And HE it is that is Electrifying the Universe with His glorious Work and as HE fulfills every command, demand and proposal before the startled eyes of the children of men! This dynamic Sermon, given by Him on this occasion, is but further proof of His great Deity and Supreme Power here on Earth, for truly HE is Ruling and Reigning and having His Way, and not a man nor a machine, nor a thought, nor a mind can hinder Him! PEACE, EVERYONE: Good Health, Good Will, a Good Appetite; Good Manners, Good Behavior, all success and all prosperity; Life, Liberty and the Reality of Happiness! If those of you My fellow citizens, hearers and friends, will take cognizance of My Message and even the Salutation as just related, and imbibe the Spirit and the meaning of the Words as spoken, you will have no more child delinquency. It is a common phrase quite often used, if not by the general public it has been quite often used by your Humble Servant get at the cause and root it up and the effect will wane of its own abnormal weight and for and of its own unreality!
The cause of everything should be understood. As you understand the cause for child delinquency and all other vice and crime and law violation of every kind, if you get at the cause of those detestable tendencies of men and root them up and out, the Effect among the children of men will there and then wane! You heard one of the speakers say a little while ago, I AM a Panacea for every ill; and truly, I thought a little while ago, if we desire to be heard, we must hear to be heard.
If we desire the general public and the masses to adhere to our Message we must adhere to the Message of Truth even though it may come through the most insignificant youth; for it is written:
"A little child shall lead them,"
and
"The least among you, the same shall be great;"
For
"has not GOD chosen the dumb things of this world and the things that are naught, to bring to naught the things that are?"
And the great thing, to bring to an end by small things? For,
"Where is the wise and where are the scribes? Has not GOD chosen the dumb things of this world to confound the wise?"
A Little Child Shall Lead Them A good many people do not desire to even so much as hear the insignificant, but it is written,
"A little child shall lead them!"
And the childship degree of expression, in Meekness and Lowliness of heart, CHRIST came, and as the poorest among men, yet making many rich! And again I could have said, as I can say, HE came as the illiterate among men yet making many Superinteligent! That is the mystery! Mortality cannot understand, because GOD came in a mysterious way. Aren't you glad! (So glad exclaimed the vast audience) and HE is Ruling and Reigning and having His Way!
Therefore, I say, it is written,
"Train a child in the way that he should go; when he is old he will not depart from it!"
I have long since said,
"Train a child seven years before he is born and then train him seven years after he is born and he will not go astray!"
For he will be shaped and formed and brought up hereditively in the way that you would have him go! Therefore, if you are conscious of it or if you are not conscious of it, your children are expressing you! You are training your child now! I mean, those of your posterity that will come in the next generation you are training them now! You are putting in your system by the imbibation of the spirit and the mind of others, and your versions, your ideas and your opinions, just what you will make of your children. Curb Your Own Delinquencies! I say,
"Train a child in the way that he should go and When he is old he will not depart from it!"
If the people desire help, let them learn to curb the delinquencies in themselves! Curb your hereditive tendencies, your mortal fancies and pleasures! Curb and suppress your detestable characteristics and your malicious, dishonest and criminal disposition and bring your bodies into subjection to the Life and Teaching of JESUS. By so doing you are training your child of tomorrow in the way that he should go!
That is what I AM talking about! You have been taught from your earliest existence, for more than three thousand years until now, coming all the way down by tradition through the Life and Doctrine of Judaism.
"Thou shalt not commit adultery!"
You have heard it as Christians in your Sunday Schools and in your homes and in your houses of prayer
"Thou shalt not commit adultery!"
But you have gone about your own way, as if though to say, "I do not care what GOD says. I shall do what I please and who can hinder me? I will commit adultery!" as so to speak; and just continue on committing adultery, and none could stop you until I came! But I AM here Now! Aren't you glad! ("So glad, Lord!" responded the multitude spontaneously.) I do not say, "Thou shalt not commit adultery," and I do not say, "Do not commit adultery, but I say, I will stop you from committing adultery! I will change your vile bodies in fashion like unto GOD'S Glorious Body the purpose for which I came that you might be transformed by the renewing of your mind! By this I AM curbing child delinquency! Your Children Will Follow Your Example When you stop committing adultery; when you stop drinking liquor; when you stop smoking and gambling, your children and your children's children will stop it! They will stop it by the virtue of the fact that they will have by hereditation and even by intuition, the leading within to refuse to commit those crimes and those vices such as you have done! That is what it is all about! Not a true follower of Mine would smoke a cigarette!
Not a true follower of Mine would drink a glass of intoxicating liquor! Not a true follower of Mine would gamble a penny away in the act of gambling or horse racing! Not a true follower of Mine would steal a penny from any man! If they do not want to hear ME, I AM going on anyway! I know they don't want to hear ME, but I AM going on! I shall go into the hearts and minds and lives of the children of men and I shall change them and shall curb Adult Delinquency, and by so doing I AM curbing Child Delinquency! And the future nation or generation, whichever, of our future America, shall be changed by the Renewing of their minds! That is what I AM doing! I AM Changing them! I AM getting at the Cause and the Root and the Offspring of all vice and crime! I AM transforming the children of men by the Renewing of their minds! But just try to go out and stop different individuals in their youth and in their wild career from committing the crimes they are committing without a New Birth of Freedom under GOD, you cannot do it! You must have the New Birth of Freedom yourself to convert or give birth to anyone else! You Must Be Born Again! I know these are hard sayings. How can you control the children of men in their youth and stop them from committing the vices you desire to do, and desire to prevent them from doing, and you keep on doing the very same thing? You must be born again! That is what I AM talking about!
They must be born again!
"Except a man be born again he cannot see the Kingdom of Heaven!"
That is the mystery! So then I say, take cognizance of this Message, for Child Delinquency can be curbed by curbing the cause and the effect together, by giving the whole Nation a New Birth of Freedom under GOD! Abraham Lincoln knew what he was fighting against would not solve the problem by the Army and the Navy. It would not emancipate the people, those who were in slavery. It would not emancipate them. But to give them a New Birth of Freedom under GOD, then and there they would have an emancipation that no man could give them, without the Army and the Navy.
"That this whole nation," not a part of it; I mean, the slave owners, the masters and the bosses and every living creature every slave and every servant and every living creature under this nation must have a New Birth of Freedom under GOD; "that government BY the people, FOR the people and THROUGH the people might not perish from the earth!" That is the only way to prevent it from perishing!
GOD'S Presence Saved This Government It is only because of My Presence here in America that this Government did not perish! For My Name's sake and for the Righteous sake of those whom I have made Righteous, this Government did not perish for the Life of CHRIST, as being termed the Blood, was SEEN when the destroying angel prospectively passed over this nation! Can you not see the mystery? (Yes, FATHER Dear replied the vast throng.) When the destroying angel prospectively passed over this nation when he saw the Life of CHRIST in Righteousness, as being termed the Blood, he passed over this nation; for they had a New Birth of Freedom, and that Freedom that was given or mentioned by Abraham Lincoln, that the Government might not perish from the earth! And as those of you who are adhering to My Teaching, I AM not telling you, "Do not drink liquor!" I AM not telling you, "Do not commit the vices and crimes you have been committing!" But I AM merely putting My Spirit, as being termed "the bits in the horses' mouths," and I AM turning the whole body about! Now is not that wonderful? (Truly wonderful exclaimed the congregation.)
A true follower of Mine would not go in a cabaret! A true follower of Mine would not go in a nightclub! A true follower of Mine would not be hanging around on the streets expressing delinquency whether it is adult or child delinquency! Such would not be manifested by a true follower of Mine! And even if you have not been a true follower, I will so contagionize the atmosphere with the Spirit of My Presence and it shall be so fascinating and so captivating, you will be filled with so much love and devotion until you refuse to yield to temptation! You will know definitely you would rather love ME Personally! I say, you will know definitely you would rather love ME Personally than to commit those offenses and crimes and vices of any kind, for your joy is filled to overflowing when you recognize GOD'S Presence! A Real Emancipation for the People For you and for all humanity, the problems, I AM solving them and I AM giving them their real emancipation! That is what it is all about! No, they will not desire to do those things. I will cause you to love ME so much! Aren't you glad! (So glad, FATHER Dear!" exclaimed the vast congregation.) Men and women, boys and girls, rich and poor, old and young, great and small, the high and the low-- I will cause you to Love ME so, I will captivate you and bring you into subjection wheresoever you are, from shore to shore and from land to land! That is what I will do!
Aren't you glad! (So Glad, GOD ALMIGHTY! answered the audience in one voice.) This is more than the Atomic Bomb because it is the INSPIRATOR that by inspiration invented it! Now tell them I said it again! My Spirit, My Mind in Righteousness has swept across the continent even to Germany, and the Nazis surrendered Unconditionally! My Spirit and My Mind in Righteousness swept across the continents to Italy and the Fascists surrendered Unconditionally! Aren't you glad! (Oh, so glad LORD! exclaimed the vast audience.) My Spirit and My Mind and My Demand I made upon them swept across the continent to Japan and the Japs surrendered Unconditionally! Aren't you glad! (So glad! again echoed the reply)
By the Atomic Energy transmitted and created and invented, the Japs were willing to surrender Unconditionally, because it captivated them Aren't you glad! And caused the Enemy of our Nations, and all of our Allied Nations, to surrender Unconditionally because I told them to do it! That is why they did it. I demanded them to do it! Now what is this little Child Delinquency and what is this little Crime Wave in America? If you, the American people adults and fellow citizens especially those who claim to be Righteous and desire to have Righteousness exercised on the earth, and Equity and a Square Deal for Everybody if you will but cooperate, I will curb all vice and crime wheresoever it may be found! That is what I AM doing! The Spirit and Mind Caused the Surrender That was going out-My Spirit and My Mind in the name of a Demand made upon the enemy and reached them, and they surrendered unconditionally! That was to the enemy. They surrendered unconditionally! Righteousness Marches On! It swept across the continent to Italy and the Fascists surrendered unconditionally! Aren't you glad! (Oh, so glad LORD! replied the congregation.)
Then I gave another sweep! Can you not see the mystery? In Righteousness I rose and wrote My Name! That is what I did. Righteousness swept across the continent to Germany and the Nazis surrendered unconditionally. You knew they did! Tell all the critics they did, at My Command and at My Demand I made upon them! Aren't you glad! (Truly glad, GOD ALMIGHTY! exclaimed the happy throng.) They would not stop. They tried to continue through the Japanese Empire, but what said I to them Mr. Tojo and Hirohito? "Don't you want to surrender?" Now they wish they had surrendered; that is, if they are living! Yes, in My Prediction I told them in My V-Letter and by mental telepathy, if they would not surrender immediately, their nation would be extinct completely! It would not have been or could not have been done by the ordinary system of warfare as such as had been known in our advanced civilization. This Atomic Energy had not been known nationally and even civilizationally until I called for it! The nation would not have been extinct by the ordinary system of warfare as it was going on; but by the last most drastic and terrible invention, the whole nation and even our whole civilization could have been EXTINCT, and the earth could have gone up in flames!
"I AM Here to Stay!" Now isn't it wonderful? (Truly wonderful, LORD came the firm reply.) Take cognizance of My Message for I AM Here to Stay and You, My Fellow Citizens, Hearers and Friends, I came to SAVE! What a privilege! What a privilege! WHAT A PRIVILEGE! I AM calling on them now and requesting and demanding an unconditional surrender! Yet that surrender was not as great as the surrender I have commanded and demanded of You for I have changed your vile bodies and I have caused you to surrender internally unconditionally! Not only externally but internally unconditionally! And My Demand I have made upon humanity, it has truly swept across the continents, and the people are surrendering unconditionally to Righteousness, Truth and Justice to live soberly, Righteously and GODLY! You heard one say a little while ago that there would be no child delinquency if they would accept of ME and adhere to My Teaching! It is true, for I will change you and I would automatically change yours before they are born! That is what it is; that is what it is all about! Then I say live in this recognition and realize, GOD Himself through His Condescension in the most insignificant One, is truly with you! Aren't you glad! For truly, GOD deals in the affairs of men and none shall slightly hinder Him! But all who will take cognizance of My Message and live soberly, righteously, and GODLY and bring themselves into subjection, I will help them!
The Allness of GOD. What a privilege! What a privilege! What a privilege a privilege beyond your fondest imagination even presently! It was beyond your fondest pre-imagination but it is beyond your fondest present imagination! You cannot even imagine the Allness and Greatness of GOD to the children of men, and how CHRIST in all insignificance came to save them! Just think of it! Out of millions and millions, not a true follower of My followers would smoke a cigarette! Matters not how wicked you have been; matters not how much vice and crime you have committed, when you are converted you will not commit it! You are saved from all vice and crime and sin and debauchery of every kind! Now the change of your hearts and the change of your minds and the New Birth of Freedom that I AM giving, will cause you, as has been said before tonight, to live as women exactly as Mary lived before the birth of JESUS! And as men you will live exactly as JESUS lived before the crucifixion! These are two great examples and samples for all humanity!
Copy after the personage of those two Perfect Expressions of Virtue, Virginity and Holiness and be ye Holy as HE is Holy, and as Virtuous as Mary was Virtuous! I reiterated the statement or merely spoke it; I AM not telling you to do it. I AM just, in an illustration, speaking of what I AM actually doing. I AM putting My Spirit in you! I AM causing you to walk in My Statutes and you will not commit those vices and crimes, for GOD Himself is within and is impelling you to go in the Positive and Perfect direction; to walk in the narrow Path of Life where the saints have trod! That is what it is all about! Those of the New Birth are Virtuous and Holy Women are Virtuous, women are Pure, women are Wholesome and Holy, and so are men, if they are Born Again! Then there will be no more Adult Delinquency and there will be no more Child Delinquency when they take the Exemplification of CHRIST as HE exemplified the Perfect Life, and as Mary, His Mother, Before His Birth; they will express Virtue! As women, I mean, they will express Virtue, and as men, I mean they will express Holiness and Virtue as JESUS did! That is what I AM talking about!
John caught the glimpse of the mystery of this of which I AM now speaking, and said,
"I looked, and lo, a Lamb stood on the Mount Sion, and with Him was an hundred and forty and four thousand having their FATHER'S Name written in their foreheads!"
John in his revelationic prediction declared,
"These are they that are not defiled with women!"
As men they were not defiled with women for they were redeemed from that Adamic state of consciousness and redeemed from all hereditive tendencies of Adam. They were made New Creatures by the New Birth of Freedom in GOD! Can you not see the mystery? They were transformed by the renewing of their minds, and they would no longer indulge in selfish tendencies, fancies and pleasures, for that is the corruption of the world of which was mentioned! Having escaped the corruption of the world, you should be partakers of DIVINE Nature!
I AM talking about GOD'S Nature! I AM talking about GOD'S Virtue and GOD'S Holiness in the children of men and yet be right down here with them! That is what I AM talking about! Then I say, live in this Recognition and build upon this Foundation and lo, I will be with you with victory over every difficulty, over every trial and every tribulation, over all adverse and undesirable conditions! I will establish your going in the Land of the Living! The Mouth of GOD has declared it! Showing Man the Way Home Now another point for consideration: I do not wish to bore you but yet I wish to show you the way to go home! I say, I want to show you the way to go Home for humanity, yea, Adam man has been drunk for four thousand and four years, B. J. nineteen hundred and thirty for forty years, S. C. and lost away from home! I want to show you the way to Go Home! I heard an old song once years and years back, "I have been drunk for so many long years, Now show me the way to go home!" I came to show humanity generally, the Way to Go Home, for they have been drunk for so many years since Adam; for, "She has made them drunk on the wine of the wrath of her fornication." and I came to sober you up! I came to show you the Way to Go Home and lead you on to Victory, and bring you safely to a place of Protection where you will be rescued from Perishing and be saved from dying!
I need not say more. But another point I had thought to say for your consideration: As I said about the Atomic Bomb and said it before anyone knew it I would cause them to be extinct if they would not take cognizance of My Message! FATHER'S Prediction Fulfilled I also said some years back, we should bring about an invention that would short circuit the wave- lengths of the Enemy nations' apparatuses and not allow them to function! Here it is in this publication!
(FATHER holds up a copy of the "Picture Parade" a Sunday feature of The Philadelphia Inquirer dated December the ninth, nineteen forty-five, in which appears an article entitled, "How German Radar was Foxed." It is to this particular article that FATHER refers, and a portion of it is transcribed verbatim as follows: "The German 'Giant Wurzburg' radar installations reached the value of many millions of dollars, but were impaired to a great extent by clever counter-radar devices developed by the Allies. "Measures used during the war to make German radar go haywire almost to the point of uselessness have been divulged by the U. S. Armed Forces. So successful were the counter-radar devices that the effectiveness of German anti-craft fire against the Allied bombing fleets was reduced 75 per cent by VE-Day. A favorite method was to jam radar by sending signals on the same wave length used by the Germans. "One of the most effective of the Allied counter-radar measures was a spot jammer, demonstrated in this picture at the left by Capt. Gerald B. Write of the Army Air Forces. Mounted in B-17 and B-24 planes, it jammed the radar fire control of German anti-aircraft defenses by sending out another signal on the same wave length that the Germans used.. The resulting distortion greatly reduced the effectiveness of enemy anti-aircraft fire." FATHER Inspired the Above Invention
(FATHER than continues, speaking as follows:) I also inspired them with that invention! I spoke of it and My secretaries and staff know I said it that we should have an invention where we could short-circuit the wave-lengths and such as would go out from the enemy nations! And here, America! (FATHER holds up the article again.) Representing someone who has stopped this Invention from functioning that was invented by the Germans. My Spirit did it, for I revealed it! Now tell them I said it! I have not done anything yet to what I will do, but as I have long since declared, "I will preach CHRIST in Words, but more so in Deeds and in Actions, but I will put My Spirit in the masses and cause them to walk in My Statutes!" For greater is the unfoldment of the mystery when it is fulfilled in the people than that of the Words you may hear, or have heard; for without the actuated words of expression, by the actual statute-walking, the Words may profit little or nothing, but I have caused you to walk in the Statutes I have given you; therefore, I have put My Spirit in the masses and I do cause them to walk in My Statutes! What a privilege! What a privilege! What a privilege! A Privilege that is rare! A privilege that you never heard of until I came Personally in the Likeness of sinful flesh for sin, I have condemned the sin in your flesh! Can you not see the mystery? (Yes, FATHER Dear!" came the response.) Even if you may have desired to commit those vices you once committed by hereditation and by prenataled influence and by your human fancies and self-indulgences, I have condemned the sin in your flesh and you cannot do it as you have been doing those things! I also condemned them in your mind and transform you by the renewing of your mind, and causing you to be made New Creatures to walk in My Statutes!
Another Point about Delinquency I need not say more from that point, but there is another point I wish to convey in the defense of Child Delinquency and Adult Delinquency as well as Child Delinquency! Personally there are many candidates and would-be candidates to be initiated and accepted into the Rosebud-ship Degree and into the Crusader-ship Degree; a good many of whom I have withheld and withstood and would not permit them to enter for the lack of cleanliness from a spiritual and from a mental point of view; because True Rosebuds must be Pure, must be Virtuous, must be True! Must be free from self-indulgence; must be free from vice and crime and sin and debauchery of every kind! They must be free from human fancies, pleasures and tendencies and refuse to indulge in them from any angle whatsoever! For this cause there are many, many in this city right here the City of Brotherly Love desire to become to be Rosebuds. They desire the uniform that the Rosebuds wear. And some as boys desire the uniforms and the privilege to serve as the Crusaders do. But they have been withheld from their privilege, to see if they would deny themselves of all of those vices and crimes for Child Delinquency's sake to prevent them from being delinquents! And for Righteousness' sake I AM opening up the way, at this instance, to give those who desire to be Rosebuds, here and elsewhere, the privilege to get the uniform if they will live soberly, righteously and GODLY and will not violate any of the rules and regulations of the Rosebud requirements! They may get the uniforms and for the New Year start out as Real, True Rosebuds those who have not had them and desire to have them if they will live soberly; if they will live GODLY; if they will live virtuous; if they will live true and if they will not indulge in human affection but endeavor to and will do whatsoever I have required of you they may have the Rosebud suits. And from thence, as they live in the Light of this Understanding, their sins are forgiven! A Rosebud Life Must be Lived But still, even though you may purchase your suits yourselves or your parents you will NOT have the right to wear the Rosebud suits unless you live Virtuous, pure and Holy and Express the Virtues of Mary; in other words, the Virginity of Mary and the Holiness of Jesus! For if you fail to do so, you will become to be uneligible for the use of the Rosebud suit-the Crown and the honor I have given you by the virtue of the fact that GOD is on the scene and is making you what you ARE, and has forgiven you for all of your sins! I thank you.
PEACE, EVERYONE: Postscript! In reference to the initiation into the Rosebud Choir the Rosebuds that are expected to be the candidates for the initiation now, are those of the younger "Buds," twenty-five years and under, for the purpose of encouraging them to know they have something to look forward to. Therefore, the younger Rosebuds or would-be Rosebuds those who will be Rosebuds when they take on the uniform as an abstract expression of the mental and spiritual conception, by becoming to be Rosebuds in Heart and in Mind and by living a Real, True Rosebud's Life, this is what we are looking for them to do! All of those of whom have not received the Rosebud suits and have sought it of the younger Rosebuds they have the privilege or chance to get them between this and New Year's. But they will be required, as I afore said, to live a Rosebud's Life else they will NOT be eligible to retain their suits; for they are for those who are Virtuous, Pure and True, as well as those of you! I thank you.
