As the ensuing demonstration subsided, FATHER stood silent for a moment, and then spoke as follows:
Good Health, Good Will, a Good Appetite; Good Manners and Good Behavior!
We have a good Congregation tonight something we always have wheresoever we are; for the Scripture is fulfilled this day in your hearing. It has long since been said, according to the Scripture,
'The Scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor the Law-Giver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and when Shiloh comes, the gathering of the people shall be unto Him.'This is a Biblical quotation you read back in the Scripture, but in the Gospel Jesus said,
'Where the eagles are gathered together, there shall the body be",in accord with that Song I heard you sing, and which we all have been singing, "There is Somebody here, and I know it is . . ." (FATHER", shouted the vast audience.)
Don't say it unless you mean it!
It may sound a little radical, and it may also be the expression of fanaticism; it may be the unfoldment of ignorance, but through these emotions that are put forth into expression, these people are delivered from sickness and diseases; it frees them from vice and from crime, it causes them to live Evangelically, and hence they are law-abiding citizens, living legitimate lives wheresoever they are. It causes them to be healthy and happy; it brings to them that Joy that no man can give. Aren't you glad?
For this cause I came, and for this purpose I stand, sponsoring this Universal Peace Mission on earth among men, that they might recognize this Impersonal Life, with or without a Bodily Form. This Impersonal Life that we are advocating is a Principle that can and will eventually be brought into materialization universally.
'As in Adam all die, even so in JESUS CHRIST shall all be made alive.'You see these expressions of emotions and demonstrations that are put forth into action here they are not merely fanaticism as man supposes, but these individuals are quickened by the Spirit of the Consciousness of the Presence of GOD, which is the Source of all Supply, and it WILL and it DOES satisfy every good desire. It has brought to the inhabitants of the earth this great Emancipation mankind has so long sought for.
They have been seeking Freedom from the earliest existence of the Creation. After Adam had fallen from his steadfastness and had been driven from the Garden of Eden, the Spirit of GOD'S Presence within Adam, and in others, was desiring to lead him to his deliverance whereby he might have his freedom and have a free access to the Garden of Eden from whence his was driven. But mankind in their ignorance, have not lived according to his, or their, highest intuition, neither have they been governed thereby, nor moved by their own individual, volunteer volition. They have failed to bring forth the CHRIST within themselves to fruition. Therefore they have been limited in demonstrations and expressions, and in unfoldment of the limitless blessings that GOD has in storehouse for His people.
If mankind would but learn the mystery of living an Evangelical life, denying themselves for the CHRIST, and ceasing to function after the similitude of their own minds, their human fancies, tendencies and pleasures, the very Spirit of the CHRIST within the individuals, would lead them to the "mark of their high calling". As the Apostle said on one occasion,
'Press on to the mark of your high calling in GOD, which is in CHRIST JESUS. As many as are led by the Spirit of GOD, they are the Sons of GOD.'You have been called to a higher Light of Understanding, and a greater unfoldment than that of living in ignorance and in sin, and in vice and in crime. By bringing your bodies into subjection to the great Universal Mind Substance, you as individuals will be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
Just think of it, dear ones! It is a privilege for you to come into this place in consciousness wherein we stand, where you can enjoy the Abundance of the Fulness of all good things, wheresoever I AM.
'GOD in the midst of you is Mighty to Save",but remember, you must be willing to live Evangelical and bring your bodies into subjection to this Fundamental that we are advocating, and you will be abundantly blessed and saved. Now then there are many things I could say along this line, but at this particular juncture I will not go very much further, for I will speak a little later. I AM merely calling your attention to the composition that we were singing, "There is Somebody here", and I heard you say, "I know it is FATHER." ("Yes FATHER", resounded from the audience.) Remember, it is not confined to a person nor persons; it is a Principle that we are advocating, with or without a person. It is the Impersonal Life, the CHRIST, that is convertible into a person, if the person or persons will bring their bodies into subjection to this Principle, wholeheartedly.
Take these thoughts into consideration. When you see the waving of these handkerchiefs, do not think that it is merely a form. Spontaneously it came forth, not by a custom or by practice, but it came forth by the moving of the Spirit of the Almighty. The handkerchiefs but typify the white flags of Peace, and of Good Will to men. We are not waving red flags for war; but we are waving white handkerchiefs, which represent Peace on Earth, and Good Will to men.
For this cause I came, and if you as individuals, that are living out of this State of Consciousness, choose to live in that dark and dreary world, that is your business. Insignificant as I may appear to be, I AM quite sure by this time you all just about know, the millions and millions that are following ME, they are not all ignorant and unlearned people.
It is the Spirit of GOD'S Presence, through this recognition, that has brought them Peace and Joy and Happiness, which causes them to come and go as they do, and make up their minds voluntarily, to live Evangelical lives. By living Evangelical lives, they live pure and wholesome and respectable lives in the Land of the Living. In short, they become law-abiding citizens; they become competent, reliable and trustworthy, whereby you could trust them with millions and millions of dollars, and they would not steal a penny. That is just what this belief is doing. Faith in ME, as though it WAS ME, has freed them from the desire to commit crimes, and caused them to be willing to live Evangelical, to live legitimate and respectable lives in the Land of the Living; to be honest, respectable and trustworthy in every particular, and to establish the Kingdom of GOD on earth, in their homes and in their affairs.
There are many things I could say along this line, but as I afore said, I arose because of the Inspiration of the Spirit, and because of the rhythm that was going forth with this Composition as it was being conveyed through you to the nations at large. And the waving of the handkerchiefs, and the emotions and expressions in words and in actions, giving Thanks and Praises at the remembrance of His Holiness, are calling our attention to the Message that was given by the Prophet Isaiah
'Unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given, and His Name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace.'Remember, that is not confined to a person nor persons; it is a Principle that has been lifted up, and the birth of a Principle coming as a Child in the parable, but it is fulfilled in your hearing, as it has been brought to fruition in this dispensation.
Hence, the Everlasting Fathership Degree of Spiritual Understanding has been brought to fruition in the consciousness of the people, and since this has been accomplished, there is a great unfoldment of Peace on earth, and Good Will to men. Hence, it is the Everlasting Father and Prince of Peace, and these waves of the handkerchiefs, and emotions and expressions, with joy and Thanksgiving, are the expressions of Thanks and Praises for their deliverance, and for the freedom they have received, and for this great Peace that surpasses all human understanding. Therefore, it IS the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace, and not a Person but a Principle that has been brought to fruition in your experiences and in and over your affairs. Hence, GOD alone is now Reigning as the Prince of Peace, and LORD of Lords and KING of Kings. I thank you.
