FATHER DIVINE
No one enjoys springing surprises on individuals like the LORD. On Tuesday afternoon, FATHER, after serving the Banquet, returned to the Office, where HE continued office activities, but a little later in the evening, the word had gone forth that HE had left the City, and although we had just so recently been with HIM Personally, we knew that mentally and Spiritually we were present with HIM, and HE was present with us, for in His Ever-Presence we live.
It was indeed a great surprise to the followers and others who attended the 63rd Street Forum, on this evening, for could anything lighten the hearts of the devoted followers of FATHER DIVINE more than to see His Precious, Adorable Personage entering the building. A great tumultuous shout rang forth, and the Angels praised the LORD with ecstasy and Thanksgiving. A beautiful Message was delivered at this time, by the LORD, and then to bless us further, HE returned to the 126th Street Extension, where HE Personally served us, and then delivered this appropriate Message of the day.
When FATHER had returned to the City, to attend the Righteous Government Meeting at 63rd Street, HE "Divinely" served us with the material food, which HE combined with the Spiritual, that the two might become one by "the Leavening of the Spirit", and here we were blessed again with "the Pearls of Wisdom" from the LORD. Thank YOU, our King.
Miss Priscilla Flowers, who attended the Forum earlier in the evening, was a guest at the Banquet Table, and in her remarks, she stated that she never saw anything to equal this great Manifestation of the LORD, or listened to such a Message. For this Supreme Lesson and Blessing, we thank Thee, our LORD.

PEACE EVERYONE! ("Peace, FATHER Dear!" greeted the happy multitude.)
I rise to say, if there is a Miss Priscilla Flowers in the building, have her to come right up, please . . . Miss Priscilla Flowers, please.
(FATHER, having seated Himself again during Dr. Broadman's speech, arose and spoke as follows:)
PEACE EVERYONE! ("Peace, FATHER Dear!" echoed the great multitude.) Here we all are again! First it is "PEACE" I extend to the hearts, the minds and the lives to the children of men, and then I say to them: "Here you all are, and there I AM." In other words: "Here we all are", and again:
'Here you all are, and there I AM; there I sit and here you stand.'
I AM stressing the Unity of the Spirit, of Mind, of Aim and of Purpose. This
is it for which I came, to bring all mankind in the Unity of the Spirit, of Mind,
of Aim and of Purpose. When this is done, all wars, civil wars, race riots, lacks,
wants and depressions and everything else detestable will be done.
Dr. Broadman brought to My consideration and conveyed the same to you very stressfully, the great significance of this Movement, and of the spirit and the presence of it; how the nations of the earth today are at war in a great measure, and are expecting to be turned into "the other place" any moment. They are expecting for the greater part of Europe, yea, the European countries, as well as Asia, as Spain, and a part of Africa to be turned into "the other place" any moment; where the long predicted Judgment of the Wrath of GOD, as man saw in his version was that fire and brimstone would rain down from Heaven. But oh, how glorious it is to know, even though there are a handful here in My Spirit and Mind apparently, the little leaven shall leaven the whole lump. This Truth shall envelop the world, and shall bring all of the powers that be into subjection, for what said the Scriptures concerning the mystery?
'In the days of those kings", the prediction was, "And in the days of those kings shall the GOD of Heaven set up a Kingdom which shall never be destroyed; and the Kingdom shall not be left to other people.'
Aren't you glad? If the nations of the earth, just about six years ago, would
have accepted of My Message, millions of them would not have been slain tonight,
and thousands and millions homeless, and will be homeless because of the refusal
of a great many to accept of the Message which I AM bringing as the redemption
for all humanity; but the time is at hand, when they will see the word "PEACE" is
needed. They will call for "PEACE"
and they will see definitely it is appreciated.
How glorious it is to know your GOD! How glorious it is to know Something that will bring you into the Unity of the Spirit, of Mind, of Aim and of Purpose, and will cause you to desire to deal justly and be honest, competent and true in all you say and in all you do. If each and every individual would live according to this Teaching, it would be a matter of impossibility for a nation to wage war, one against the other, for the true followers of Mine would not fight their fellow brethren for any purpose.
Oh, how glorious it is to have Something to keep you; and to have Something to lift you from the ignorance and the brutality of the beast, as has been exemplified in the children of men, when they are going about to slay thousands and millions of their own kind. As I said the other day, you do not raise an army of several millions to fight against the four-footed beast. That in itself will tell you, the worst enemy is that one of your own household. Those of the human race, they are your worst enemies; hence, unless this advanced spiritual civilization, as "the foot-men", overtakes the "horse-men", why, your civilization will perish. For as they advance scientifically, intellectually, industrially and otherwise, they use the scientific information and intellectual ability, skillful ability and all of the knowledge and understanding they can unearth, they use these powers of expression for destruction. They use them for destruction, because mentally and spiritually they are destructive by nature. They have not been BORN out of that Adamic state of consciousness, for "In Adam all die, so shall in JESUS CHRIST all be made alive."
Then I say, it is essential for each and every individual to rise above selfishness, graft and greed, and every mortal, selfish, bigoted or prejudicial tendency, and let GOD in Love and Mercy rule and reign within them. This is the only hope of redemption, for so long as you are in Adam, which is to say, in that mortal concept of things where there is graft and greed and selfishness and debauchery of every kind, it is a matter of impossibility for you to avoid these different things, such as are now confronting the world. It is a matter of impossibility, for in the world you will find those who are ready and seeking to slay you; seeking you individually, seeking you personally and seeking you collectively, severally and universally.
For this cause, it is essential for men to be born into this advanced spiritual civilization, for with the advanced light of civilization, unless they are born out of the Adamic state of consciousness, the more they are advanced scientifically, intellectually and otherwise from a civilized point of view, the more destructive they will be among you, so long as they have a destructive and a selfish and a greedy mind for greedy gains for self. Therefore, it is a matter of impossibility to overcome those things, for they are the worst beasts of all kinds, the worst of animals mankind. They are the worst animals of all animals unless they are born out of that Adamic state of consciousness and become to be New Creatures, and launch out in this New Advanced Spiritual Civilization, for the mortal civilization having been Spiritually awakened will advance men scientifically, intellectually and inspire them with more understanding to invent destructive forces to be more destructive than they have been, even until now.
Then I say, this advanced Spiritual civilization . . . when you hear ME speak of the "advanced civilization" I speak stressfully concerning of the advanced civilization for what profiteth it you to advance scientifically and advance intellectually and otherwise from a civilized point of view? Unless you advance Spiritually and be born out of that Adamic state of consciousness, your civilization will profit you nothing, but oh, how glorious it is to know the Truth! Since I came you can see the Light of the advanced civilization, which lifts you scientifically, intellectually, socially, morally, industrially and from every angle expressible and changes your soul as well as your body, which will cause you all to be New Creatures, and lifted out of mortality into the true immortal state of consciousness where the advanced civilization will be overcome by this great Spiritual Awakening.
What profit is it to know everything a man can know, unless you are changed in mind? Your destructive and prejudicial minds, the more you know, the more wicked you are; therefore, the least you know, or the less you know, whichever, the better it is for you and for all others until you are born out of that Adamic state of consciousness and all prejudice, resentment, anger and all of those prejudicial tendencies shall have been eradicated once and forever. Until those things shall have been accomplished within you, you should not learn very much.
The great masters of today, they have advanced so far scientifically; the great men of science, the great men of invention, the great men of discoveries, all of these great advances they have made, scientifically, intellectually and from every desirable angle of expression, saving from a Spiritual point of view. Unless they are advanced Spiritually and mentally, from a Spiritual point of view, your civilization and your advances which you are making from a scientific and from an intellectual point of view will profit you nothing. What said Jesus, the Great Love Master? I AM speaking about what concerning the mystery?
'What does it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses",
said He,
'his own soul?'
Can you not see men in this advanced civilization gaining wisdom, knowledge and
understanding scientifically, increasing in all information necessary for the
earth plane, more and more from every angle expressible, saving gaining more
Spiritual and more Godly Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding? They have gained
all wisdom, knowledge and understanding that the earth can afford. The more scientific
they are and the more advanced they are in this advanced civilization, the more
destructive and the more brutal they are.
Men should not murder. It is as much a crime for a nation to murder millions as it is for an individual to murder a man, but David, as a little shepherd boy it is written "he slew Goliath, and he shouted for joy." He knew Goliath was a great warrior, and at that time, inspirationally, although it was wicked apparently, David must have been inspired to take up the Cross for the people at that time, to prohibit the great warrior from killing all of them; he thought he would kill him. That was quite wrong in the Sight of GOD from a Godly point of view, in one sense of the word, but yet from a national or from a political point of view, David ascended the throne by so doing. It is wonderful!
Enough said and enough done is sufficient. It is wonderful. While yet there are those who are as David, and there are those who are as Peter was: they will attempt to take the law in their own hands; but with the little, small stone of faith, by living exactly according to this Teaching, and allowing My Spirit to fight your battle, you can win the Victory. I thank you.
