FATHER and MOTHER DIVINE

In this brief Message FATHER puts forth the thought of the value and even the necessity of oppositions for your recognition of GOD'S Blessings, that you may make your advances in the spiritual life; for they will awaken the "Sleeping Giant" within you which is your real protection. It is good to be "extremiated", so that you might be inspired by the Spirit of the Almighty and need no man to teach you. Also, GOD is ready to give you healing from every angle; but it calls for sacrifice and self-denial in every thought and action. You must trust HIM whole-heartedly to receive this Blessing.
(FATHER speaks as follows:)
PEACE EVERYBODY! Now you are happy, aren't you, to see ME get ready to go? ("No, FATHER!" came an instantaneous shout.) That little thought I brought out for consideration firstly to the individual that was lastly speaking: Blessings and Blessings shall fall on you; but is was not confined, neither is it confined to the individual as it was apparently directed. It is applicable to the life and lives of you all if you will allow the blessings on you to fall, for the blessings are flowing free for each and every individual, but you must get in the way of them. If you get in the place where they are falling they will fall on you. I have heard some say and I have heard them sing,
'Let some blessing fall on me.'
If you will let them fall on you, they will fall on you, but you yourselves must
let them. As was said the other day in reference to helping you to keep the faith
, etc. and make you do this or that you must be persistent in your ambition and
stand, even though oppositions arise.
Every opposition, according to the degree of that opposition's unfoldment, is but an outward expression of your advancement. You are advancing according to the unfoldment of your opposition. The greater the opposition the nearer your perfection. Through the simplest oppositions cometh forth blessings, and through the greatest oppositions cometh forth perfection. You must have the oppositions and conflicts that are called tests. You must have them to the fullest measure, that you might bring forth a fuller measure of your unfoldment of your convincement and your recognition of GOD'S Presence.
That is why I said,
'Blessings and blessings shall fall on you.'
The blessings are falling wheresoever the oppositions are coming! Difficulties
and conflicts and oppressions and depressions will bring from the hidden treasures
of GOD'S Wisdom all blessings that are needful. Therefore, the oppositions and
handicaps and difficulties through the conflicts of life, they are exceptionally
helpful for they will cause that spirit that is lying dormant in you, that "sleeping
giant", to wake up and rise from the sleeping places within you and put
forth Himself into expression and unfold Himself in the mystery of His Omnipotence
and of His Omniscience. It is Wonderful!
Let the difficulties and oppositions come! Let even the invisible oppositions arise mentally that, that "sleeping giant" within you might come forth to expression and reveal Himself as your protection. That is why
'Through tribulations deep the way to Glory is.'
I have heard you say and I have heard you sing,
'Tribulation worketh patience, and patience experience, and experience hope, and hope maketh not ashamed.""All things work together for good to them that love the Lord!"
Hence, by the oppressions and depressions and by the conflicts and conflictions
that "sleeping giant" will rise to His feet and put forth Himself as
your real protection.
That is why you should rejoice! Do you not see the mystery of new inventions and inspirations bringing from the Invisible Treasures of GOD'S Omniscience Wisdom and Knowledge and Understanding, scientifically and artistically inspiring men and women, as they may be termed to be, to be more enlightened with a higher light of Spiritual Civilization than was in their fondest imaginations? It is wonderful! You can see, the different individuals are being inspired, the same as this brother in reference to this especial painting. These different inspirations are coming forth to lift you up where you were cast down, to help you where you needed help.
That is why it is good to be handicapped, as far as man is concerned. that GOD might put forth Himself into expression and unfold His mystery of His Allness and the nothingness of matter to be discerned.
I AM so glad! I AM so glad to see the seeming difficulties, the seeming handicaps, the seeming oppositions, the seeming limitations, for "Man's extremity is God's opportunity". Humanly speaking, this brother did not have any education. I say, he did not have an education, humanly speaking. I AM speaking thuswise because I could not and you could not justifiably say he has no education now. The Spirit of My Presence is sufficient, by inspiration, by revealing the mystery of things that are hidden, to teach you All Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding and cause you, though you were ignorant, to be super-intelligent. Now isn't that wonderful? ("Truly wonderful!" came the reply.)
Just think of thousands and thousands of people the universe over that did not know their alphabets, but by the Spirit of My Presence, through the conscious recognition of it, they are being inspired with Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding by the inspiration of the Almighty, and they are becoming to be intelligent from an educational point of consideration. It goes to show you,
'If you continue in My Word you shall know the Truth and the Truth shall set you free!'
It remains to show,
'When He the Spirit of Truth has come, you need no man to teach you, but He will teach you and lead you and guide you into all Truth",
for CHRIST is your real Intutor!
By inspiration it cometh. By inspiration you will be taught the mysteries of both the earth and the heaven. Firstly it may come forth as by inspiration. Inspirationally you may express it in an expression of merriness and enthusiasm through your emotions, but when you direct your thoughts to the positive and advanced light of spiritual civilization, the Spirit of My Presence will inspire you with Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding, and though you have been ignorant, it will give you an education. Now isn't that wonderful? ("So wonderful, Father!" was the enthusiastic response.) It answers every problem, it satisfies every desire. All you must needs do is to concentrate on that which is needful and the Spirit of GOD'S Presence will express it automatically, even though you are not conscious of it!
'Christ is rich and all you need.'
GOD will heal you from every adverse and undesirable condition. But true healing
is not confined nor bound to the expression of an ailment you may have of the
physical body. This Healing that CHRIST giveth, it reaches from the spirit to
the soul, and to the body. It reaches all conditions and all circumstances. If
they are ailing they can get a healing. Now isn't that wonderful? You are being
healed mentally, you are being healed socially, you are being healed intellectually,
you are being healed from poverty, limitations, lacks and wants and adverse and
undesirable conditions. The Spirit of My Presence is giving an Universal Healing!
Now isn't that wonderful? ("Yes, so wonderful, FATHER Dear!" came the
reply.)
I can say it because you can see it, because you can feel it! You can feel it because you are receiving it! That is the mystery of every ailment that ails you through your physical body, your mental world, or through your surroundings, or anything that concerns you, whichever if they are ailing, the Spirit of My Presence can heal them! You need not go around and say, "I cannot get a position." If you are out of work and in poverty, the Spirit of My Presence, if you realize it is your FATHER, can and will heal you from poverty, from limitations and all undesirable conditions, for the Spirit of GOD'S Presence, through your conscious conviction, will do the healing. GOD will express and work a healing among you and upon you when and wheresoever it is needed!
Hence, apply it to your lives, to your works and to your affairs and all things that concern you, and the Spirit of GOD'S Presence automatically will give you the healing; and every adverse and undesirable expression, GOD will heal you of it!
It is true also, as I say at times, if for any cause the Spirit of My Presence, without your efforts, does not reach your condition or the conditions of your surroundings, whatever it is that needs a healing, you can see the right sort of physician that you can make application for the healing, and such is justifiable, for it is written:
'The physician is for the sick.'
If you get sick and cannot get well, you need a physician. I know you say My
Spirit is sufficient. It is sufficient if you will bring your body into subjection
and if you will live whole-heartedly consecrated. Then and there you will receive
the healing. But if for any cause the Spirit of My Presence cannot heal you without
a physician, then and there you need a physician.
The same like manner about being healed of limitations, lacks and wants and other adverse and undesirable conditions. If the Spirit of My Presence cannot bring you a position automatically, without your asking, you are justified in going to the employment agency to seek a position. My Spirit may bring you one, but you can see, if it does not bring it automatically, it must mean that you need a healing from the thought of waiting and not desiring to be practical.
At times there is a desire within, a subconscious desire, that may teach and prompt you to say, "I am waiting on the Spirit," and that may be a desire of impracticalness. That may be an impractical and unprofitable desire lurking around about your heart and mind. These thoughts are well worth considering. If you will live according to My Teaching, everyone of My true believers can and will be independent! When and wheresoever it is that the Spirit does not bring into outer expression whatsoever you need, then and there must needs be some other way you must get some other way or express some other way whereby these requirements can be had. The Spirit WILL bring it about, but you must trust whole-heartedly, and if you trust whole-heartedly, as your physical bodies are healed of their physical ailments or diseases, even so will I heal you of all adverse and undesirable conditions, it matters not what they may be!
From henceforth, now and forever, you can make this declaration known: GOD is sufficient and is willing and ready to give the healing, according to your consecration, sacrifice and self- denial from every angle. I thank you!
