Many ministers representing various denominations of churches as well as other visiting friends, were present on this occasion of the Righteous Government Meeting night, to participate in the activities and also to enjoy this marvelous message straight from the holy and immaculate lips of our blessed Savior, the Dean of the Universe.
This masterpiece of GOD'S omnipotent wisdom, knowledge and understanding is a message to the religious world of expression especially, for it portrays to those who call themselves the religious leaders of humanity, the true spirit of Christianity in its tangible working form; yea, as it is being daily exemplified through the millions of living epistles of GOD ALMIGHTY, FATHER DIVINE HIS true and faithful followers!
Read therefore, these dynamic words of spirit and life and take heed to them, for they set forth a standard which is the foundation for all government now, henceforth and forever!

Peace everyone!
That little composition just sung, "Everything is moving by the power of GOD," is well worth considering. For this cause I have been waiting. No doubt an invitation has been extended, as usual, to all of our visiting friends and especially to those of the public speakers, ministers of the Gospel, teachers, professors and leaders. You are cordially invited to speak in these audiences, but the bigger you think you are, the more you desire to hide yourself. However, you are welcome to come from out of the auditorium's entrance and the hallway and come forward to the platform and speak as these other ministers have spoken, according to the dictates of your own conscience, and be governed by your highest intuition.
MY reason for refraining from speaking in Person is because
'Actions speak louder than words'
and I have long since declared,
'I will preach CHRIST in words but more so in deed and in actions, and I will put MY Spirit in the people and cause them to walk in MY statutes.'
I may preach in words all I may, unless I put MY Spirit in you, you will not stop stealing and you will not stop killing! Aren't you glad! But because I put MY Spirit in you I impel you from the within to walk in the newness of life and be new creatures and be saved from you sins!
Oh, how glorious it is to live in the actual Presence of GOD where GOD is present with you at all times and you are present with GOD when you are at home!
I need not say any more than what I AM saying in deeds and actions; for I shall preach the Gospel more explicitly politically, legally, socially and from every other angle of expression, than what I can tell you personally. Aren't you glad!
The truth is not confined to that which is called or termed the religious world and on the legal field. Some think CHRIST should not be in other fields of activity; but if you must, fulfil the scripture and the request of Jesus,
'Go into all the world and preach the Gospel!'
For this cause those who are converted to this truth and live the Gospel, they
believe in being resurrected from the dead. Aren't you glad! From the different
unfoldments and different degrees of our religious convictions I might say, form
one degree of grace to another, I will lead you on to perfection! And from each
and every undesirable condition I will give you your real emancipation!
What said the Gospel concerning this mystery?
'If ye continue in MY word ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free!'
and
'He whom the Son sets free is free indeed!'
For this cause the Apostle caught the glimpse of the mystery and declared:
'There is therefore now no condemnation to them that are in CHRIST JESUS, who walk not after the flesh but after the spirit; for the Law of the Spirit of Life in CHRIST JESUS has made me free from the law of sin and death!'
Aren't you glad!
Then coming down a little nearer to your time in which you now live, Abraham Lincoln politically spoke of a New Birth of Freedom that GOD would give them a New Birth of Freedom under GOD, that this whole Nation might have a new birth of freedom because he knew he could not give it to them. Can you not see the mystery? He knew at that time and he knows now, in those in whom he lives, moves and has that spirit as a reincarnated spirit, he knows he cannot and could not give them this new birth of freedom!
But this new birth of freedom that I AM giving the people, I AM freeing you from superstition; I AM freeing you from sectarianism; I AM freeing you from racialism; I AM freeing you from all of the mortal versionated ideas and opinions of segregation and discrimination and division among yourselves and I AM causing you to live soberly, righteously and godly and learn to love ye one another!
But this new birth of freedom from such conditions, to the nation it had not been given. When they were free from one thing they were not free from another! Conventionality is a bondage into which millions have been enslaved until now division and strife in evidence in your experience and yet a good many consider themselves to be free. The lack of freedom keeps you in bondage until now and causes you to live in the fear and the dread of the tomb, because out of the mortal version you have not yet been born.
But oh, how glorious it is to live free from such bondage, from such superstition and free from every mortal versionated idea and opinion! For when you are free and free indeed you believe just what JESUS said, and if you do not know that I AM HE, you can't believe ME, just believe what HE said. Aren't you glad!
'If a man keep My sayings he shall never see death!'
He did not say, "If the spirit of a man keep My sayings he shall never see death," and He did not say, "If the soul of a man keep My sayings he shall never see death." but
'If a man keep My sayings he shall never see death!'
But of course, it is the same as anything else; GOD does not guarantee you anything, saving on condition. All of GOD'S promises are conditional. Do not think within yourself you can live as you please and do as you choose and yet demand the blessing of GOD anyhow. I say, in all of your getting, get understanding, and,
'No man can say that JESUS is LORD except by the Holy Ghost!'
Can you not see the mystery?
'No man knoweth the Son but the FATHER; neither knoweth any man the FATHER, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal HIM!'
There are many who talk of ME and a good many who say, as one of the speakers mentioned tonight, that "He is not GOD," and yet what they say does not reach ME. A good many of them say many things, but how can you know GOD except that you have the Holy Ghost? Why is a person says, "He is not GOD the other one is not GOD," well, all right; I know you have not got the Holy Ghost!
But the Spirit tries the Spirit by the Spirit, and by the Spirit you shall know HIM and not by physical sight; for
'It is not by sight not with hearing does HE judge, but with a righteous judgment!'
So I AM not trying to convince you any way, but believe the word of GOD and as you believe the word of GOD, believe what JESUS said and follow JESUS diligently, sincerely and conscientiously and I will lead you on to victory. And when this is done you will see ME and you will;; know ME. Aren't you glad!
It is a privilege, a privilege beyond a reasonable doubt, to live in the actual presence of GOD and be able to comprehend with all saints!
I need not go into the details to depict and describe every illustration and every testimony, for in the actuated words of expression, since I AM the Light of the World, I AM daily telling you something better than I could tell you personally! Then I say, let your light so shine! Let your light so shine, and your light that is your light will shine if you will allow it to.
What did one say concerning this Light whom you say I AM?
'In HIM was Life, and that Life was the Light of men...that lighteth every man that cometh into the world!'
If you will let your light so shine before men, why then, you will understand and you will not have an occasion to conflict with others and confuse your minds with erroneousness and as good many of you do. Just let your Light shine!
I heard one say by composition,
'This little light of mine, I'm going to let it shine!'
And if you will let it shine why then, you will see what that little Light really
is; it is the Light that lighteth every man that cometh into the world, and it
will light you up in understanding and will give you understanding that you will
be able to comprehend with all saints and with all scriptures; and yet you will
not quote scripture as the "other fellow" does for a selfish purpose
but when you quote scripture you will quote scripture scientifically, you will
quote scripture sincerely and you will quote scripture conscientiously, so that
the scripture you are quoting might be for the benefit of others; not merely
for a selfish purpose to suit your own purpose!
Many times we quote scriptures that are true, which the scriptures, they are true. But men quote scripture sat times for the appeasing of themselves and to suit their own purpose and their own plan. Nevertheless, if you understand the truth you know the scripture, for the scripture is for instruction, for correction in righteousness that the man of GOD might be perfectly and thoroughly furnished unto all good works!" So it is a privilege to realize what the scripture is for.
In coming into these different audiences we want our visiting friends to feel free to speak and whatsoever you know concerning GOD, concerning government, concerning politics, concerning statesmanship and citizenship, you are welcome to speak according to the dictates of your own conscience; and if another has something better, let us use it rather for the advancement of others, to improve ourselves socially, politically, legally and otherwise! Aren't you glad!
Now this, or these meetings are held here every Monday night especially for the purpose of instituting righteousness in government and government into righteousness. As this is our Righteous Government Meeting and this is the evening we hold our special Righteous Government Meetings here, we desire to institute righteousness in government and government into righteousness; for
'Righteousness exalteth a nation but sin is a reproach to any people!'
Any proposals for the legislatures, anything you think or propose to introduce for the betterment of our city or state or our country, you are welcome to present it. If you have any ideas or any opinions that you can introduce as a legal and a political issue, into this righteousness that I AM representing, and this from here to our city government, to our state government, and to our federal government, we here to co-operate in instituting righteousness in government and government into righteousness!
For this cause the biblical prophets and other lawmakers of bible time, spoke of laws and regulations that were to be instituted in government as well as into religion. Even JESUS the great love Master at the age of only twelve years, He did not only talk with the lawyers but He also talked with the doctors; and He did not only talk with the doctors but He also talked with the lawyers. According to an inspirational interpretation, since GOD is HIS Own interpreter and HE makes it plain, JESUS spoke concerning the sanitary laws that should be instituted in government whilst He was talking with the lawyers and the doctors. JESUS spoke of the scripture pertaining to the Leviticals, where the laws of GOD to the children of men were handed down (can you not see the mystery?); speaking with the lawyers and the doctors because they were to be instituted in government as well as represented biblically in the religious world! Therefore, the same spirit is speaking today, since your FATHER and HIS Son have truly come! Aren't you glad!
GOD is here today and HE is talking with the lawyers and the doctors, the leaders and rulers of the people, to bring them into the recognition and the realization of HIS Spirit; to institute law in government and in righteousness, and righteousness in the law of the land and the law of man!
The law that I mentioned a little while ago that had freed Paul from the law of sin and death, this is the law upon which the foundation of our government must eventually be founded! It must be founded upon that law that law of the spirit of Life that was in CHRIST JESUS for that is the only law that will free the people; the one that freed Paul from the law of sin and death. And I present to all government that law that was in CHRIST JESUS, for it is reincarnatable and yet it is transmittable; it is evangelical and yet it is legitimate! Aren't you glad!
The legalisticness of that law of which I AM now speaking must be reckoned and the evangelicness of it must be reckoned. It must be counted in all government as legitimate and yet as evangelical for the people to live by and to free the people, of which we all are seeking that kind of freedom of which President Roosevelt was speaking. Those four freedoms must come through and by that which is termed religion! This is the foundation of the government, and the government of all creation must be controlled by this foundation that has already been laid; for it is the only foundation that none other can lay. It is a foundation that has already been laid, and that foundation is just what I said.
The government shall be upon the people transmitted, though Abraham Lincoln spoke of the government for the people and by the people and through the people; but Isaiah declared,
'Unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given and the government shall be upon HIS shoulder!'
Aren't you glad!
But as the government is upon MY shoulder I AM transmitting the government to the people that it might be by the people and through the people and in the people!
The Law of the Spirit of Life that was in CHRIST JESUS, that is the only government and only law that shall save the people. Aren't you glad! I came to free the people from every barrier and from every tie that binds, but it comes through and by the law as was given not by Moses, but as in the Name of Grace and Truth by JESUS CHRIST the Law of the Spirit of Life of which I mentioned! Aren't you glad!
In every dispensation there were times that there were different ones that would mention some law to free the people, because they were not free under the previous laws under which they lived. But the Law of GOD for the children of men is the only law that will actually free them! For this cause I introduce and institute the Law of the Spirit of Life that was in CHRIST JESUS into government, and into righteousness I institute and introduce legality.
Therefore, the Law of GOD to the children of men must be established within them, and that is the law of which Abraham Lincoln was speaking. Even if he was not conscious of it, he was speaking of that law that would free them; speaking of that government for the people, by the people and through the people, for there was no other government to come that would give them their real emancipation saving the Law of the Spirit of Life that was in CHRIST JESUS as the true lawmaker and lawgiver transmitted!
Take these thoughts to consideration and you will see and know definitely, the reason MY followers and others love ME; because I came giving them the Law of the Spirit of Life that would free them from the law of sin and death; not only from the law of sin and death, but would free them from death itself!
The last enemy to be conquered is death, and this is it that GOD has conquered in HIMSELF, that you might have the right to the tree of Life and have your access and your possession and inheritance with the CHRIST!
I need not say more; I believe I have said more that I had thought to say, for I desire to speak more in deed and in actions and put MY Spirit in the masses and cause them to walk in MY Statutes; for it is written:
'Ye are our epistle, seen and read by men!'
Those with whom and in whom I AM in, they are living epistles of ME. You can read them Aren't you glad! Every true follower of Mine is a epistle of ME and you can read ME! Aren't you glad! I AM not speaking about false pretenders but I AM speaking about those who are living exactly according to MY Teaching, those who are letting this mind be in them that was also in CHRIST JESUS and letting the Law of the Spirit of Life that was in CHRIST JESUS be in them, through them and by them the government through the people, by the people and for the people!
They are MY living epistles, seen and read! That is why the hospitals are being paid for back bills they were owed! That is why the children of men are straightening up their crooked paths and making all things right with GOD and man: because I AM walking in them and they are living epistles of ME, seen and read by men!
One writer declares in co-operation and in keeping with MY message of truth,
I once was young and now am old, yet have I not seen the Righteous forsaken, neither his seed begging bread!'
But if you see people going around soliciting and begging, you may know they
are telling ME they are not the righteous seed! It is a hard saying but yet it
is true; and that is why some of the preachers do not wish to come up here ad
preach!
GOD'S children do not have to go around soliciting, begging and stealing; for that is exactly what a good many of the so-called Christians do. They get the "gleaners" out and they go out begging and then they take the money they have collected in the church's name and use it for themselves! They are nothing but thieves! They are thieves, stealing from the church and robbing the people in the name of the church for a selfish purpose! Aren't you glad!
I know these are hard sayings but yet they are true. I know personally and naturally, because I have millions of followers who have been church members. They confessed their sins; how they stole from the church and from the public by begging with "gleaners" and with other begging instruments and then using it for a selfish purpose and not giving it to the church for which they begged it! (FATHER turns to an Elder and says, "You know its true!" The Elder nods his head "yes" in reply.)
Now let us live in the realization of GOD'S actual Presence and know that GOD has a scale of justice and HE is weighing every pennyweight of unrighteousness, and naught but that which is just and right shall remain!
Now if you are not righteous, and if you are not just, and if you are not true, and if you do not do what I bid you do, why, you may be hungry you may be begging! That is the truth! The truth is good if it comes out of.....(FATHER paused and someone in the audience said, "the D---l". A merry laugh rang through the audience and then FATHER continued saying:)
Solomon declared,
'A wilful waste causes a woeful want.'
Now if you are wasteful you are not living evangelically, for what said JESUS concerning the mystery right here in the Gospel scripture?
'Pick up the fragments that nothing be waste!'
Evangelical living is to live exactly according to JESUS CHRIST'S Teachings; exactly according to HIS Life and Teaching; and if you do not take up the fragments and refuse to waste, you are not living evangelically!
When the five thousand were fed by JESUS the great love Master, the Son of whom you say I AM (Aren't you glad!), when they all were bountifully fed, just the same as you are fed here daily, and there was some left afterwards, I told them to take up the fragments that nothing be wasted! If you go around wasting, why naturally, you may suffer because you are not of ME!
These are hard sayings but yet they are true. I need no defense! Aren't you glad!
Live soberly, righteously and godly. Live soberly and know your bible intelligently and speak it thus accordingly, but do not speak it selfishly for a self-indulgent purpose.
I need not say more; the truth must be preserved here and must be at all times protected; it must be done scientifically and intelligently that it might not be critical! I thank you.
