Peace Everyone! At this particular instance I have arisen to say, it is good to be here, and more than that, it is good to express our Patriotism and prove to the world conclusively — we are not racketeers, neither are we here for graft or greed. We mean to implant in the hearts and lives of youngsters, those who are young according to the flesh, the true spirit of Americanism, the true spirit of Patriotism and the spirit of real Boy Scoutism — I mean true Boy Scouts, those who are not connected with the Boy Scouts for the purpose of racketeering through graft and greed, neither to cause or seek others to bribe them or seek tips or anything of that sort from them!
Those of MY true followers will live exactly according to MY Teaching. Through MY Spirit, MY Presence and MY Mission I have made it possible for you all to attend these meetings without any remuneration or commission at all; I have made it possible for you to enjoy and participate in these meetings without having the obligation of spending a penny!

This is what I call the true spirit of patriotism, if I speak after the manner of the Boy Scouts from that angle of expression: those of you who are followers of Mine will not receive tips and will not give tips, for such is an act of an expression to tempt little children to be ingrates and to teach them how to be racketeers and grafters the same as others in that world of vice and crime from whence you came.
I have lifted you from the necessity of expressing such dishonesty or such a seed of dishonesty, and I demand that you as followers, friends and strangers, stay your hands from attempting to give any tips to any person or persons in these auditoriums and dining rooms where I preside!
The true spirit of Boy Scoutism must be in the hearts and lives of these little ones and they must bring it to fruition. Real Boy Scoutism will be the same as Americanism when brought to fruition; it will be real Evangelism. I know those old seed ideas and opinions of graft and of greed and of racketeering are prenataled in you, but I demand you to let them lie dormant in you while in these auditoriums where I preside!
As I have said, MY real followers do not take tips and they do not go around trying to give little children, or big ones, tips in the act of bribery to get them to do something that is contrary to the will of those who are in charge.
We shall develop and bring to fruition the spirit of our independence as the Country declared it as a nation, but we shall have it individually; each and every one of MY real followers shall express the real individual independence such as I AM expressing, and when this is established effectively — the independence of which I AM expressing it is real supremacy when put forth into expression!
Independence develops into the spirit of supremacy! Can you not see the mystery? There are those who speak of supremacy, they do not know what it takes to make supremacy, even the reflection of it — nothing less than that of real independence such as I AM expressing and transmitting to those of MY followers and others who are called MY children. Take these thoughts to consideration!
We will not tolerate graft and greed, neither will we tolerate that kind of seeds; for tips and bribes in the expression of tipping little children and others, it is an expression of one sowing seeds of graft and greed and racketeering and all sorts of dishonesty; for it is an expression of bribery when it is done continually. Take these thoughts to consideration!
I thought I would drop them for your consideration and let you know I knew it as I know it and I knew it before you did it; but I thought I would wait to make an issue out of it, so this Message might go forth from shore to shore and from land to land wheresoever a believer of Mine is found, that they too, as well as I demand of you, might bring an abolition to an expression of graft and greed and sowing such seeds. I thank you.
