This significant Office Talk was given by FATHER when one of the secretaries was reading a clipping from Philadelphia Records of Wednesday, November 2lst, 1945 A.D.F.D., captioned 'PEOPLE NOW WANT ONE WORLD, BY Thomas L., Stokes. This is proof that FATHER'S Spirit has truly contagionized the atmosphere and those who are democratic-minded are actually catching HIS thoughts as they inhaled this electrified and contagionized atmosphere, and all are consciously or unconsciously coming into the Unity of the Spirit of Mind, of Aim and of Purpose to build a Utopian Democracy universally.
This Office Talk will serve as Divine Guidance if the nations will but subjugate themselves to it

(The following statements are those of the transcriber and the clipping which follows, was read by the secretary just before FATHER commenced speaking.)
It is becoming clear that public opinion is moving closer towards the next step in international relations. This is usually described as world government.
The Atomic Bomb is responsible for this shift of opinion. The shift is discernable in reoccurring expressions by political leaders who were pioneers for the United Nations Organization, by scientists who helped create the bomb, by organizations that set up to promote UNO.
It is significant. It shows public opinion is moving with the times, which are moving awfully fast.
World Government means in essence a single Government of all the nations of the world, just as the United States is one government of 48 states. Each nation would have to yield up sovereignty, just as our States did when the Constitution was drafted.
Anyone who suggested this when the fifty-four nations gathered at San Francisco last April was scornfully considered as a starry-eyed idealist by the diplomats and politicians there who were still "practical", though most of them came from nations laid waste by war.
But that was before the Atomic Bomb dropped to end many illusions about State craft and International politics.
It is not so unpopular now to talk about world Government.
No one, of course, expects it to come tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. But the atmosphere is being created. The changed atmosphere is perhaps the most important single thing that has happened in political thinking since Woodrow Wilson came forward boldly, 25 years ago, after the first World War with His League of Nations Proposal.
It is the most important single fact in the world today and the politicians and the diplomats are beginning to take notice.
For that reason it is expected that when the UNO assembly meets for its opening session in January, it's attitude and approach will be entirely different from what might have been predicted just after it was created at San Francisco.
For there is no question that the people of the world have been frightened by the Atomic Bomb and this fright is being transferred, slowly as usual to their political leaders.
The signs of the new approach are to be found in the numerous demands and from responsible sources for revision of the United Nation's Organization to make it more like a responsible, functioning Government with real powers.
These demands proceed, in the first instance, from the fact that the UNO must be the Trustee or Custodian of the Atomic Bomb. That requires power. Consequently there are demands for change in the veto, so that one of the Big Five Powers can't prevent action; for creating a real international police force; for powers of inspections for secret atomic bomb manufacturer. Also, and this is in the interest of a real union of nations, there are demands that the trusteeship provisions, now rigid be changed so that the UNO itself would assume all trusteeship, and not leave various dependencies to the whims of those who have ruled them so long.
How good a job the international politicians thought they had done at San Francisco may be gathered from the difficulty with which they surrounded change or amendments to their charter. It takes a two-thirds vote of the assembly, including all of the Big Five, to amend. A Constitutional convention to consider amendments can be called by a two-thirds vote of the general Assembly, including a simple majority of the security counsel of seven members.
But the delegates at San Francisco showed how little change they expected any time soon by providing that if such a convention has not been held in ten years, then a proposal-- only a proposal--- for such a convention would be put on the Agenda of the l0th session of the general assembly.
The very first session of the General Assembly is likely to get proposals for amendments, now that we have the Atomic Bomb. The people again seemed to be moving ahead of the politicians. The politicians might as well catch up.
"FATHER Speaks:"
Let there be the United Sovereignties of the world, and from thence to the unification of the united Sovereignties of the world and let there be one big United Sovereignty!
This proposal, this here (FATHER refers to the clipping) is speaking of how it being of the threat or rule from the isolation ship to the unification, or a thought of the Nations there to bring out the thought how, as he is bringing it out here -- how the Atomic Bomb brought the minds together. You an see plainly how MY Work and Mission from MY Proposals, from my Inspirations, for the inventions to bring about this unification of all nations, it has to be done by a threat of destruction of civilization for them to take cognizance of my message and deeply considered it.
You see the isolationists, they consider we should live in our own little world and be selfish for fear of losing our sovereignty: the sovereign rights of the different nations, they contended, should be forever reserved; but as you see here the proposals I have made, and suggestions I have made for the unification of the nations and then the sovereignties of the world, they would not take cognizance of it until by inspiration I brought out that invention to shake creation, you see, to shake the world .And as it shook creation, it has caused them to quake and fear nationally and the different sovereignties of the universe are now beginning to believe in the Unification of all the nations. They find themselves weighed in the balances and found wanting without such a recognition, for they know the atomic energy transcends gravitation. It goes into infinitude since it is considered and known to be by the scientists, that it in itself moves the Universe!
For this cause they know, when it is harnessed by man, the one who is destructive, or men collectively that are destructive, and without the unity of the Sovereignties and all who have the one aim and purpose at heart and care for the whole universe as their own, they will try to destroy a part of the universe by even splitting, not only the atoms, but a part of the planet, earth, off from other part of earth and let it go drifting through the universe in their solar system and be a part to itself and to depend on it's self.
This energy is supposed to be so great, it is possible to do it if science continues to advance with it and control it. Then the wicket and aggressive nations, if they would have to and have the same power to aggressively invade and do what they would desire to do, they would attempt to sever at least sever the hemisphere. They would attempt to split the hemisphere even as I through them split the atom, and send the different hemispheres in different directions driving!
For this cause it was as it is and as it was essential for the unification of all nations and of all sovereignties of the world that it might be only one big United Sovereignty of the Universe.. They would not have seen this or would not see it when I proposed the Unification of the Three Americas. It took something more than that of the then present light of the understanding concerning the mysteries of the greatness of the wrath of man against man and mankind.
Since the atomic energy has been brought out and brought into demonstration through the invention of the atomic bomb, it shows definitely it is possible to be the destruction of all this civilization! For this cause they can see definitely, the only hope of the redemption, the only hope of the redemption of the civilization is the unification of all nations and not only all nations, but all sovereignties of all creation.
For this cause, he (the writer of the article) is coming out there with a point that is well worth considering; and yet I had already proposed it in MY appeal to the different nations of our civilization for the Unification of the Three Americas. That was as First Aid and of defense. That was as First Aid of defense when the Europeans started out to invade all nations and destroy civilization.
MY Proposal for the Unification of the Three Americans, after it has gone so far in Europe that you could see that the invasion of Czechoslovakia and the invasion of Poland and other smaller nations was a threat to all of our civilized world, for this cause it was essential to propose the Unification of the United Sovereignties to bring about self-protection; but the Unification of the Three Americas was the great essential for national defense immediately, that the Western Hemisphere might be protected as it would have been if they would have united, for the aggressor nations would not have attempted to attack this nation had it been united in reality internally and externally with the other United Republic of the American's. If there would have been the United countries of America as there is the United States of America, this nation in this Western Hemisphere on this side would have never attacked!
Now they are convinced that it is essential by the invention of the atomic energy into a bomb to be destructive; they can see now, the only hope of the redemption of our civilization is Unification; it is Unification! And they all will eventually see the significance of MY Message, although I may be still insignificantly considered.
(At this point, FATHER tells the Secretary that she might read on, which she does as follows:)

Even then, last year, they were scornfully derided as a starry-eyed idealist by politicians. So it goes to show you that the atomic energy brought out in a destructive force of power it is so far reaching and convincing to even the so-called isolationists, that it is essential for the unification of the nations. That was an invention of inventions.
The discovery of all of the atomic energy revealed the mystery of the harnessing of the mentality of humanity and bring them into subjection; the invention and discoveries in other words, the discovery of all of the atomic energy and the invention of the first destructive invention bespeaking the harnessing of the mentality of all humanity and bringing their energy, their mind and their attention into subjection.
It is so far reaching, it is unimaginable even yet to the mysteries that shall be revealed. When that discovery was brought out by MY Spirit transmitted and by MY Presence in America, as stressfully being called an American, to bring the Omnipotence into display and into outer expression, it was through THIS that it came to America, the OMNIPOTENT ONE!
The greatest POWER ever observed by science and by invention in man or through man, was obliged to come to America because of the Omnipotent One and known to be, having come to America that HE might be called an American.
Therefore, the POWER was given to America as First Aid defense. It was first to America as the proposal of the Unification of the Three America as First Aid National and International defense but the Message first went as depicted on the Green Stamp; the cablegram sent to Chancellor Hitler and to President Roosevelt and to others to propose the purchase of coveted Czechoslovakia having the Sudetans help pay for a annexation to save the world from human warfare consequences.
It was a proposal for the elimination of the prospect and a further attempt of invasion; but they refuse it and I could see that they proceeded to continue and I could see it would involve the universe if it continued; and if the aggressor nations, co-operating in the name of the Axis, would have continued, they would have invaded this Country as well as other countries, and even this hemisphere.
For this cause, I proposed the Unification of the Three Americas, for natural and national defense; and had they immediately united, in other words, if they did not unite, I proposed that the United States purchase Central and South America for the same defense; for by so doing, it would have brought such a huge unification of republics and nations as governments in Unison to stand, the aggressor nations would not have attempted to to enter the great big Unified Sovereignty of the Americas!
Then, when they refused to do it and involved the whole nation the whole world into an into an international global war, then I proposed the Unification of all of the Allies, Unified Allied Sovereignties, to let there be one big unified Sovereignty of the Universe. They can see I am portraying the way and led the way, as President Roosevelt had prayed for Divine Guidance. To him and other nations it was given, but a good many of them would not take cognizance of it. It came too significantly.
But, how glorious it is to sit back and observe the mystery of the invention of the atomic energy into a destructive force as First Aid Defense, as First Aid Defense, after such a global war had universalized itself and threatened civilization; it was essential for the invention to come forth into expression to show the omnipresence of GOD to the children of men that they might stop and take cognizance of an Insignificant One through WHOM the significant Message came.
Secretary: If a picture could be drawn as a parable of it, showing the most Insignificant thing, the smallest thing, the atom, yet GOD, the greatest POWER coming forth from it, harnessing all the minds of the children of men, it would be wonderful!
FATHER: Sure! It was obliged to come that way, apparently, since the minds were set elfishly for the destruction of all others for the purpose of national and international power to control the universe, each one clamoring for himself or them selves.
For this cause, it was essential for the atomic energy to be discovered and it was essential for it to come to America, as America is the amalgamation of all nations, languages, tongues and people, all races, creeds and colors; as America is fundamentally E Pluribus Unum, yet it may have stood and it may still seemingly stand as though it is Omnifarious; but it must be observed as it is, E Pluribus Unum. Therefore, upon the fundamental of this nation, the Government of all civilization shall stand and shall be actually founded as the Foundation of the world!
You hear them speak of things that were before the Foundation of the world. We are now re-founding the world; not only the world of civilization, but the world of all creation, the world of all humanity universally! We are now re are now re-founding it upon a foundation that can only stand by unification! Truly might have one said,
'Judgment first begins at the House of GOD.'
And in another illustration it says,
'Charity begins at home and spreads abroad.'
So you can see where it begins. It is Wonderful! Wonderful!

FATHER: It is unbelievable, but it is true. If you just take the Stamps, they can see just what I AM doing on earth in Heaven today! (FATHER refers to HIS Peace Stamp.)

FATHER: Evidently it was essential for the Message to come to them.
At this point, the discussion changed to other subjects.)
FATHER: Now that Message that was read in this week's issue of The NEW DAY, CHILD DELINQUENCY , is something to consider, if they will but consider it. (FATHER referred to The New Day of SATURDAY, DEC. l5, '45 A.D.F.D. and the Message on page 8.) Secretary: It is so true!
FATHER: Now that is the first step towards changing the world and giving the world a New Birth of Freedom. Not only this nation, but giving all of the sovereignties of the universe and their subjects a New Birth of Freedom.
Secretary: It is wonderful!
FATHER: And then, when I AM bringing out how I AM doing it, I have tested and proven the significance of training a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it, because he will be shaped and fashioned in the way he should go by prenataled influence and by hereditation. The most severest critic is now obliged to consider it.
(At this point, the subject came up when one of the followers wrote a letter to one of the radio commentators, a letter of protest against using sarcasm in his broadcast concerning FATHER and the atomic bomb, and FATHER speaks again as follows:)
F ATHER: If they do not free ME, they will wish eventually that I was given to the hundred millions of Americans as well as to the thirty. They will see and know that the hundred millions of Americans need ME as well as the thirty. Or better, let's say, in the consideration of what they to do to sum ME up into the ten; but I AM sure the whole one hundred and thirty million need ME! They had better hope that I AM not limited! They had better observe ME as INFINITE and not limited!
