Address by Mr. Joseph Hittner, Attorney, Brooklyn, New York

Rockland Palace Auditorium.

Given at the Holy Communion Table
The Rockland Palace, Sunday, January 18th, 1942 A.D.F.D.

Peace, FATHER: Peace, everyone:

I am not a stranger to you; or should I rather say that you are not strangers to me ?  because I have had the privilege of dining at this table on a previous occasion through the very kind invitation of Mr. Diamond and Mr. Lamb.  I was so thrilled , as was Mrs. Hittner with me, and we immediately insisted that we receive another invitation.  Never before have I seen such a vast gathering under one roof where such a Divine Spirit prevailed in a gathering of this type.  It is truly wonderful spiriturally and every other way.

It is difficult for oen who has not had the spirit to come herer to see the Work of  FATHER DIVINE and the manner of His followers to really apprciate the Work that He is doing and that has been done by FATHER and His followers.  His Teachings are only too wonderful for those who do not appear here to really apprciate, and how wonderful this world would be if we cold consolidate the entire globe and bring all the peoples of the world before you on one Sunday night at one of these banquets, so they would have the opportunity to have installed in themthat feeling of Righteousness, Truth and Juatice; and if that would ever happen, what a wonderful world this would be!

Truly it is a pleasure, a Divine pleasure for me to have theopportunity to dine with You.  I pray that You will again extend the invitation which will make me more than happy for me to accept.
