In the midst of a world in confusion, with its battles and its strife, with its international misunderstandings, bringing forth and developing the animalistic tendencies in man worse than those of the wild beasts of the forest, causing him to seek to destroy his fellowman , it is a great Blessing to know that in the midst of all of this turmoil, here stands the "Bulwark of Safety," to which man can run and be saved.
It was from this "Bulwark of Safety", our great shelter and protection, the LORD GOD Almighty, wherein we listened on this day, to the Universal Message of Peace, which was dynamically spoken, and designed to bring all men and all civilization together in love and in unity and in peace, if they will but accept this message of salvation. Through this channel alone, the powers of earth can be preserved, if the nations thereof will accept it. But with their failure to do so, the governments of the earth shall perish; for this is the prediction of the LORD, both verbally and scripturally, and GOD has come in Person this time, to fulfill all of HIS Predictions; made Personally through HIS own Tabernacle, or through and by the prophets, or even inspirationally, through and by the framers of our Constitution. GOD'S Words cannot fail, neither shall they return unto HIM void.
After many testimonies from the angels, this song came forth from one who found great relief in pouring out her soul to her LORD, and concluding with this song, which we all united our voices in singing. As the LORD joined in with us,, the bond of Love seemed to grow fonder and stronger, and when we had finished singing this song, which is recorded below, the LORD arose and delivered this timely "Message of the Hour," and with HIS kind permission we are passing it on to you. CHRIST, our Redeemer, we thank THEE.

Peace! Joy and Happiness! Success and all Prosperity! Wisdom! Knowledge and Understanding! Life, Love and Liberty all connected with it. These and all other Blessings I have brought into expression and I AM extending them to all humanity. Aren't you glad?
In that little composition, it is a transposition, for it has been transposed from the original, but with the same melody of the tune of the original composition, quite well known; but according to the experience of these, MY followers, and the request of millions of others connected, I transposed it for the purpose of conveying and saying a prayer for them, in them, through them and by them to all mankind.
It is no longer "in THY Cross". I have lifted you from the cross of trials and tribulations. I have given you your real emancipation from all of those undesirable conditions, even the past, and the present and the future pestilences that have been and will be existing.
Oh, what a privilege it is to realize, from those conditions you can be emancipated! You can have your real freedom from every undesirable and every adverse condition, and GOD HIMSELF will be in evidence in all of your activities, when GOD alone is reckoned and considered.
Through the selection of the inhabitants of the earth, and through the election of the CHRIST by them, GOD through Love and Mercy and Tender Compassion came as the REDEEMER and the SAVIOR of all mankind. From undesirable conditions you are lifted. From trials and tribulations you emancipated— with the recognition and the realization of your SAVIOR as your Refuge and your Help and even your Coworker. As workers together with HIM, you should stand, and be not ashamed to own HIS Name.
I heard you say through ME, in that little composition:
"In THY Love! In THY Love!
FAther keep me ever;
Filled with Joy and Peace and Love
Directly from Heaven."
From the Heavenly state of expression, from the fondest imagination of the most devout Religion, I have brought these and all other desirable Blessings. I have caused you to reckon them in your present experience, and enjoy them at the remembrance of GOD'S Holiness among you.
Then what a privilege it is to be in the Actual Presence of GOD; for with this; all dark clouds and pestilences and adverse and undesirable conditions and all things that are negative are dispelled and exterminated and GOD HIMSELF is reckoned, and will be considered wheresoever you will consider GOD with the spirit of sincerity.

Filled with joy and peace and love,
Directly from Heaven."
This does not mean from a place geographically, but from a place in consciousness where you had in your fondest imagination in the past, reckoned the desirableness of all the desirable and the desirable expressions in consideration in your fondest imagination. Then this love is coming directly from such an expression in your consciousness and in the consciousness of millions.
I thought for consideration, how I have conveyed to all humanity— not only to those in North and South America, but to all humanity universally— the Words of Peace and the salutation— the hope and the redemption of all humanity; for I have declared, these words and the nature of the same are all contagious if you will but take them in.
I have requested the honor of all civilization, and all government universally, to accept of this Message, or be a failure. There shall be no Peace in reality, until the nations of the earth universally shall have accepted of "The King of Peace" the redeemer and savior of all humanity.
To men as I revealed it to them in the Prophetic Age, I said,
"Unto us a Child is born; unto us a Son is given, and the government shall be upon HIS Shoulder; and HIS Name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, the Mighty GOD, the Everlasting FATHER, and the Prince of Peace."
This does not say He would be limited to "the Princeship" degree, but HE would be called "the Prince of Peace." The honorary degree of "the Prince" is "the King" when the Prince shall have ascended to the Throne, of whom you say has already ascended— no longer the Prince of Peace, when HE is enthroned. The honorary degree of "the Prince" is "the King;" therefore, although HE has been called "the Prince of Peace," "the King of Peace shall be recognized, for "the King" has been enthroned on the throne of your mind, to reign as LORD of lords and as KING of kings.
Oh, it is a privilege to see the advancement and the unfoldment of the "inspirationic" prediction of the prophet in the Prophetic Age, when he saw the unfoldment as it was advancing from one degree to another, as "a Child" being born, the same coming to be recognized by mankind as "the Son" that had been given, and as "the Mighty GOD," and as "the Wonderful Counselor;" One Who pleads your case and such like as that. Aren't you glad! One Who may be limited in the human vocabulary, but quite expressive in His Dominion, and expressive in HIS Understanding, when HE speaks from His Own Volition, according to HIS Own Commission, and according to HIS Direct Mission. Aren't you glad?
Then "the Child" that was born, you found out that HE was "A Son" that was given; and "the Son" that was given, He was called "Wonderful!" Has not this been expressed universally, the word "Wonderful" as never before, until I Personally came? HE shall be called "Wonderful;" and the Wonderfulness of GOD'S Righteousness being brought into evidence through the Word, no longer merely as a Person among them, but as a Principle lifted as a Standard for the consideration of all humanity.
"Wonderful," and "Counselor" and "Mighty GOD!" You see, that is where GOD came in— by using the word "Wonderful" so much and substantiating it in the minds of men, after a while GOD came in. They found out in the "Wonderfulness" of "the Wonderful ONE," came forth into expression the recognition of GOD as being "the Counselor," One Who would plead the cases of His clients, and would give them their real emancipation; and from "the Counselor," by pleading the cases of many, why, HE was recognized to be "the MIGHTY GOD," for HE came through "the Counselorship degree, with all authority. They knew nothing or no one could do that, but GOD ALMIGHYTY; therefore HE was called "the MIGHTY GOD;" and there— from thence, came in "the EVERLASTING FATHER." With Mercy and Compassion, with FATHERLY Love, He came forth into expression . . . I said, in Love and Mercy and Tender Compassion, He came into expression with Fatherly Love for all humanity. Therefore HE is"the EVERLASTING FATHER," and then from that, came in the recognition of "the Princeship Degree" of expression.
In His Mission, here was another honorary degree given HIM among the children of men. After coming into the recognition of all humanity, as "the EVERLASTING FATHER," I saw "the Prince of Peace" coming— that degree coming forth into expression. All of these were degrees to be reckoned; not especially a Person, but degrees conferred upon such an individual; "the EVERLASTING FATHER" and going on from there to "the Prince of Peace." Aren't you glad?
I can see as it was, the degree that I had not revealed to them at that time in the "inspirationic" prediction of the Coming. I knew at that time, out of "the Prince of Peace." we would produce "the King of Peace," but this was not on record; but it is very considerate and it is explicit, because you can see definitely the honorary degree of "a Prince," is a King." Now "the EVERLASTING FATHER" has reigned, and reigned; and "the Prince of Peace" has come since I came; and since this has been done, the time has truly come that the honorary degree of "the Prince as "the Son" must come forth into expression, as the reality of perfection— "the King of Peace."
Now whether men desire it to be true or desire it not to be true, it is true. it is true! Truly might the same one, the prophet in the Prophetic Age, caught it in another "inspirationic" prediction:
"Behold, a King shall reign in Righteousness, and princes shall rule in judgment.
and a man shall be as an hiding place from the wind, and a covert from the tempest that blows."
Aren't you glad? The same prophet caught it, but he caught it in another "inspirationic" prediction in the thirty second chapter of Isaiah. But he did not get it firstly, and he did not connect it in this prediction, as it was given to him in the beginning. He saw a King reigning. He saw it at this Reign, "a KING shall reign in Righteousness"! Can you not see a Righteous Government Platform in evidence? They cannot blot it out. They cannot prevent it. It has been predicted, and I will fulfill it.

that rule in Judgment
"Behold, a KING shall reign in Righteousness!" Can you not see this is the fulfillment of the prediction? Read it for yourself in the thirty-second chapter of Isaiah. Oh, it is something to consider, and to see GOD working mysteries as the FULFILLER. "A KING shall reign in Righteousness, and Princes shall rule in judgment," for the honorary degree has been conferred upon HIM; no longer "the Prince," from that angle of expression.
HE has left the Princeship degree behind HIM. HE has given the Princeship degree to others, and to the Princes that they might rule in Righteousness. Can you not see the Mystery? The princeship degree, I say, HE has left behind HIM, for His Princes and His Princesses, for you are made Kings and Princes unto GOD. Aren't you glad?
Then I say, the King is reigning in Righteousness, and Princes and Princesses are ruling in judgment, and a Man is the hiding place for them, for they all hide in the expression and the appearance of a man, by which they call Him "a Man." It is the appearance and the expression and the likeness of a man. That is the only way they can see ME.
Then I say, when you sang the song, the transposed version of that composition, no longer "In Thy Cross, Jesus, keep me ever,"but
"In Thy Love! In Thy Love!
FATHER, keep me ever,
Filled with joy and peace and love,
Directly from Heaven."
You can see you all are the fulfillers, and I AM the answerer of your problems and all of your requests from your earliest until this afternoon.
Live in this recognition. Dial in on the Fundamental continually and the Spirit and the Nature of the Fundamental will be your portion; for the Spirit, the Nature and GOD'S Characteristics transmitted will give you victory over every difficulty, over all of your trials and tribulations; for this was HIS Mission, to give victory over all undesirable conditions.
I believe I have said enough to stir up your pure minds. Now I AM taking you back to your recent experience and the experiences of many others. I have declared, "filled with joy and peace and love"; and I told you by inspiration and intuitively and I even told you Personally to carry Peace with you wheresoever you go. I told you to carry love with you, wheresoever you go. When they fail to carry this unselfish and unadulterated Love and unadulterated Peace, why, they are failing to carry ME, in MY Entirety. When they fail to receive the same, they are failing to receive Me as I AM.
Then I say, when you go in these homes and different places and they refuse you— in other words, refuse ME, and will not accept of ME whole-heartedly, you may expect misery, disasters and pestilences, sickness and diseases, adverse and all sorts of undesirable conditions to follow. I have long since declared it, and I redeclare the same. I said, "If they will not accept of Peace, they shall have confusion."
Some have thought and have even said, "Why, the war is on the other side of the ocean. War is in the European Countries and in Asia. It may reach South America or Central America." they may have thought, "but it will not reach us here in North America." But remember, when they refuse "the Prince of Peace" "the King of Peace" and the word "Peace," they can expect confusion, if not war. Their sorrows and miseries will not cease when they reject and neglect "Peace," for I said in the body called Jesus, as an expression for humanity to consider:
"My Peace I leave with you: My Peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."
In other words:
"Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid."
Then I say, this should be considered in all of your consideration, in all of your activities, in all of your work, and in all of your missions: "Peace" was given, and "Peace" I did leave with you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither your hearts as many, neither let them be afraid; not even so much as let anyone here be afraid, for lo, I AM with you. I AM Victorious over every condition that may arise, and victory over all that have arisen. Oh, it is something to consider!
Jot these thoughts down in your memory once and forever; for as with an individual, so with a nation; and as with a nation, so with an individual. I must stress continually, especially when those who are called "MY opponents" and "enemies" are around, as with an individual so with a nation and as with a nation so with an individual
This country produced and brought into expression as a nation, her independence. If you are American Citizens, you should produce and bring to fruition your American citizenship, and allow it to be made manifest in all of your activities. You should manifest it to the world conclusively, by your actions and by your deeds, by your characteristics and by your very nature and disposition.
You should prove your citizenship even as the nation nationally should prove it. The nation declared her independence as a country, and we will declare our individual independence as individuals, by taking on the characteristics and the nature of our own individual mother-country, and by taking on the spirit and the meaning of the Constitution and it's Amendments and the nature of the Declaration of Independence.
Why are you taught in school to defend our country and respect our flag, if it is not for you as individuals to do the same? As individuals you should declare your individual independence even as the nation declared it as a country. You should lift up a standard continually, and be absolutely independent, and if anything comes in opposition to your independence you should be willing to defend it.
I said, and I still say again, regardless to the "legalization" of the oppositions of men, we shall not have any legal or material invasion, nor any on our personal and real property. Before we have it we will offer millions of bodies in fulfillment of MY past prediction. I said, "I will establish this Truth and select and elect CHRIST and enthrone HIM as LORD of lords and as KING of kings on the minds of this people, if it cost ME a million dollars a day"; after which I advanced it into the economics and declared, "if it costs ME a million bodies a day." In other words, I spoke it out of economics into the physical ability and the lives of the children of men, as a living sacrifice, I in them, for the common good of all mankind; but we declare our individual independence even as our nation declared it as a country.
We shall not have any aggressive individuals to intrude on our Constitutional rights. If perchance there was a law that would give them the privilege to do so, we will break the law and put them down. Aren't you glad?
Why should you be American citizens taking on the nature and the characteristics of your country, if you are not to have such a nature for your own affairs individually, even as you have such a nature for your country?
Oh, it is a privilege to observe the mystery, for something is on now; GOD alone shall reign! Everything that is not brought into subjection to Righteousness, Justice and Truth, even legally under the Constitution, I shall overthrow it, and I shall overthrow it if it cost ME a million bodies a day.
Oh, what a privilege to know your GOD! To set up the Kingdom of GOD among men, you must take a stand and after having done all to stand, then stand! Righteousness must have its free access, or else we must not have an earth. Aren't you glad? As said the word concerning the mystery:
"Heaven and earth shall pass away, but the word of our GOD stands firm forever."
GOD has declared it, and HE redeclare's the same, and I re-stamp the same in your minds— this and all other substantiated assertions which I have made, I AM re-making them, to keep them in your memory all the time.
I said, where there are those who refuse "Peace" and will not accept of ME, they will have misery and more misery, confusion and more confusion, sickness and death, and more sickness and death, for they have denied "the Prince of Life," and objected to all of these things of which I AM; that which I AM expressing.
Now there are many things I could say, as I aforesaid, but as I have said enough to stir up your pure minds, it is enough for you to put on record and broadcast it if you wish to. Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness under the Constitution, and freedom of speech, and freedom of assemblage, this is it of which the Constitution has granted. The Constitution is MY Protection and I AM the Protection of the Constitution. Without ME the Constitution will be a failure, and your civilization will perish, and without the Constitution or law legally, you might not function; but I will transcend them all, if they are not according to the Law of GOD.
Take these thoughts to consideration. Stamp them in your memory once and forever, and tell all of the nations universally, they must accept of "the Prince of Peace," as I have exemplified it, and consider a KING shall reign in Righteousness, and Princes and Princesses shall rule in judgment, for they are all connected together for that specific purpose. I thank you.
(Amid loud applause, FATHER continued standing, waiting for cessation of the same that HE might continue to emphasize this very important Message and subject for the Salvation of all mankind.)
Peace, Everyone:
("Peace, FATHER DEAR!" again cheered the assembly.) I would just like to say at this instance, as I mentioned, where they refuse "Peace," confusion, misery, disasters, failures and disappointments will be, for they have refused ME when they have refused "Peace," and I AM Success, Prosperity, Life, Joy, Health and Happiness, and all of these with others connected such as are in harmony with them. I have declared MYSELF to be them, and them to be ME, therefore when they refuse these of which I AM stressing, or refuse ME Personally they refuse these which I AM expressing, and they cannot come into possession of them. If they have them , they will lose them.
Now I would like to say as I have afore said, where they have refused ME out on the Island— Long Beach and other places where they would not accept of the word "Peace" and tried to maliciously and antagonistically ridicule the Spirit of "Peace," as it went forth in MY hearers and Followers and tried to keep MY Followers out of employment, and such like as that— I have given this part of the Country and even some other parts of the Country some work to do. Long Island, Providence, Rhode Island, and all parts of the east, they feel ME.
After I spoke here the same day it happened, just about three or four hours before it happened, I said, "They shall know ME, or shall find out something before the rising and the setting of the sun many more times," and it was as it had been said: "It is HE out there raising 'the other place'"; but they could not help themselves— uprooting beautiful trees by the thousands; overturning houses and causing certain places of islands to disappear and float away on the sea; causing mountains to sink and be made low, according to MY Prophecy I had made through the prophet in the Prophetic Age, coming down in this dispensation. Since we are the Fulfillers, I shall fulfil it materially, that men may believe it.
They did not want "Peace!" Now I said— I told you,
There was danger,
There was danger in the city, hallelujah
I saw the churches trembling,
And the members falling backward;
There was danger in the city, hallelujah.
I saw the schools trembling,
And the pupils falling backward;
There was danger in the city, hallelujah.
I saw the doctors trembling,
And the patients going to the cemetery;
There was danger in this part of the country, hallelujah.
I saw the restricted neighborhoods
Floating away to the oceans,
And the inhabitants running and screaming
There was danger in those communities, hallelujah.
Where there is discrimination, where there is segregation, where there is prejudice exhibited in such manner of expression, I shall bring such confusion among them; for where there is division there is strife and the kingdom , or community or house that divides against itself, it cannot stand. I saw the communities floating away to the ocean and the oceans overcoming the bays, for the ocean came up in the restricted communities and took away those communities with it, because they were restricted, segregated and filled with prejudice.
I saw the flood tide rising, coming over on the ocean, coming over the bay, the bay and the ocean meeting over the island, coming across meeting each other, taking these prejudicial neighborhoods and all of the inhabitants, moving them out of their places.
This is nothing to what I will do, for the cosmic forces of nature will obey ME. Aren't you glad? Then I say, if they will not hear ME Speaking in the Voice and in the language of a person, yea, in the language of men, they will hear ME when I speak in the cosmic forces of nature. All creation must obey or I will move them away. I thank you.
Now tell them I said it. If they want to get back at ME from a literary point of view by the pen, as the pen is sharper than the sword, I want to say, "MY Tongue is a pen of a ready writer," I AM writing MY Message on the hearts and lives and minds of millions with indelible ink. It cannot be erased by them. GOD Alone Shall Reign, and none shall hinder HIM. In GOD'S Presence oppositions and critics shall not stand for GOD is the only Perfection among men. I thank you.
Peace Everyone: Pardon ME for interrupting; but there are a good many here who desire to tell you all of their experience coming through the storm, coming through the flood, in the which I say, if you are anchored in Christ and abide in ME, floods and storms and pestilences can do you no harm.
Many have something to tell you of their experience among the prejudicial people who have openly refused ME and criticized ME, and those who have slyly and sarcastically refused ME; those who have pretentiously loved ME, and yet I knew they did not. There are many experiences of your hearers this morning; of MY hearers who have something to tell you from their experience in the storm and in the flood, and how it came, and what about it. They have not had a chance to tell ME, but I know all about it. You all know I spoke it into consideration. ("Yes, YOU did," shouted the Angels, as they so well remembered.)
I have spoken and MY Words shall not fail. MY Words shall not return to ME void. They shall accomplish that for which I have sent them, and all mankind shall reckon GOD'S Presence as something to be considered.
Miss Sweet Peace would have something to say. I thank you.
(Miss Sweet Peace who had quite some recent startling experiences in the flood area where she was, attempted to tell of same, and her testimony, which is interesting, recounting a slight resume of the great hurricane, is given herewith in part. Thank YOU, FATHER.)
"FATHER Dear! I truly want to thank YOU for YOUR many, many blessings. FATHER, I want to thank YOU before I have anything to say, to know that YOU are GOD Almighty.
"FATHER I thank YOU for the experience that YOU carried me through, my GOD! because only YOU could have delivered me. FATHER, YOU are just so sweet, and so Wonderful, and FATHER, I truly do love YOU. GOD I love YOU from the depths of my heart, and FATHER I truly thank YOU this morning for bringing me through the flood. FATHER, it was just wonderful! I know YOU know all about it, but truly FATHER, it came up so quick and so sudden, In the morning it was beautiful, the sun was shining lovely. I had clothes, blankets and things hanging on the line, and the last time I put them out was around 12:00 o'clock and the wind began to blow, and I went to take them in. We were packing up to leave, and FATHER, I thank YOU for being GOD Almighty.
"FATHER Dear, I went into the little room YOU had for me, and I began packing things. The lady was upstairs taking a nap, and finally I heard someone at the door. She said "Come over and watch the storm on the ocean." She said,"It is beautiful!" FATHER, I went out and it was just as black as night, and just shaking, and the sky was just a little bit reddish, and I said to her, "This is something peculiar." I said, "This is not just an ordinary storm." I said, "This is a hurricane like those that used to go through where that body was in Florida." The lady said, "No, we never have those things up here." I said, "This is different." She said, "Well I will agree with you that it is something different." and FATHER, the waves began to come in so fast that big rocks like this, which they had there for break-water at the wharf down at the ocean were washed out. All along down at the wharf; down at the ocean they had banisters and every now and then a piece of banister would come over."
This Angel told of how the water came up so high, that it was necessary for them to get out quickly. The madam said that there was much steel about the house and they would be safe; but the water was angry, hence it knows nobody. They quickly got things together and left. By the time they made their departure they had to walk in water up to their ankles. They got to the car where the water was up to the hub, and made their escape. There was much damage done all along here. People were drowned in the streets, houses washed right away, according to the Message by FATHER just preceding this testimony, and the safety of their lives was just by the mercy of GOD, FATHER DIVINE because of the conviction of the Angel, that FATHER was her protection.
