The Holy ONE of America delivered this beautiful little Message when HIS Spirit moved HIM following the singing of the sweet inspirational song of the "Rosebuds". It explains the significance of the true "Rosebudship" degree, defining and comparing the virginity of this Youth Group with the fertile virgin soil that produces the best of vegetation.
Among the qualities of true "Rosebuds" FATHER especially emphasizes HIS Independence transmitted to them, which causes them to be practical and profitable, refusing to resort to their guardians or welfare for their upkeep, but maintaining themselves pure and undefiled mentally and spiritually as well as physically.

Peace Everyone!
That little composition just sung is well worth considering, if the old and the young will stop and consider it. It is a request that I might bequest such to you who are sincere, faithful and true — Pure as a Rosebud—Pure and rue! This call is not for others but this call is for you. Do not think it means someone else, but think and know it means yourself.
That which is spoken into consideration as a Message and as a demand and as a request, it is directed to the hearers, to those who do and do not understand; for the Message is sent out to all mankind. Therefore, when I speak of man, I mean mankind. It is applicable to all who are under the government of man. The Law that is applicable to one, no doubt is applicable to another; yea even to all others.
For this cause, we rejoice and can see those who are as little children as the "Rosebuds" are in person, as an abstract expression of the parable-ated prediction of GOD through the rosebuds of vegetation. They are bespeaking something pertaining to the human life, the life of Purity, the life of Wholesomeness and the life of Truth.
"Pure as a rosebud let us be."
I heard you say to ME; and if you are true followers of Mine, you are as a little child, as the virgin-kind of humanity, even as virgin soil and other virgin expressions of creation that has not — those things that have not been used and have not been abused, as virgin soil and as virgin land and as many of the different expressions of creation that are commonly considered virgin because they are not used and they are not abused. Therefore it is highly classed as quality above that that has been subject to the abuses of the users of such soil. Aren't you glad?
Then I say, it is something to consider! All of you, MY real followers, are called into this recognition and into this realization of the Virgin Soil Degree of expression and other degrees of virginity; divers degrees of GOD'S Infiniteness, of His Infinite Spirit of Righteousness, Truth and Justice under His Creation.
What a privilege it is to realize such is not bound to the world of vegetation but the world of vegetation is merely a parable, parably speaking of the mystery of what I am telling you humanitarianly speaking. Aren't you glad?
As a Humane Worker, I AM working out the Virginity of GOD in humanity as the virgin soil of the land and as the virgin vegetation that has not been used abusively but has been set apart for uses sacred, to and for the purpose for which it was created. Humanity in love and in obeisance to GOD will express the Virginity of your Creator and the Love of His Holiness, and manifest Perfection as virgin soil (Aren't you glad?); will be the soil of the fruit, for the Fruit of Salvation; but the soil for the fruit of the coming generation being the soil of the fruit of a real Democracy, that humanity might have a foundation wherein they might be a real sanitation! Aren't you glad?
A Sanitation of honesty, a sanitation of competence, a sanitation of Truth that will be purged of all of the germs of immorality, of untruth and of all imperfection; of the defects of immodesty, of dishonesty, of incompetence and of untruth; and prove to the world conclusively that which I have requested of you:
"Abstain from all appearance of evil, and the very GOD of Peace will sanctify you holy,"
called for you to cleanse yourselves of all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, Perfecting Holiness in the fear of GOD. Can you not see the mystery?
It goes to show you definitely your spirit can be filthy. Can you not see the mystery? Your minds can be filthy; your ideas and your opinions can be filthy by the filthiness of the spirit; and by the filthiness of the mind germs of immorality and immodesty, of dishonesty and incompetence and untruth are born in the hearts and lives and in the bodies and the affairs of the children of men.
But I came to cleanse you of all of the filthiness of them, that you might present to GOD and to humanity a Sanitation of Perfection, expressing purity, the Virginity of Mary and the Holiness of your Creator, the Author and the Finisher and your Maker! Aren't you glad?
Then I say, cleanse yourselves of all filthiness of the flesh, and spirit as well as the flesh, and Perfect Holiness mentally and spiritually as well as physically; and present unto GOD and to humanity a Sanitation second to none as a foundation for the coming generation (Aren't you glad?, as a foundation of our New Government, of our young America! Aren't you glad?
For this cause I stand and shall stand throughout all eternity, expressing GOD'S Virginity, better known as Mary's Virginity, when through MY Condescension it is demonstrated in the flesh; but it is GOD'S Virginity transmitted to the earth (Aren't you glad?), reincarnated in the flesh to express the purity of MY Majesty, of MY Righteousness, of MY Truth and of MY Justice. Aren't you glad?
Upon this foundation if you will stand, you will be representatives of the Kingdom of GOD —Pure and Clean and Undefiled— for you will be cleansed from all graft and greed and from all dishonesty, from all incompetence and from all debauchery from every angle, and that will cause you to express the Modesty of your FATHER and the Holiness of your Creator, and the Virginity of Mary from every angle expressible, and be as the "Rosebuds," the Pure Ones in the sight of GOD and of man; for what said the scripture concerning the mystery in a prophetic prediction declared by the prophet?
"And a little child shall lead them."
GOD through His Condescension coming down in little children as a sample and as an example to express HIS Virginity transmitted and reincarnated in the hearts and lives of the children from HIS Infinite Spirit of HIS Majesty, yet Holiness and Pureness and Faith and Courage that cannot be disturbed. Oh, how glorious it is to live in such a recognition!
When you can lift up a standard of Sanitation for this people as this I have exhibited, it is worth considering and none can criticize it. Aren't you glad? Therefore, My true followers are expressers of MY Nature and MY Characteristics, of MY Ideas and of MY Opinions, for they are the fruit of the tree that has come forth into expression that bears twelve manners of fruit yearly, and the leaves thereof are good for the healing of the nations! That is what it is all about!
They cannot understand ME! Aren't you glad? But the Truth is going on. A Sanitation of honesty, a sanitation of competence, a sanitation of Independence far from the expression even in word, deed or action of dependency; but Independence I AM expressing in the most insignificant infant among us. Aren't you glad?
MY little "Rosebuds" are Independent and they would not be thieves or robbers enough by nature or characteristics to attempt to get anything for nothing; and not a true follower of Mine is on relief— and especially if they are physically fit, if they try to get on the relief, you may know they are not of ME! They can be deemed in your sight as a thief. Aren't you glad? Going around soliciting, borrowing and begging!
Some of them come in these audiences ready to panhandle; want to get something for nothing, and physically fit and will not go to work— for you can get it! You can get plenty of work to do! Even MY little holy "Rosebuds" get work to do and make themselves independent! I will not allow them to depend on their guardians, neither will I allow them to depend on MY immediate coworkers as MY staff or Myself or anyone else; but I AM causing them to express MY Independence for the foundation of this government for the future. Aren't you glad?
"A tree is told by the fruit it bears."
Not a follower of Mine who is physically fit will solicit aid, neither will they borrow, neither will they seek assistance from the welfare or home relief, because they are Independent! They are by nature the children of ME. Aren't you glad? They take on the characteristics, they express the nature, they express MY Spirit and MY Mind characteristically, and they manifest them in their dispositions, in their deeds and in their actions by living soberly, righteously and godly, and proving to the world conclusively once and forever GOD Almighty, the Supreme ONE, is their Lord and their Savior and will make them Independent among the children of men, and keep them from soliciting, borrowing, begging and stealing; and keep them off the relief! Aren't you glad?
Even if the government does not appreciate ME, I would not allow a true follower of Mine to be a thief. Aren't you glad? True followers of Mine will not take increase or usury; they will not sell the Virtue of their religious conviction and the Virginity of MY Spirit and MY Mind by indulging in taking relief and soliciting, begging, borrowing or anything of that kind. I have made the way possible for every able-bodied citizen to get work to do and be Independent!
Some will attempt to come in these audiences and stand around and will not get a job and go to work, and go off and seek aid from the relief rolls. Matters not whether the officials are just or unjust, those who are MY true followers will not seek something for nothing and will not tolerate nor abuse the Spirit of MY Work and Mission to go around soliciting, borrowing, stealing or begging! I thank you.
