonderful!
Why should I care about what the mortal mind says about ME, or any visible expression? For with or without My Personal Presence, I AM the Identical. I change not. I say, with or without My Person, I AM the Identical. I change not. Because of the Personal Presence, it cannot handicap the SPIRIT, and because of the Majesty and Infiniteness of the SPIRIT, it cannot prohibit the Person from expressing.
This is a PRINCIPLE that is infinitely qualified to reach the masses of mankind. It can reach all humanity and all of their diversities of expression and unfold itself to them according to the dictates of their conscience. It is Wonderful! Therefore, it is something that cannot be eradicated. It cannot be dispelled. It cannot be dis-recognized in reality; for when it ceases to function in one expression or place or appearance, it will reincarnate in another, and function just as effectively. All of the powers that be, from the invisible realm condescendingly came. They have been embodied; they have been materially reflected, and you and I are the reincarnators of them.
Jot these thoughts down in your vocabulary. Live in the Consciousness of GOD'S Presence. Give Praise continually to the Ever Presence of GOD, when the time seems to come, when oppositions shall arise; for "Greater is HE that is within you, than all they that could be against you," if they, with any opposing force arise, for GOD as Omnipotence is within you, where naught would be able to hinder. I thank you.
