Here we all are again! In the Unity of the Spirit, of Mind, of Aim and of Purpose among you I remain, bringing about that long sought for Universal Brotherhood of Man and the Conscious Realization of the Fatherhood of GOD for which you all have prayed!
Just a little while ago when the last speaker was speaking, I thought of how marvelous it is for each and every person to be free to be governed by his or her own highest intuition, and be moved by your own volunteer volution. By so doing, you have the chance to bring the Higher Ideals of your Life and of the Perfect Life of Expression to fruition!
For this cause I do rejoice. But for your consideration concerning My Version Politically, Legally and Religiously and from every other angle expressible, READ THE NEW DAY VERBATIM!
If those of you of whom have not known of ME, desire to learn of ME, you need not go by others' versions--what they say of ME--not even those of My immediate Staff! I LIVE IN A WORLD OF DEMOCRACY! I give each and every person the Freedom of Speech and the Freedom of Action so long as they act Decently, Democratically and Evangelically.
Therefore, all of you are welcome to speak in our audiences according to the dictates of your own conscience, but DO NOT THINK THAT OTHERS' VERSIONS ARE MINE! My Version is commonly seen in The New Day if you read it verbatim, and if perchance there is anything confusing or you do not understand, call My Personal attention to same, and it may be possible to get an explanation, although I do say, My Words are explanatory in themselves and THEY NEED NO EXPLANATION!
I say this definitely and emphatically, because there are those among you and those of whom may enter at times, that may feel like you would like to explain My Version concerning things that pertain to MYSELF, My Work and My Mission; but let ME or My Words be their own explanation!
You may insert your versions, or you may insert or inject someone else's, while yet you have a right to your opinion, and I have a right to Mine! But whatsoever is recorded in The New Day, it is more than apt to be authentic as to what I have said. Therefore, you can get nearer first hand information from what I say Personally, and what I say as written in The New Day, than what anyone else could ordinarily tell you!
It is a privilege to live in the Actual Presence of GOD! There are many things I could say along this line, but I thought to digress for an instant--at least for a moment--and retrace your thoughts back to that little composition that was sung about, "We are Americans; arise; we are going on to Victory," or something of that sort--"American Youth, come and join in our Fight for Victory!
I thought how marvelous it is to join in the Unity of the Spirit, of Mind, of Aim and of Purpose to win the Victory over every enemy! I thought of that little composition, "American Youth, come and join us in our Fight for Victory. We will let nothing retard us!" It is a true saying, those who are true and faithful, they will not let anything retard them!
Having a representative here of the Navy, some representing the Army, some representing the Executive Department of the Government and other official activities, I thought of how the Unity of the Spirit, of which I have preached, brought about such Unity and such faith and courage until the adherents of this Truth were willing to launch out and win the battle for Victory--but not until you shall have conquered your own will!
One speaker said he thought to question, or did question, how could one man do so much? I would like to say to our fellow citizens, hearers and friends, what you see here is only a slight sketch of a reflection of a percent of a fraction of a grain of what I AM Actually doing. But all things are possible with him that believeth!
Therefore by the Unity of the Spirit, of Mind, of Aim and of Purpose, and by Faith in HIM Who liveth forever, all things are possible. And these, My fellow citizens and hearers, have implicit faith; therefore, they Unite for one common Purpose--to bring about the Universal Brotherhood of Man and the Recognition of the Fatherhood of GOD.
But this is deep to be considered. We do not fight against merely the physical Armies and the Navies of the enemies, for the apostle declared:
'We fight not against flesh and blood alone, (or words to that effect) but against Principalities and Powers and Spiritual wickedness in high places.'
We are happy to know, we conquer the enemy internally, conquer the enemy mentally,
conquer the enemy spiritually, and hence, conquer him physically by conquering
him firstly mentally and spiritually. It is written in your Scripture:
'He that conquers his own will is greater than he that taketh a city.'
For this cause it is essential for each and every individual to conquer his or her own will--especially that will and that mind that is not of GOD--and bring your bodies into subjection to the Fundamentals of Righteousness, and do not allow yourselves to be led by your own sensation, human tendencies, fancies and pleasures, lust and passion--for all of these will lead you erroneously. But if you are persistent in your ambition and determined in your resolve, you will conquer your own desires, your own fancies, your own tendencies and your own pleasures for Righteousness' Sake.
By this, millions of My true followers have won the Victory, and the Victory over not only the common external enemy, but they have won the Victory over depressions, over lacks, wants and limitations! They have solved the economic problems because of the Unity of the Spirit, of Mind, of Aim and of Purpose-- because of conquering their own will and their wishes and their pleasure. "How can these things be done?" the question is asked. It is done because those of the True and the Faithful are willing to deny themselves, lay down the world and take up the cross, and come and follow ME! That is the way they have conquered the enemy externally as internally, because they have denied themselves once and forever, and live Soberly, Righteously and Godly!
Not a true follower of Mine is on the relief roll! They conquered themselves and brought themselves into subjection to Righteousness instead of selfishness and graft and greed! They do not want your money dishonestly! There are thousands under the sound of My Voice in these buildings and in the surrounding connections that would be, no doubt, on the relief, even though they did not or do not need or should not be entitled to the money, but they would unjustly petition the welfare to supply them when they are not in need of it--had it not been for this Great Conversion into Righteousness and Honesty!
And by this, it brings them together, and they are so attached that it is a matter of impossibility to be severed when you live Soberly, Righteously and Godly!
There are many things I could say along this line, but I merely arose in the beginning to convey that thought that in all of our audiences and in all of our Churches, every person, as a democratic and American or even alien person, they are all free to speak, for we have been given the Rights to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness by our great American Document. Therefore, do not judge ME by what others think or say unless you can find it in The New Day. I mean, THE NEW DAY! This little periodical! Unless you can find it in The New Day verbatim, that is the only time you can say definitely I said this or I said that or I said the other, unless you hear ME say it MYSELF Personally.
I need not try to refute nor dispute any of you. Whatsoever I have said for the last ten years or more, it has been published in some of the papers, if it is of an important Nature, such as My Political views and of My Righteous Endeavors. If you read The New Day verbatim, you will get first hand information, and if there is any question as to whether it is true or not, you may call My attention as to what I have said, and if it is a typographical error or printer's mistake, I will correct it and be happy to do it! If not, it remains just as I said it and as it is written verbatim!
So take these thoughts to consideration, and realize My Message should be stressed in the memory of the people just as I gave it, and be stressed in the memory and consideration of you as I gave it! It is better to read it verbatim, and you will get first hand information. For the last ten or twelve years, there are periodicals that carry My Message of vital importance, of National and of International affairs, of Religion, of Politics and of everything else along that line. Therefore, you can get first hand information by reading My Message verbatim. I thank you.
