The Mount of the House of the Lord
After the reading of FATHER'S Peace Stamps by one of the secretaries for the information of our many visiting friends and others, and the singing of 'I have made Philadelphia the international country seat of the world', our FATHER arose, to the delight of the countless number present and gave this most beautiful and instructive Message.
The words of the particular stamps and song FATHER refers to, are as follows:
'Peace' July 28, 1951 A.D.F.D.
All nations and peoples who have suppressed and oppressed the under-privileged, they will be obliged to pay the African slaves and their descendants for all uncompensated servitude and for all unjust compensation, whereby they have been unjustly deprived of compensation on the account of previous conditions of servitude and the present condition of servitude.
This is to be accomplished in the defense of all other under-privileged subjects and must be paid retroactive up-to-date.

Where I AM gathering all nations, languages, tongues and peoples of the earth,

Thus said the Almighty GOD, FATHER DIVINE; this is the country seat.'
FATHER speaks as follows:
'PEACE EVERYONE: That little composition by declaration has been sounded all over this wide extended plane and truly, I have made Philadelphia the international country seat of the world.
Now, since the discovery of the predicted and long spoken of and prophesied by others, The Mount of the House of GOD and the establishment of it by dedication and by consecration, this truly is the international country seat of the world, and all nations shall flow into it. They shall say, Come, let us go'; they want to go somewhere.
'Although the Mount of the House of the Lord was there, the Mount was there and the building was prepared, but it was not dedicated and consecrated it first had to be discovered by inspiration and by interpretation to be the Mount of the House of the Lord.
'Isaiah spoke of it, but little did any of you think or slightly imagine that it would be fulfilled in Pennsylvania, yet you should have had a pre consideration of it because of the Pilgrim Fathers, commonly known as the Quakers, who came here seeking religious liberty, and William Penn came as one of the leaders, depicting a Universal Brotherhood of Man that should be established and should be universalized, but none came to fulfill it effectively saving as to lay the foundation of it by the signing of the Constitution and its Amendments here and the Declaration of Independence.
'Since these legal documents for our great nation were signed here, it is a true saying that the legal foundation was laid by the signing of the Constitution of the United States of America; firstly by the Declaration of Independence. Aren't you glad?
'But when the Pilgrim spiritual and religious Fathers as being termed the Quakers, now better known in this city and other cities as the Friends they were seeking religious liberty and also seeking for the establishment of Brotherly Love, that is why they call this city, the City of Brotherly Love and the Cradle of Democracy, but now the Country Seat of the World.
'I need not say more at this instance, as I AM carrying out My Plan and Purpose to the letter with or without anybody. Aren't you glad? For it is written of ME:
'HE came treading the winepress all alone and of the people there were none to help.'
'Now, if you only read these two last issues of The New Day with an open mind, I AM telling you and I will inspire you and cause you to know of the Mount of the House of the Lord.
'You may not have prayed for the Mount of the House of the Lord to come, but you prayed for the founding and the Founder of Mount of the House of the Lord. You have prayed for CHRIST to come. Read Isaiah two; yea, the second chapter was stressfully to be considered, read it as it begins, the very comment as it would be termed by the modern writing. When you write a transcript of MINE, they consider the heading of it as the comment, but in the holy Bible according to the King James version of the holy Bible, it tells you plainly, the heading of this chapter and this Message, the Coming of CHRIST'S Kingdom. Have you seen anything else like it? Aren't you glad?
'And the Mount of the House of GOD is protected in the presence of the holy Angels and in the Presence of the Lamb.
'I will rebuke many people; I AM predestined to do it and I AM doing it at intervals now. Read the second chapter of Isaiah carefully and explicitly, it will tell you. I thank you.
'I further wish to say, if you desire to get firsthand information of what I AM talking about, even up to date, read the supplement of last week's issue of The New Day with My compliments, and with this week's issue of The New Day, read all the reprinted stamps and see what I have been telling nations they should do. I came to save the people!
'Just think of it how especially as I heard it when I went up to answer the call, the telephone, that stamp read about Retroactive Compensation. The Jewish people have received compensation from Germany for what they went through under the regime of Hitler. Under Hitler's regime they suffered much, but not compared to that of what the Africans and their descendants suffered how they were sold in this country and in other countries and made slaves. And up until now, UNTIL I CAME and declared, 'We shall have a Righteous Government', they did not get compensation, hardly fifty percent of what they would be entitled to for servitude.
'The time cometh since I AM now on the throne, as with the Indians receiving compensation I mean the American Indians as with the Jewish people, so shall it be with the Afro-Americans and their descendants; they shall get just compensation, for GOD is on the throne now. Now aren't you glad?
'I haven't done anything yet to what I AM going to do. But, if you read the stamp as published in this present issue of The New Day under date September 19th, you will see definitely Righteousness is marching on!
'Where you have been deprived of just compensation, because of your complexion as being termed color or racial abstraction and have been deprived of compensation and all where you have had to serve without compensation when you have been compensated in a great measure, the majority received an unjust compensation and up until to date, you only received compensation according to your previous condition of servitude. Because of your previous condition of servitude in many instances, you do not receive fifty percent of the actual present day wage scale, at least you didn't do it until I declared, 'We shall have a Righteous Government', and now since the Dedication and Consecration of the Mount of the House of the Lord, it tells you there that they shall come up and shall be taught of My Law. I AM teaching you now! Aren't you glad?
'GOD shall deal in the affairs of men continually, with or without My Personal Presence; for
'It is not by power nor by might, but by My Spirit, says the Lord God of Hosts'
'I will do it! I thank you.
