At this beautiful Marriage Feast of much rejoicing, an inspirational composition led by the Rosebuds was sung and enjoyed by one and all as the enthusiasm increased and multiplied; and at the conclusion of same, our beloved Bridegroom, the Lamb, arose in all His Majesty and enlarged upon the composition, stating that HE had made Philadelphia the International Country Seat of the World, where HE is gathering all nations, languages, tongues and peoples of the earth together, thus making true the Scriptural quotation: "Where the carcass is, there will the eagles be gathered together."
Therefore, read this profound Sermon and see how Almighty GOD in and among the affairs of the children of men and even leading the democratic governments on to Victory through His great Spirit of Righteousness that HE has contagionized the earth with. And as His Righteousness continues to march on, let us give all glory and honor and praise to HIM to Whom it is due, GOD Almighty, FATHER DIVINE.
For THY Righteousness that is covering the earth even as the waters the mighty deep, Almighty GOD, we humbly thank THEE!

'I have made Philadelphia the International Countryseat of the World!
I have made Philadelphia the International Countryseat of the World!
Where I AM gathering all nations, languages, tongues and peoples
Of the earth together, together, together, together!"
Thus saith the Almighty GOD, FATHER DIVINE:
This is the Countryseat!
(FATHER speaks as follows:)
PEACE EVERYONE! We do not wish to disturb you in the service, but at this particular time I have arisen to say, that little composition is not a supposition. It is a declaration and a realization of millions! I have made the City of Brotherly Love the Countryseat of the World! All nations, languages, tongues and peoples are coming into it and they are saying, by the virtue of the fact, that they are seeking something better and greater:
'Let us go up to the Mount of the House of the LORD, that HE might teach us of His Ways.'
Mankind the universe over, is coming into this recognition! They are! It is a reality in the realization of GOD'S Presence! It tangibilates and materializes and brings into outer expression your fondest imagination. Aren't you glad! ("So glad, GOD Almighty!": shouted the masses.) I have not done anything yet to what I will do! I shall shake creation as never before! And I will not do it by power nor by might, but by My Spirit says the LORD, GOD of Host!
Then I say, I have made Philadelphia the Countryseat of the World! I did not say the County Seat, but as with a county, so with a country; I have made Philadelphia the Countryseat of the World, for all nations, languages, tongues and peoples shall unite here together and shall find that something the Pilgrim Fathers saw when they came to this country seeking religious liberty and seeking freedom otherwise. It was a long to remembered experience in that incident. But many years have come and gone, until now we have made Philadelphia the Countryseat of the World! And because Philadelphia as representatives of a great government had some who desired to be honest and true, desired to have a Righteous Government irrespective to the political affiliation, we have made Philadelphia the Countryseat of the World!
I would like to say, though I AM in governments, I AM not in government by political power and I AM not seeking any political power! I AM in government by the virtue of the fact that it was predicted in the prophetic age:
The Government shall be upon His Shoulder! HE shall be called Wonderful! Counselor! Mighty GOD! Everlasting FATHER and Prince of Peace!'
I would be the same if I did not have a BODY! I want you to know, I AM not talking
about My BODY necessarily, to carry out My Plan and Purpose to the letter, but
as it was written also in the prophetic age -- a prediction, "It is not
by power nor by might . . ." in other words,
'. . . not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the LORD, GOD of Hosts.'
I shall do it by my spirit! I declared, I was going to put out every unjust official!
I am going to put them off of the bench and out of their seats! I will not do
it by the bullet and I will not do it by the ballot directly, but I will do it
by My Spirit! The lord has declared it!
Then I say, we have made -- I as we, have made Philadelphia the Countryseat of the World! We shall have a Righteous Government all over this wide extended plane the same as we have it here under My Personal Jurisdiction and under My Personal Domain! After a while there will be no more warfare, no more race riots, no more division and no more strife! After a while there will be no more an ensign of divisibility, for the very Spirit of My Presence will carry out My Plan and Purpose to the letter and none shall hinder!
To have a Righteous Government, I AM purging the sons of Levi as silver and as gold are purged, so that they might offer unto the LORD an offering in Righteousness as in former years and as in the days of old.!
For this cause we do rejoice! Happy to say, on this, the Sixth Anniversary celebration of My Marriage to My Spotless Virgin Bride -- yea, My Marriage to all believers in GOD, that is what it means; it means My Marriage to all believers in GOD, as I will have them all after a while -- spotless and pure and virtuous as My Spotless Virgin Bride! The atmosphere is being contagionized with it! Men shall not act beastly as they have been! Aren't you glad! ("Oh, so glad, GOD Almighty!" came the enthusiastic response.)
'He shall purify the sons of Levi and shall purge Them as silver and as gold are purged.'
We shall have Peace on Earth and Good Will toward men! There will be no more warfare and no more bloodshed after a while and no more uprising among the nation and no more lynching and no more murder! Aren't you glad! ("Yes, LORD, so glad!" shouted the happy throng.) I AM putting that Spirit in you now! I AM purging you of that mind and desire to kill now! Aren't you glad! ("So glad, Almighty GOD!" again shouted the multitude.) All shall live in peaceful and quiet resting places and none will be able to make you afraid, neither to make you ashamed, for I have come this time with the Spirit of Equilibrium swinging in the defense of all people universally! Look at My Correspondence daily! Look at My Writings! Even look at the Stamps on the letters of correspondence and see what I AM telling you! And look back and see what I AM doing for you; and it is not by might nor by power, but by My SPIRIT, says the LORD, GOD of Hosts!
I have made philadelphia the countryseat of the world! After a while you will be ashamed to have prejudice and segregate one from another because of his complexion or so-called color! It will show you up! Will show you that you are inhuman and un-American and undemocratic, and therefore, such kind of a spirit of divisibility and prejudice and division shall eventually go off of the face of the earth and the Kingdom you all have prayed for shall come then, and the will shall be done on earth among men!
Having to spend billions and billions of dollars for warfare and bloodshed to destroy your fellow men off of the face of the earth because of prejudice, division, inequality and strife! But we shall have a Righteous Government just as I have it under My Personal Jurisdiction, where they all will eventually love one another as sisters and brothers!
This Marriage I mentioned a little while ago, as in the experience of Jesus of nineteen hundred years ago, it was said that He was the Firstborn among many brethren. A good many of you have said and have sung,
'I want to be just like MOTHER!'
It is your privilege to be like Her, for I did not bring Her to you as a suppositional
angel with suppositional wings, but as Jesus said: "Handle Me and feel Me
and see that a Spirit has not flesh and bones."
You can touch Her and feel Her and see SHE is the same as you and ME! You can see that I AM the Same as you as far as a Physical Body is concerned! Something like a gentleman asked ME of a very recent date -- I do not recall the name -- said, "FATHER, will it ever be so," or in other words, "Do YOU demonstrate the materialization of automobiles? Do YOU just . . . ?" the thought was, he wanted to know did I magician-ly, like the magicians trying to bring rabbits out of your hat and other slight-of-hand work -- foolishness. I said, I bring about things in the natural course of things! That is the way I bring them about! So it is. We bring about any desired blessing, but it must come according to the Plan and Purpose and not by acting like a magician by trying to do some black magic, sleight-of-hand work and all such as that! The sun shines and you do not have to make it shine! You inhale and exhale your Breath of Life, but you must exhale it if you desire to inhale it! Aren't you glad! ("So glad! So glad!" came the enthusiastic shout.)
GOD in the midst of you is mighty to save! As I afore said predictionally,
'HIS name shall be called Immanuel, which Is, being interpreted, GOD is with us.'
Now if you can convince yourself in reality, once and forever, GOD is actually with you when I Am personally absent and when I Am personally present, I will be to you your lord and your savior and a great victory over all your oppositions! I thank you.
