FATHER DIVINE
This is a Message to every official or acting official in office or about to fill office today. GOD, the Righteous Judge, is now taking control of the political and legal worlds of today, and as said one of the devout and faithful followers of FATHER in her testimony on this occasion, the Lord has truly come, in and among the diplomats of the world today and is stirring up their petty affairs which are filled with corruption, falsity and greedy gain, and establishing the Christ therein to rule and judge the people with Equity and a Righteous Judgment.
Truly is it said in Psalms 9:8 —
"And He shall judge the world in righteousness; He shall minister judgment to the people in righteousness!"
Therefore, accept of this Message, ye ends of the earth, and bow low to the KING of Kings, Who judges the universe with Equity and Who administers the Law with Justice!

Peace Everyone: Here we all are again and yet I AM the same. It is not again, it is the same time. Aren't you glad! I thought just a moment ago, when the last speaker mentioned My being in and among the diplomats — I thought how marvelous it is to bespeak such things as are now being fulfilled. These things that are now being fulfilled had been spoken of years ago — of what God would actually do among you and how the powers that be would knuckle their knees and bring themselves into subjection to that which may be termed you and ME. Aren't you glad!
They may try to evade the issue, they may try to rise in opposition from the divers angles of expression; but GOD, in HIS own Majesty, Love and Mercy and yet in tender compassion with all of His Dominion, will come forth into expression to meet them — will meet them on every issue and will meet them on every plane and will cause them to know,
"GOD is not a GOD afar off, but GOD is a GOD at hand!"
They shall know it is not necessary for any person or persons to carry out nor convey a report as if though I AM going to some place! Where have I to go and from whence cometh I? I do not have to go anywhere! Aren't you glad! I AM Present when I AM apparently absent and I AM absent when I AM apparently Present!
It has long since been declared by the metaphysicians and the teachers of the divers religions, GOD is Omnipresent. If mortality can get you to think I AM going to some place or I have gone to some place, or I have not gone to some place, or I AM not here or I AM not there, that is their great aim — to get you to think I AM not Omnipresent! But with the right concept and with the recognition of the Truth, GOD'S Presence is just as operative among you when HE is apparently absent as when HE is apparently Present!
"It is not by power nor by might, but it is by MY Spirit";
therefore I AM not advocating nor emphasizing, neither am I Teaching the mere Personal Presence of your Humble Servant, neither of the Lord, GOD Almighty, since GOD is all —
since GOD is ALL, I say! GOD being your Humble Servant, the most insignificant of all of the insignificant, and yet GOD being the Significant of the significant — being the Author and the Finisher of all things with or without a Bodily Form!
With this concept and the recognition of GOD'S Actual Presence, you can build upon a Foundation that cannot be shaken. Hence, when they say I AM absent, then I AM Present, and when they say I AM Present, I AM also Present, and yet I AM at that place where they say I AM not at! That is the mystery!
As I told you all many years ago, the Apostles' Creed as read, rehearsed and rehearsed at least weekly in a good many of the churches, they did not stop to consider the mystery and express it effectively, intelligently and convincingly, that humanity collectively, and universally might get it effectively!
When they say,
"I believe in GOD the FATHER Almighty, the Maker
(or the Creator)
"of Heaven and of earth, and in His only begotten Son who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, was born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead and buried. He descended to the 'other place'. The third day He arose from the dead, from thence
(or from whence — either phrase or word may be used, for each of these words are applicable to that particular quotation,)—
"from thence and from whence, after, He ascended to GOD and sat at the right hand of Power, from thence and from whence, He has become to judge the quick and the dead!"
When you go before a judge and you say, "Judge your Honor," if it is merely a Justice of the Peace as a little local country justice, you may know you are speaking to GOD from the angle of Jesus as the Judge, to judge the living creatures! If this Justice is not justice and will not judge the people with Equity , he may overstep his bounds; he may not live according to his official duty and he may not adhere to his oath of office according to his oath he has taken in being sworn in by the Bible; but when you say "Judge your Honor," it should be nothing less than Christ and nothing more than GOD in that bodily form called judge to whom and in whom I speak!
Oh, it is a privilege to observe the mystery! When you say "Judge your Honor," he is there as a judge to judge the quick; and your coroner when he is called upon, he is to judge the physical dead! It should be GOD in each of these two officials as a committee of one, individually representing respectively the individual office, as a delegate representing such official duty to and through all humanity, to be represented as Christ among the people, to judge the people with Equity! Can you not see the mystery? Therefore, when you speak, speak not to man but speak to GOD, knowing that Christ has truly descended. Not only so, but having arisen, and now has been seated at the Right Hand of GOD, and Hand of Power, to Judge the Quick and the Dead!
It should be the Christ of all creation to judge each and every individual and each and every nation, to judge the living and to judge the dead. When this is done, you can say with the Spirit of sincerity, "Judge your Honor!"
When he fails to be the reproducer and the real Vicar of Christ in that particular case, he or she is violating his oath of office, because he has placed himself as the judge of the people! It should be GOD transmitted — nothing less than Christ your Savior, the Righteous Judge of all creation!
Thousands and thousands of them have failed to live according to this great Principle of which I have lifted. They have failed to live according to the oath of office they have taken. They violate the oath of office as given in being selected and appointed and you as individuals at times are mistreated and misjudged by the unjust officials, for they have failed to be Christ Whose personal Name is Jesus! They have a right to be as much Christ to the people universally as I AM Christ to you My Followers!
Have I not said the Christ is impersonal even as the principle of mathematics is impersonal? The mathematicians may develop the understanding of mathematics within themselves intellectually and learn to handle the principle expertly, but unless they can express scientifically the reality of the principle, they cannot be real mathematicians. But if they do express it expertly, this principle will still remain as expressive and as operative and reproducible as it was in producing the principle and bringing the principle to fruition within you, that you as an individual might be a mathematician! It has not taken the essence of the 'mathematicianated' degree of its quality away from it. It is just as expressive for others as it is for you! It is somewhat like GOD by nature. GOD by nature is impersonal, and all of GOD'S Characteristics and GOD'S Attributes and GOD'S Life and GOD'S Love and all that consists of GOD, all of these things are Impersonal! They are as expressive for you as individuals as they are for GOD Himself Personally! Can you not see the mystery?
Then I say, let these thoughts be with you! Then I say again, when you go before a judge —"Judge Your Honor," if he does not allow Christ unadulteratedly to respond within him, I will withdraw Myself from him and eventually impeach him or cause him to send in his resignation, or something of that sort, of which is an automatic impeachment, without the impeachment of such a judge by the authorities!
We shall have a Righteous Government and we shall not be denied the right to express, and to express to perfection scientifically and to express to perfection from every angle expressible, for GOD by Nature is Impersonal. HE has imparted Himself to His people, His chosen. Can you not see the mystery?
It is your privilege, every one of you, to express as accurately and as scientifically as Christ Himself, your LORD and SAVIOR! Live it and express it, Beloved Ones, and you will not have an occasion to fret nor worry, but remember if another must fill an office as a representative of judging the people he must judge with the Spirit of Equity or else I will dethrone him!
Then as you heard the last speaker say, you have never heard of such a political stir-up internationally as there is today. You have never heard of such a national stir-up internationally as there is today; for GOD Himself has come and if they mean to fill the offices they have been filling, they must let GOD Himself rule on the throne and they themselves must deny themselves as men and women and allow GOD to have free access within them!
I need not say more, for I have said enough to stir up all creation! I know now, just now the heathens are raging, and I know the people are imagining vain things, but they cannot do a thing! They cannot hinder ME, for GOD Alone shall reign, and by the Power of MY Hand I brought you out of the land of Egypt! Can you not see the mystery? I led you through the river and around the walls of Jericho! By the Power of MY Hand I brought you out of the land Egypt! Aren't you glad!
Truly might have one caught the glimpse of the mystery of this of which I AM now speaking by composition and declared it for ME,
"The 'other place' may rage and vent her spite, but GOD will save HIS Heart's Delight!:
Aren't you glad!
Then I say, through floods and flames if GOD your FATHER leads, you you should follow Him, for He has come this time to go no more, to have all dominion and free access right here on the earth wheresoever man is found!
I did not arise to say so much but you have stirred up MY Pure Mind by thinking in the direction, the way, I AM going, and thinking harmoniously along this line I have stirred up in your pure mind and caused you to come in and along this line. Now GOD speaketh! And if GOD cannot speak in every official with the spirit of sincerity, the officials who will not judge the people with equity, whether they know the truth concerning the mystery or know it not, they shall be Impeached or Dethroned or thrown out of office, because they have a right to know it or be in such close contact with the Almighty that the Spirit should lead them and guide them, and GOD will be the Judge in them, for HE Alone shall reign and have all dominion, that the people might be judged with Equity! For what said David concerning the mystery?
"Righteousness and Judgment are the habitation of His throne! The earth saw and trembled!"
When Righteousness shall have been established in your judgment, in your acts and in your deeds with the spirit of sincerity and you are non-biased minded, there and then only can GOD or Christ whichever, be enthroned on the throne of your mind to judge the people with Equity, and the inhabitants of the earth with Righteousness, Truth and Justice, both the living and the dead, according to the Apostle's Creed of the Christian and Catholic Churches! I thank you.
Peace Everyone: At this instance I would like to say, I had arisen to make the announcement. As usual we have visiting friends with us. Our visiting friends are welcome to speak. I AM sure whensoever they come in these divers audiences, it is something revealed or shown or spoken of far reaching enough to give them inspiration, aspiration and courage and zeal, with a desire to speak from some of the angles with which we are concerned. If any of our visiting friends desire to speak, even on any other subject that is not according to our Righteous Government Platform, or on any other subject with which we are not concerned, it is your privilege to do so.
At this time I believe there is one with us who would have something to say, as it came to MY Attention a little while ago. While this individual may speak, I hope you all may pay prayerful attention to what she has to say and remember, each and every individual has a right to speak according to the dictates of his or her own conscience in this great country of democracy, of which we are advocating under the Constitution, whereby each and every person has the right of assemblage and the freedom of it — the right to speak and the freedom of speech, and the right to the press and the freedom of it, so long as they do not speak maliciously or especially antagonistic, in a way that would be libelous against another.
Take these thoughts to consideration and all may speak according to the dictates of your own conscience. Do not feel as though you must speak according to ours especially, for MY Work and MY Mission are not confined to a special person or persons or versions or ideas or opinions; and even if they were, you would have a right to expression in all the divers manners of expression according to the dictates of your own conscience; for I did say though the mouth of the Apostle:
"Let every man be persuaded by his own opinion!"
