Shortly after the proofreading of many Sermons, Interviews and an Office Car Talk which was very stressful to be considered, FATHER arose and delivered this glorious Sermon. This Office Car Talk was given volitionally by our LORD while en route from Philadelphia to the Church in Newark, New Jersey, on Saturday afternoon, July the thirty-first, and in it our Savior spoke to us of GOD'S Administration in this day and dispensation and proved these Living Words to us by showing us the predicted fulfillment of it in the Holy Bible!
How glorious it is to hear more on this uplifting subject as spoken herein by GOD Almighty as HE enlightens not only us but the universe at large on GOD'S Administration and His Holy Reign of Righteousness!
Read therefore this priceless Sermon, and know that GOD is Reigning now and naught shall hinder HIM from carrying out His Plan and Purpose, yea, His glorious Work and Mission here on earth universally!

PEACE EVERYONE! At this instance I have arisen to say, after hearing and reading that Interview, and having it published in the paper where you can read it over and over again when you hear the politicians and other representatives speak of this whole nation having a New Birth of Freedom under GOD, you will remember, you will think back to this Message and observe the significance of the Administration of which I was speaking in GOD'S Administration! at that time and season when GOD ALONE is Reigning and shall have established His Kingdom!
The whole nation is now having this New Birth of Freedom! They could not be born from out racism, out of sectarianism, out of nationalism and out of all of the other limited discriminatory isms under the different politicians' administrations; but in This Administration they can have the New Birth of Freedom!
You can see they are calling for a New Birth of Freedom; they are calling for a New Birth of Freedom in GOD'S Administration under which you are now living! The different political administrations have brought about many different experiences and many different scenes and many different degrees of unfoldment of government; but in this Administration, since GOD Alone is Reigning, this is GOD'S Administration! and you, this people, and our whole civilization, shall have a New Birth of Freedom under GOD'S Administration!
Then I say, it is such a privilege to observe the changes taking place, for GOD is truly CHANGING the tides of Governmental Affairs, irrespective to the different politicians, their platforms and their planks and their versions and their ideas and opinions. GOD is Reigning OVER and ABOVE all of their oppositions, and in This Administration, GOD'S Administration, they, the people, are getting a New Birth of Freedom, under GOD'S ADMINISTRATION! ("So true!" came the volitional response from the entire congregation.)
Such a privilege to observe it and to see the change as the tides of governmental affairs are being changed! They have New Ideas and New Opinions because of this being GOD'S Administration! Aren't you glad? ("So glad, LORD!" came the earnest response.) Not the Democratic Administration, not the Republican Administration, not the Socialist Administration, but GOD'S ADMINISTRATION! And under GOD'S Administration you will find that the nations of the earth will have this New Birth of Freedom and be born OUT of RACISM the worst ism of all isms! ("So glad, GOD Almighty!" came the unanimous reply.)
So then, you can look over this vast audience and all of the audiences over which I preside, and if there be a question as to the Omnipotence of GOD in the midst of the congregation of the people, observe the Mastery over their Characteristics and Disposition, over their Ideas and over their Opinions how GOD is actually changing them in Character as well as in Characteristics and Disposition causing them to be New Creatures characteristically and dispositionally! It is enough to let you all see and know definitely it is no longer a supposition, no longer a vision, no longer a dream, but GOD is Real! Real! REAL!
All of the schools of learning in higher education, as well as the lower, you will not find such a change of nature and characteristics taking place as you find in these audiences under this Jurisdiction! How GOD causes all humanity's prejudices and division and inequality and strife and selfishness to be dispelled, and verify that of which Jesus said to the serpent; in other words, to the one who led Him up on the exceeding high mountain and showed Him the kingdoms of this world and the glory of them, and said:
'All of these things will I give You if you fall down and worship me!'
But what said CHRIST to him? the serpent the "other fellow"?
'It is written, thou shalt not tempt the LORD thy GOD but HIM only shalt thou serve!'
The nature and the characteristics and the disposition, even all of the prejudices and bigotry and every detestable tendency of the "other fellow's", they are all My Servants! I did not say it in vain neither did I say it jokingly, but I said it by an emphatic declaration:
'It is written, thou shalt not tempt the LORD thy GOD but HIM only shalt thou serve!'
Thou shalt serve HIM! all of the prejudices and bigotry and envy, malice, strife
and every detestable tendency of the "other fellow's" shall be our
SERVANTS and shall bring men into subjection with the same energetic determination
to SERVE GOD as it has been in him and in them to serve him, the "other
fellow"!
For this cause GOD raised up Pharaoh, to spread HIS Name throughout the whole earth! Can you not see the mystery? ("Yes, LORD!" came the verification from the assembly.) Therefore, the characteristics and disposition of all of the wicked, and their detestable tendencies, and all of the prejudices and bigotry, with each and all of them, they shall serve HIM Who liveth forever and FOREVER, for the Mouth of GOD has declared it!
Therefore, you will think once again when you speak of this whole nation having a New Birth of Freedom under GOD, to speak of it politically and historically; but oh, how marvelous it is to realize this whole nation and this whole civilization in GOD'S ADMINISTRATION shall have a New Birth of Freedom!
I spoke in Abraham Lincoln even, very convincingly, at times; but little did men think, when he spoke of the whole nation having a New Birth of Freedom, that he was speaking of that and those quotations in the Psalmic predictions where the LORD Reigneth, and that GOD would be Reigning in this Administration and this would be GOD'S Administration, where all nations would be brought into subjection and have the New Birth of Freedom! When it is FULFILLED you can look back and see the FULFILLMENT of it; and as it is observed, you can understand it better; even better than someone else could tell you or could have told you; because you are living in the FULFILLING of the declaration and prediction of those of whom have gone on before the Pilgrim Fathers, the Sages, the Seers and the Prophets.
But when you realize you have been piloted into a Ship of State where GOD has been selected and elected and enthroned in Righteousness to Reign on the throne of the minds of men as LORD of Lords and as KING of Kings, and in this Administration, in HIS Administration you will get your NEW BIRTH of FREEDOM your REAL EMANCIPATION I cannot stress those thoughts too vividly! For as you think sympathetically and harmoniously with ME, those thoughts are taking place in the minds of MILLIONS, for I AM changing the tides of Governmental Affairs! and matters not who may be elected as President of the United States it matters not GOD SHALL REIGN!
David declared, "The LORD Reigneth!" and we are no longer suppositionally observing some future reign, more than the Reign of GOD'S Administration in this present dispensation, since GOD has been Elected and Enthroned on the THRONE of RIGHTEOUSNESS! For,
'Righteousness and Judgment are the Habitation of His Throne!'
In this nucleus here you can plainly see, if it was only here, you could see
or can see the Administration of GOD. GOD'S ADMINISTRATION! Why are you so convinced
that it is GOD'S Administration? Because I firstly established RIGHTEOUSNESS
in your consciousness, in your very beings, and I eradicated wickedness, vice
and crime and violence so that CHRIST might come and be enthroned on the throne
of your minds and Reign as LORD of Lords and as KING of kings! GOD IS REIGNING
NOW! It would have been long before this time had it been enough Righteousness
established on the earth in a nucleus to UNIVERSALIZE Itself into the UNIVERSAL
RIGHTEOUSNESS of DEMOCRACY and BROTHERHOOD as I have it! But since it was not,
and as it was with Jerusalem at the time of Jesus in those days:
'O Jerusalem, O Jerusalem, how oft would I have hovered thee as a hen hovers her brood, but ye would not!'
They would not allow ME to hover them until I had established such Righteousness
as you have heard and seen!
But now RIGHTEOUSNESS has been MARCHING ON for lo, these many years, until you have been FILLED and THRILLED with Righteousness! and all of your thoughts and all of your songs are RIGHTEOUSNESS and PEACE ON EARTH and GOOD WILL TOWARD MEN! Therefore, in THIS RIGHTEOUSNESS, since RIGHTEOUSNESS is the HABITATION of HIS THRONE, CHRIST has been ELECTED and ENTHRONED on the throne of the MINDS of MEN, and shall establish HIS THRONE, yea, HIS KINGDOM, THROUGHOUT ETERNITY, NOW, HENCEFORTH and FOREVER!
GOD IS REIGNING NOW! Such a beautiful outpicturing of the mystery of what I AM now speaking! how in these days yea, one of the writers declared, "In those days (speaking of these days when kingdoms would rise and wane) the GOD of Heaven shall set up a Kingdom and will not leave it to others!"
Our Kingdom is set up now, and GOD is truly enthroned on the throne of the minds of men, transmitting and conveying HIMSELF to them and speaking by transmission through mental telepathy, intuitively and inspirationally, and directing and controlling the tides of governmental affairs! That is what I AM talking about! But as GOD Reigns, the WHOLE NATION and ALL CIVILIZATION, they are having a New Birth of Freedom under GOD'S ADMINISTRATION, since GOD is REIGNING NOW; and this is HIS ADMINISTRATION of which Abraham Lincoln was speaking when he said,
'That this whole nation might have a New Birth of Freedom under GOD!'
which could have well been said, "Under GOD'S Administration, when GOD shall
come down to Reign on EARTH among men and over them! there and then the nations
of the earth shall have this New Birth of Freedom!"
Men will observe the experience that would have been the experience of many when they relinquished the claim of mortality's version to come into possession of a great inheritance of the Kingdom of Heaven. Now we are entering into an inlet of economic prosperity. You have passed through the waters of mortal limitations! You have passed through lacks and wants and adverse and undesirable conditions. But this being GOD'S Administration, since GOD is actually now Reigning, the nations are having a New Birth of Freedom, and you are entering into an inlet of economic prosperity, of success, life, health and happiness.
So long as you live in this Recognition and be conscious of GOD'S ACTUAL PRESENCE it will be a matter of impossibility for the undesirable conditions to be your future experiences, as they have been in the past. I have declared, "As the light dispels the darkness and causes the darkness to disappear, the Presence of GOD and GOD'S Influence have caused the darkness of adverse and undesirable conditions to be eradicated and dispelled once and forever!"
So long as you live in the Consciousness of GOD'S ACTUAL PRESENCE, the influence of the "other fellow's" can have no longer an existence, but the INFLUENCE and the BLESSINGS of GOD'S PRESENCE will be in evidence RIGHT HERE with you, NOW, HENCEFORTH and FOREVER! I thank you.
