FATHER and MOTHER DIVINE
At a very colorful Review of the Seventh Anniversary of the Marriage of CHRIST to His Spotless Church, during the course of the Service, with many visiting guests and friends present as usual, the inspirational composition transmitted from FATHER"S Holy Mind and Spirit to the Rosebud Choir was sung, titled "Wherever you Go, YOU Are A Blessing To The People!" This beautiful inspiration seemed to prime the Wellspring of Salvation, and FATHER brought forth from the storehouse of His Omniscience" this glorious and profound Sermon of comfort and cheer" that the Nations of the earth may build their hope on For as FATHER declared a few years ago that the HE would feed the World, HE likewise declared in this profound Sermon, that HE would HOUSE THE UNIVERSE!
Such Love and Compassion and Tender Mercy for Humanity has never before been experienced until GOD, in the Name of FATHER DIVINE, came in a Holy Body to care for His Children, the Human Race, those who will let HIM and will not deny HIM, for HE is the Only Hope of their Redemption and the Only Hope of their Salvation, and the very Breath they breath!
For THY great love to the children of men, ALMIGHTY GOD, we humbly thank THEE!
The foregoing statements are those of the transcriber and the following is the inspirational composition sung just before FATHER arose to speak,
Wherever YOU go YOU are a Blessing to the people

YOU'VE taken us out of limitations, lacks and wants-
YOU'VE made us happy, prosperous and Free!
Wherever YOU go, YOU are a Blessing to the People!
YOU are a Blessing-Praise Your Holy Name!
FATHER speaks as follows
PEACE EVERYONE! Once again, I stand and sit and look-and behold, I AM HERE! That little composition says, "Everywhere YOU go YOU are a Blessing to the People!" If I go down in the slums, I'M a Blessing to them! If I go up on the Mountain Top as I did nineteen hundred years ago, and gave the Beatitudes, I Am a Blessing to them! But wheresoever I go, if they will allow ME to, I will be a Blessing to them as well as to you! Aren't you glad! ("Yes, LORD," shouted the adoring masses.)
This great Contagion of Righteousness is a Blessing beyond degrees. It goes into Infinitude, the end you cannot vision. But as we demonstrate on a small scale-very small scale apparently-a little is telling you what a whole lot means! Aren't you glad! ("So glad, GOD ALMIGHTY!" sanctioned the assembly.)
Just look about yourselves and see as it has been said, how I have lifted you from lacks, wants and limitations, from adverse and undesirable conditions, and have established your going in the Land of the Living, and I have bid your happy moments to roll on! Through many dangers, toils and snares, you have already come! It was the Spirit of My Presence and the Presence of My Spirit that brought you safe thus far. If you will allow ME to, I will carry you on! It is written of ME:
'Kingdoms may rise and wane, but the Church of CRIST Constant shall remain
We are happy to know that of ME, of which I lastly said, the Church of CHRIST
constant shall remain. All of the opposing forces, they may rise, but they will
wane as they have been doing!
We are happy to demonstrate in this present and immediate audience a demonstration of the Mystery of Supply, to let you see and know, none need lack in GOp'S Abundance, for it's written of ME:
'HE will take a worm and thresh the mountain.'
Aren't you glad! ("So glad, ALMIGHTY GOD!" shouted the happy multitude.)
I have not done anything yet to what I will do! I have established your going
on the housetop and on the mountain top! As one said a little while ago, in the
slums, truly it's a true saying in your experience, a good many of you.
'From the pigpen to the Palace! '
A good many of My following right here in this city lived in these different
slums, and when I got ready, through your willingness to be lifted, now you live
in such homes as the Divine Riviera Hotel, a million dollar home! Aren't you
glad! ("Yes, LORD, so glad!" came the eager response.) I'M spreading
and rising up among the People as wildfire.
Then I say, it is a Privilege to live in such a recognition to recognize the Actual Presence of GOD! Not to surmise it but to actually recognize it and realize it and do as I bid you do! Even though you are Blessed, others are Blessed also, for I have caused the Blessings of the Beatitudes of GOD to fall on the just and also the unjust, as it is written of ME:
'HE causes the rain to fall on the just and also the unjust!'
Aren't you glad! ("So glad, LORD," came the eager reply.)
Think of the wonderful mansions and hotels and places where you can live in peaceful and quiet resting places now, where once upon time a good many of you did not have food for the next meal! I made the Way possible for others who are not followers and members! Just think of the Divine Riviera Hotel, known to be a million dollar, first rate hotel where people can go, those who are non-followers, from the time it was open, where you had been obliged to pay-even if you could get in there-as much as three and a half and up per day. I made the Way possible wherein you could go and not be obliged to pay more than fifty cents a day and two dollars and fifty cents a week, and gave you the Privilege to do it for three years or more.
At the same time, the Divine Lorraine Hotel in Philadelphia, equivalently the same-about a three hundred room hotel-made it possible for you to live on North Broad Street , Fairmount Avenue and North Broad Street and Ridge Avenue, a very centrally located place of worship, and to live for as little as two dollars and a half per week.
It was for about three years or more wherein it has been rated from two dollars and a half and three dollars and five dollars, and five dollars a day and up, and you have the Privilege to enjoy these luxurious Blessings with the Spirit of My Presence, with all comfort and convenience, and could live there for two dollars and a half per week. Aren't you glad! ("Oh, so glad, LORD," shouted the adoring assembly.) And now the maximum fee in this, that and the other hotels is only five dollars per week, wherein it used to be three dollars and a half and up per day, and more in some of the very same places!
Therefore, everywhere I go I AM a Blessing to the people! I AM not talking about merely a Blessing to get them converted so they can die and go to Heaven, but I AM answering your Prayers and your pastor's and minister's Prayers and all of your Sunday Schools' and Churches' Prayers! You prayed in all simplicity:
'Let Thy Kingdom come and Thy Will be done on earth, as it is in Heaven.'
I brought it down here where you can have afull and aplenty in the midst of scarcity,
in the midst of limitations, in the midst of adverse and undesirable conditions!
I have made you super wealthy! That is a point for consideration.
Then I say, live in this recognition and build upon this Foundation, and I will be with you. Aren't~t you glad! ("So glad, GOD ALMIGHTY!" exclaimed the vast crowd.) Glad to know that I came breaking down every idol, casting out every foe, washing you Mentally and Spiritually. I have made you white as snow!
Then I say, it is a Privilege to live in such a recognition and to build upon such a Foundation as this one. As you read in the Bible where Jesus went upon the Mountain and sat, and HE spoke. I AM going upon the Mountain shortly! I AM up there now! But at this particular place that's mentioned here in the Invitation is just speaking of another one of the great Acquisitions of the Peace Mission. The Palace Mission Church, Home and Training School purchased that property as an Estate for MOTHER and MYSELF and My Staff to relax.
So then I say, it's a Privilege! It's a Privilege to live in such a recognition! It's a Privilege to build upon such a Foundation as this one, for I have declared Scripturally:
'I will make you the Head and not the tail!'
That little composition has long since been publicized as it was composed by
the Spirit and Mind, and it has gone forth to many lands because of the conviction
of the people. They realize I AM Omnipresent and Ever Present! They realize I
came as the poorest among men, yet making many rich! I have never taken up a
collection! I have not yet done any soliciting nor begging-and this is not the
first acquisition of the Peace Mission or anyone of our Churches, but each of
these acquisitions are well to be considered and highly appreciated.
It was as it is declared to be, one of the best Estates on the Mount, higher up than the majority of the other places in that vicinity. The same as has afore been mentioned-the Tarrytown Estate, Krum Elbow Estate, and too numerous to be mentioned-Estates well renowned to be considered what GOD has done for this people, without soliciting, without begging, without stealing, having the mastery over the economic problem and over all situations-the racial problem, the intellectual problem, and as Doctor Boyer said a little while ago, what does he care about Webster!
You see I AM bringing others up into that state of consciousness where they can master the language of men! Aren't you glad! ("So glad, ALMIGHTY GOD," shouted the multitude.) And not be bound to what they say, for GOD is Greater, Bigger and Better than all of them. Aren't you glad! ("So glad! So glad, LORD," again came the happy response.) If I had not a letter of the English alphabet, I would be super intelligent, and could and would teach Webster and his off$spring something!
It is a Privilege to live in such a recognition and know from whence cometh your Wisdom, for GOD is Omniscient and Ever Present, freely giving Wisdom to those who will trust HIM and rely on HIM! It is Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful!
This had to be brought about in varied ways of expression to tell you something I had to tell you! My Spotless, Virgin Bride sits here by My Side. I know it is something unique, something never seen or heard of before! GOD is the only one can do anything unique to that extent, and express HIMSELF not only uniquely, but express HIMSELF Masterfully over the situations and over all adverse and undesirable conditions, for if you cannot conquer your own will, you cannot inherit the Kingdom of Heaven! Aren't you glad! ("So glad, GOD ALMIGHTY!" sanctioned the assembly.)
'Except a man forsake all he has, and even his own life, he cannot be My disciple!'
Can you not see the Mystery?
So then I say, build upon this Foundation and remember, GOD is in the midst of you, showing you the way to go! Not only from a literary point of view, but showing you the way to go from a Personal point of view! The very Presence of GOD expresses superlatively, and yet I AM telling you daily to transcend all personality, transcend My Personality and all other personalities, and recognize the Reality of the Impersonality of the ALMIGHTY! GOD is with or without a Body, just as operative and just as expressive!
Then I say, live in this recognition; build upon this Foundation, and you need not contact ME Personally especially. Anything you do, contact ME Mentally and Spiritually, and believe it sincerely. Your Prayers will be heard and answered speedily, for GOD answers the Prayers of the True and the Faithful!
Then as I said in this little Invitation, it is upon the Mount. It is The Mount of the House of GOD brought into actuality in this present Dispensation, as Philadelphia is the Country Seat of the World-but first the Cradle of Democracy! You, as believers and followers, since you have experienced it, you know it is a Wonderful Place! Philadelphia-the authorities of the Philadelphia Charter say you are not supposed to beg anything! Going around soliciting, begging, panhandling, you are supposed to be picked up! They have a new Charter in Philadelphia, copied after the fashion of My Church Discipline, Constitution and Bylaws! Aren't you glad! ("So glad, GOD," shouted the masses.)
If any of the employees of the City ask you for anything, you can have them arrested! Aren't you glad! Racketeering, profiteering and undermining the people has been long enough! We are bringing an end to all such unjust acts and deeds of both the authorities and the civilians, so that we might live in a peaceful and quiet resting place in the Great City, yea, the City of Democracy, the Cradle of Democracy, in the City of Brotherly Love, and now the Country Seat of the World! Aren't you glad! ("So glad!" came the sanction.)
By this, we shall have a Righteous Government Universally. Not only locally, but we shall have a Righteous Government Universally, and all of the Nations of the Earth shall flow into it! If you question whether this is true or not, read your Bible. It was spoken of-the Mount of the House of the LORD! And they are coming from far and near!
And at the same Dedication, at the same time, we are also Dedicating an International House, where people from all nationalities and from all Countries may come. This International House has not yet been opened, 1430 North Broad Street! The Mount Of The House Of The LORD in Woodmont will be, and it has been set apart for MOTHER and My Personal Estate. It is owned by the Palace Mission, Incorporated, of New York. It was purchased by our Church. Also the International House, fourteen thirty North Broad Street. It is also owned by the Palace Mission, Incorporated, of New York.
So You can see what the LORD has done. Then you can see what the Church is doing for us. Aren't you glad! ("So glad, LORD! So glad!"came the spontaneous response.) You see, WE do not own anything! The Church owns that property, but they wanted US to have it. So they are permitting it to be Dedicated and Consecrated to and for MOTHER'S Estate and MINE!
Yet, we do not. own any of it, not even the value of a dime in it. But when you go up there on the tenth, eleventh and twelfth, you may get a view of it, and you will see what GOD is actually doing and has done for His people! I will be helping them to get plenty more, for we shall house the inhabitants of the earth eventually, and give them their real Emancipation from oppression, from suppression, from segregation, and from limitations, for GOD is the Emancipator and will Emancipate those who will trust HIM! I thank you!
PEACE EVERYONE! I do not wish to bore you with My Words) with My Thoughts) and with My Mind) and with what I have said and done, but we wish to call your attention to the fact that here are some place cards) something that looks very insignificant. Above our heads on this place card hangs the Liberty Bell just as it presently hangs in Philadelphia. And just beneath that it says, "International Peace.') As you vision MOTHER, My Spotless Virgin Bride and ME, and produce the Characteristics and the Nature of HER and love ME, you will have "International Peace!') Look at your books on the card) "International Peace)') In the Air, On Land, On the Sea) with a miniature picture of an airplane, showing how you can go in the air.
You need not fear-need not fear the planes going down when you take ME along! Then you see the second one in the middle. It says "On Land." I suppose you see what that is. And the third booklet you see there, it says "On the Sea!" Beneath all of us you see the picture of the Capitol of the United States, and on either side of us you see Old Glory, as a symbol of the Protection of the Government of the United States, for our Constitution of the United States grants every person the Privilege to serve GOD according to the dictates of their own conscience. By this, we are helping men and Nations!
Because you recognize GOD'S Presence and endeavor to live it. and express it, carry ME along with you. You need not be fearful and you need not be afraid! What did David say about it?
'Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I shall fear no evil, for THOU art with me. Thy rod and Thy staff, they comfort me.'
Can you not see the Mystery?
When you live this Conviction deep down in your heart, carry this little place card in all sincerity, and think of ME harmoniously, sympathetically, cooperatively, lovingly and obediently. I will be with you. (As FATHER stands in love and compassion with His beautiful Arms outstretched HE continues, saying,) You will have no fear, and having no fear, you will know as David says,
'For THOU art with me. They comfort me
said he.
These comforting words will be a comfort, will be a Comforter to you to lead you and guide you and protect you as you go, to give you the Victory over every difficulty! You don't have to ask anyone else, "Will HE do it?~' You will know by My experience, what I have done for you, I will do for someone else! What I have done for MYSELF, I can do for you and for someone else, for it is not by Power nor by Might, but by My Spirit, for My Spirit has conquered the World! My Spirit is going through, integrating for the benefit of the people! Integrating all Nations, Languages, Tongues and People, and having brought an end to that line of demarcation, I have established your going in the Land of the Living, in the Unity of the Spirit, of Mind, of Aim and of Purpose!
Now in this Country, it is Privilege to live anywhere you want to live. I have broken that line of demarcation! I have brought an end to localization! Aren't you glad! ("So glad, ALMIGHTY GOD!" shouted the enthusiastic assembly.) Localities and barriers shall have no barrier nor obstruction in the future, for here recently, very recently, Mr. Eisenhower, the President., said that he means to bring a complete abolition to all segregation and discrimination in the Armed Forces! Now isn't that ME talking? ("Yes, GOD ALMIGHTY," came the enthusiastic reply.)
I have been saying it many years ago-presented My Body as a Living Sacrifice for it! Went in the Southern states and in some of these New England states and Northern states and Western states, for the redemption of the people, to redeem them from oppression, to redeem them from suppression, and redeem them from localization and from barriers and from all the lines of demarcation!
You remember the previous condition of servitude. I shall bring an end to the oppression and suppressions of the previous condition of servitude, and free you, those who have been limited because of previous condition of servitude, because of racism and the like, and you could not get your unalienable rights to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. I came to give it and all shall have it! I thank you! (As FATHER had concluded and started to leave the Holy Communion T able, HE sweetly said:) You may take your place cards and remember ME!
