This apparently brief but straight-to-the-point Sermon by FATHER delivered an ultimatum to employee and employer on what is just and right and to be expected of them in relationship to one another, in business and in their daily conduct and transactions.
Special attention is given to the employee as FATHER explains just what is required by HIM of them while in their positions, in order that they might give their employer in time and service that which is rightly due him or her, as the case may be. And, in return, the same consideration and reimbursement is expected and required of the employer.
These points in this Sermon should be taken into deep consideration and applied to one's daily life and affairs, for GOD Alone is His Own Interpreter, and HE it is that created Righteousness, Truth and Justice, Honesty, Competence and Reliability, Integrity and True Service and we, as creatures of His Creation, are, and should daily be Exemplifiers of His Perfect Doctrine, as samples and examples to others!

PEACE EVERYONE! Good Health, Good Will and a Good Appetite; Good Manners, Good Behavior, all Success and all Prosperity; Life, Liberty and the Reality of Happiness; all Wisdom, all Knowledge and all Understanding; all Success and all Prosperity now, henceforth and forever! These and all other Blessings I AM daily stressing so that you might vision the Perfect and reproduce it!
At this particular instance I have arisen to say, just in short, I AM teaching you every day how to live this Life in every minutest detail of action, of expression, of thoughts, of deeds and of emotions. I was just thinking about how I teach you. If you are an employee living on the premises, wheresoever you may be, you should know that your employer's home is not your own. You should know you should not invite guests, your guests, to their places and to your place and places of business for you are there to SERVE and not to entertain your respective private guests. You are there to SERVE and not to preach ME continually in words, by coercion; trying to force an issue for them to believe ME and follow My Teaching; but preach ME in Deeds and in Actions, and in every Transaction be Honest, Competent and True! Be Faithful and do that which you desire OTHERS to do TO YOU and FOR YOU!
I further wish to say, he that would steal a PENNY would steal a DOLLAR, and it is the SAME in My Sight as if though they had stolen a dollar.
Of a very recent date I declared, if you are employed and if you are only getting, in other words, earning just fifty percent of what you should earn as a domestic worker, around sixty or sixty-five cents an hour, you should be competent enough not to waste, not to idle one minute's time away; for if you do that one minute at sixty cents an hour, just half as much as you should earn, would be ONE PENNY you have stolen or dishonestly received from your employer.
To take up time to gossip and use the telephones and the like such as that is NOT of ME!
Now the employer has as much to do as you to be honest, to be true; to see that they do not rob you out of one minute's time. For if they do if you are only getting or earning a PENNY a MINUTE, or a little more, which is to say, about sixty cents or sixty-five cents an hour which, of course, is just about fifty percent of what a domestic worker SHOULD earn, or a common laborer should earn. About a dollar and a quarter an hour is common laborers' wages and the same like manner about domestic workers' wages. But if you choose to work for such a fee or such a price as that even though you are earning only fifty percent about half as much as you should earn an hour if you waste one minute's time, idle one moment's time at any time, you are defrauding yourself indirectly of whatsoever the time you lose would cost you or cost them.
I mention this because there may be many who may ignore such as that ignore My Teaching altogether and disrecognize My Presence, My Work and My Mission and consider not that you should be honest in the Simplest Deed or Action as you should in the Greatest or Biggest that may be considered! So take these thoughts to consideration.
Therefore, if you hear of anyone on the job, though you may not be smokers, like a good many people do; go outside and idle time away smoking; sometimes ten and fifteen minutes; and earning, at times, maybe a dollar and a half an hour more or less; figure on what you are robbing your employer of!
Vice versal: If your employer refuses to pay you for all of the time, why, he is also robbing you!
But I AM speaking to you as employees at this instance, for it has been said that some have gotten on the telephone and talked half an hour at the time when they are under the employment of the employer wherein they are serving and yet they expect them to pay for what you have pretentiously done, and have not done what you were supposed to do! So be sure your sins will find you out! And when and wheresoever you can idle one moment's time, or take one minute's time away from practical service when you are employed, why, there and then you are robbing yourself by robbing them of that moment's time!
I mention it because I have often said you should not even make a telephone call, a local call, without permission of your employer the ones of whom you are working for. And if you make a call at any time by permission, you should also get the exact amount of what time you made in making that call, and what the fee would be for the time you made in making that call.
So these thoughts are well worth considering! I say we shall have a Righteous Government with Equity and Justice for all, from "A" to "Z"! I thank you.
