PEACE FATHER AND MOTHER, PEACE EVERYONE:
Peace, MOTHER. I wanted to thank You for taking the time to see me last Sunday. I feel better knowing that I went before You, MOTHER Dear, and MOTHER, believing that GOD will be with me always. MOTHER Dear, I was in Church Service today and I made an appeal to a Person, just like myself with the very same presence and life state.
He indicated that he was to go to jail for 33 years at first, but GOD has blessed him with less time to have to do; also he is trying to live a soul life now and wants to go in the Gospel. I am praying for him. MOTHER Dear, I know that it's time for me to make a change in my life for once and all. I believe now that I don't have some of the money problems and the big house and high rent.
MOTHER, I am not trying to make excuses, but I did not keep the faith, and I wanted to be able to take care of my family and now look what has happened.
MOTHER, if it is the Will of GOD, I would like to return home once again with my wife and k-ds.
MOTHER, FATHER and MOTHER have blessed me with many blessings and miracles in my life time, and believing GOD's Holy Spirit, HE will bring me through. MOTHER Dear, what is ever in my way from housing the Spirit and being a servant of GOD like I wish, I like for the Lord to take it out of me right now. At first I thought it was material things of life and women, but now I've seen that GOD has given me a wonderful wife and I no longer have that big house to worry with. I feel better than before; my family is now living in a lot less expensive house. I really feel that I could live and take care of my family without all of those. But now MOTHER and FATHER, I am in so much trouble until only GOD can raise me up and bring me out. Well, MOTHER Dear, it is time for me to go. Thank You FATHER and MOTHER.

My dear Mr. Brown:
I wish to acknowledge your letter of appreciation to FATHER and Me of February 27, letting US know that you believe GOD will be with you always and that you desire to make a change in your life. You can see that GOD has been with you all along by the many miracles you say HE has performed in your life, and by the fact that HE has stopped you in your wild career to destruction by allowing you to be in your present situation, which at first may seem very undesirable. But by being unencumbered with daily duties, you have had an opportunity to reflect and see that you did not keep the faith and allowed your love of material things and women to rule your life. Now you desire GOD to take those things out of you so that your body can house the Holy Spirit and you can serve GOD and fulfil your responsibilities.
It is wonderful that you have proved your sincerity by moving into a smaller house. That shows you realize that as your own unrighteousness got you into your present situation, so it is by your own righteous deeds that you will work yourself out of it.
Truly has it been written: we confess our sins, HE is faithful and just to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. I John 1:9
But I would like to say here that since GOD has condescended to personify HIMSELF in the Body of FATHER DIVINE, you do have the opportunity of freeing yourself by confessing in detail to HIM the sins you have committed. Even though you may not have the full conviction of Who HE is and that HE is residing at Woodmont, to do this would enable GOD's Supernatural Spirit to work in your behalf and adjust matters satisfactorily for you. I have received a letter from Mrs. Brown and I Am writing to the Judge on your behalf. But even if the authorities did not know you had made up your mind to turn yourself in, GOD knows, and will bless you for being willing to turn yourself in and let the law take its course when you realized your mistake. Regardless to how things go, know that you are in the Hands of GOD and nothing can befall you<197>no punishment to be given you that HE has not allowed and make possible for you to bear. Since you want to make a change in your life, I would like to draw to your attention to FATHER DIVINE's Modest Code, for to follow it is to start building your life on a firm foundation. @QUOTES = No smoking; No drinking; No obscenity; No vulgarity; No profanity, No undue mixing of sexes; No receiving of gifts, presents, tips or bribes. Dear MOTHER:
Thank You, MOTHER, for writing a wonderful letter on my behalf. Your letter and FATHER DIVINE's Spirit is with me. The Judge and the Solicitor acknowledged Your letter and dismissed their course of thinking. Based upon receiving your letter in which they dropped and dismissed a charge giving me the very least that he could within the law.
Since I visited the office of FATHER DIVINE, HIS Spirit has been with me even more. MOTHER, Your letter has been a big encouragement to me. There are times when many thoughts are running through my mind about going to an institution. Then I thank FATHER and MOTHER for knowing and having HIS Supernatural Spirit. Then I began to read Your wonderful letter over and over. The part that encourages me, regardless how things go, know that I am in the Hands of GOD and nothing can befall me, no punishment be given me that HE has not allowed, and made possible to bear.
I let myself follow man's evil spirit, but now I have Peace and Joy by confessing and acknowledging that FATHER DIVINE is GOD. I thank You, MOTHER, for taking me back into the memory of FATHER DIVINE.
Thinking also about the Modest Code, Your Blessing and correspondence has adjusted my way of thinking, economically and independently. I received an 8-year sentence. However a reprieve or early release will occur upon service of a quarter of the sentence, in which I have just about 6 more months to be eligible and consider. I hope to be home in December 1990. I AM writing to advise receipt of yours of the 20th ultimo and to extend MY appreciation for your acknowledgment of the sum of twenty-five dollars taken from you twenty-five years ago years ago by one who is now a follower of Mine.
This experience clearly shows that the righteousness of men is not the Righteousness of God for as men and women presented themselves figures of honesty, uprightness and of high moral integrity, they were beneath it, all members of dishonesty and of immorality. Surely has the Prophet Isaiah spoken of men:
But we are all as an unclean thing and our righteousness are as unclean rags; and we all do fade as a leaf, and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.
However, the gospel is fulfilled this day, for millions of men and women in all parts of the world are truly exemplifying and personifying Righteousness, Justice and Truth. They are no longer like the wind, taken away in their iniquities, neither fading as a leaf, for they are substantiated in the Spirit of the Word, which is the Law of Righteousness, and are sustained in the Truth.
It is a privilege to observe the millions of MY Followers going forth in MY Spirit and in MY Mind, Portraying new characteristics and a new nature, not only living up to the standard of this teaching of Christ, but living up to the Standard as set forth in our American Constitution, for they render therefore unto Caesar the things which be Caesar's and unto God the things which be God's.
Hence, as Righteousness dominates the lives of men and is evident in all of their daily activities, it is plain to see and know, not only is the Kingdom of Heaven being made manifest on earth, but it is being established in the courts of law, even as I have long since declared: We shall have a Righteous Government universally.

I AM writing to acknowledge your letter of thanks and AM glad to Know that you appreciate this teaching as you find it definitely consistent for men of all walks of life to follow, whereby it is of practical value to them.
In furthering this thought I wish to advise, it is one of the main issues that men should consider and on which I have spoken many times. Although an individual does not have to be a religionist, if he will inculcate the Principal of Righteousness in his personal life and affairs, he will prove the practicality and profitableness of it.
It is therefore that I AM causing men to see, the Principal of Righteousness is operative like the principle of mathematics. It is of no value if it remains in the abstract, merely an un-applied law or principal. It must be scientifically determined or expressed.
Hence, in MY Work and Mission I AM transmitting the Spirit of MY Mind and the Mind of MY Spirit within the consciousness of the children of men, giving them a new conception of life, extending to them the Life-line of Salvation — the Law of Righteousness, or conversely, the Right-Use-ness of ,:the Law whereof one has declared:
Thy Righteousness is an everlasting Righteousness, and Thy law is the Truth.
Thus, as men produce the Truth in their daily lives and experiences and allow it to have full control over them and their affairs, they will produce the peace they have been seeking, as well as exhibiting desirable conditions of success and prosperity.
Mankind the world over has proven the futility of finding it economic, industrial and political freedom in its present unstable system of government. It has followed the way of sin, vice and crime and found its measure in the deplorable conditions existing today.
Hence, civilization need no longer yield to the negative magnetism of such evil influences as manifested in the world and its affairs, for in Righteousness it can magnify the Law of the Spirit of Life and make it honorable. It can and it will establish that perfect Liberty, that peace and Happiness it has long been pursuing if it will ut take a wholehearted stand in Righteousness, Justice and Truth.

I AM writing in response to your letter of the 16th in which you extend your appreciation for the Work of MY endeavors as you are advancing scientifically among men.
It is a privilege to know, that which I have long since declared is verified today in the lives of millions, as I have said: I will preach Christ in words, but more so in deeds and in actions and I will put MY Spirit in them and cause them to walk in MY statutes.
As actions speak louder than words, and, the tree is told by the fruit it bears, men can see the tree of Righteousness casting its shadow over the world as the fruit of its branches depicts the lives of MY followers Consecrated to Righteousness, Justice and Truth.
A true Spiritual conversion is the redemption of the world. It will lift humanity from its mental and Spiritual gravitation and cause them to find their freedom in a mental and Spiritual rebirth. The millions of MY followers who are reckoning GOD in their lives are truly emancipated from the weight of sin and all unrighteousness, as it is declared: For there is none other Name under Heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Hence, as you continue to observe the Work of MY Mission you will find I Am moving out in all of the fields of life, lifting up this Criterion of Righteousness as the standard of success, for in Righteousness mankind universally will find Peace, Health and Prosperity they have long been seeking.

It is interesting to note the honest acts portrayed by MY followers, yet speaking as a comparison; as the electrons of electricity — those little minute particles of electrical energy — light up a great city, they are scientifically controlled and used in our great modern inventions and developments, so is the Work of MY Spirit and MY Mind in the development of Righteous Government, expressed in the lives of men individually, through their single deeds and actions Righteousness, Justice and Truth.
It is for this cause that I AM harnessing the mentalities of the children of men, concentrating their energies and their efforts in the positive direction. I AM establishing the fundamental principle of a Righteous Government first within the hearts of men that their lives might produce the perfect form of government whereby I have declared, as with an individual so with a nation.
