This significant and very dynamic Sermon was given by FATHER directly after the singing of the inspirational patriotic composition herein recorded. Our LORD had spoken earlier during the Holy Communion Services, and HIS Words of Spirit and Life then, as well as in this Sermon, are destined to bring about UNIVERSAL GOOD to and for all nations which will come under this Universal Banner of the BROTHERHOOD of man and the FATHERHOOD of GOD and accept the Principles herein as propounded and explained by FATHER DIVINE the DEAN of the UNIVERSE!
Read, therefore, these Words of the LORD, and you too will be caught up in the Spirit of ABC's of DEMOCRACY in ACTION as herein set forth!
ALMIGHTY GOD, WE TRULY THANK THEE!

FATHER DIVINE has converted Uncle Sam
To carry HIS Message along;
The Constitution and its Amendments
And FATHER DIVINE'S Righteous Government Platform!
Uncle Sam shall go stepping from continent to continent.
Evangelizing the world with Unity and Peace.
Every nation shall eventually fall in line;
Inhuman warfare shall be left behind!
Uncle Sam shall teach the nations their ABC's--
Americanism, Brotherhood and Christianity,
Democracy, Evangelism, the FATHERHOOD of GOD
Shall be lived by every nation on earth!
(FATHER Speaks as follows:)
PEACE, EVERYONE: Before we get away from that thought as sent out through the composition we just sang, I thought to drop the thought more stressfully in your consideration; that which we are doing as persons and as personages is just nothing! JESUS the great LOVE MASTER in the Sonship Degree said, 'I can do nothing of Myself!'
The thought I wish to convey, that little composition as by inspiration conveyed it: 'Uncle Sam shall go stepping from continent to continent,
Evangelizing and teaching all nations their ABC'S--
ABC'S of DEMOCRACY!
ABC's of CHRISTIANITY!
ABC's of BROTHERHOOD!
ABC'S of JUDAISM!
ABC's of AMERICANISM!
ABC's of what we are expressing here this evening!
Uncle Sam is going forth--and if you notice in the summation of that little composition, I said, 'All nations eventually shall fall in line!'
Can you not see the mystery? All nations eventually shall fall in line, and they as well as you and I, will enjoy Democracy, Christianity, Americanism, Judaism and Brotherhood as synonymous!
I have declared, 'Contagious germ diseases are contagious to the physical beings of mankind, but the Truth is equally contagious and shall go forth just as effectively!' Therefore, these qualities of Democracy, Brotherhood, Christianity, Americanism and Democracy with Judaism as synonymous, shall all eventually come into the Unity of the Spirit, of Mind, of Aim and of Purpose and shall be E Pluribus Unum, even though they may have been omnifarious!
We are happy to present these thoughts to the world, and as the little composition so stressfully and religiously enthusiastically propounds that thought of what will be, all nations shall eventually flow into it! If it is right, it is good for one and it is good for all!
A gentleman said to ME the other day, 'If we would do as YOU propose--bring all of Australia, New Zealand and this Country together according to YOUR Proposal--would that be freeing the people?--as our Country does not want to take on any more territory,' or words to that effect. The thought was conveyed that we do not wish to be aggressive and take on as the aggressors do. But I wanted to say and did convey, 'If the United States of America, Australia and New Zealand and Canada and Japan would all accept of our Bill of Rights and our Constitution, it would not take anything away from them; not any more than our Bill of Rights and Constitution has taken anything away from ME! But, to the extreme reverse, it would give all of the subjects of the nations their real emancipation; yea, their real freedom to be partakers of our Constitution and partakers of our Bill of Rights and be ONE in this great Universal scheme of things! They too as well as ME and you--or you and I, whichever--would be partakers of that great Infinite Whole of Democracy that frees the people, even as it was first drafted for!'
The Pilgrim Fathers came to this Country seeking Religious Liberty. They could not give it politically or legally directly, but seeking Religious Liberty and giving the subjects of this nation under our Constitution and our Bill of Rights the rights and the privilege to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness!
Therefore, if we, the people, the subjects of this nation, will but LIVE our CONSTITUTION and enact our BILL of RIGHTS individually, severally and collectively, we will express a Citizenry of a true democracy and will be emancipated from the hardships and barriers and limitations of the aggressor nations! See the mystery? It is not to take anything away from the people but to give them our Constitution and our Bill of Rights!--to give them our Freedom and let them be partakers of the same! Can you not see the mystery? In that we have Religious Liberty! If you will be governed by your highest intuition intuitively, your Religious Liberty will give you access for expression, and if you will be moved by your own volunteer volition you will bring forth the CHRIST within to fruition and you will not look for another Redeemer and Savior!
'If you continue in MY Words you shall know the Truth and the Truth shall set you free!'
Therefore, this Religious Liberty and this Christianity in action, which is Democracy,
will set you free to be governed by your highest intuition and to be moved by
your own volunteer volition to bring forth the CHRIST within to FRUITION that
HE might give you the Victory. Aren't you glad! I mean, free from every barrier,
free from every limitation, free from all adverse and undesirable conditions!--that
is what this Liberty will give you! Then it will give to every subject of the
Australian Government and of the New Zealand Government their same right of their
franchise when they have this, our Constitution and our Bill of Rights as their
Constitution; for they would be partakers of it and one with us to inherit these
privileges and rights that our Constitution gives us!
For this cause it will not be strange even in the other countries where they do not have our Constitution and our Bill of Rights now, when they shall have it and it shall be accepted as the fundamental laws of those nations; they too as well as you will have the rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, and they will see, eventually, just as you see, we do not only pursue happiness but we actually have it!
CHRIST has brought this Happiness that no man can give! Freed you from barriers and limitations, adverse and undesirable conditions and established your going in the Land of the Living! And we, the people, as we live it and express it, will be partakers of the Christ characteristics and the Christ nature, and reproduce it; for we have our freedom of religion, to serve GOD according to the dictates of our own conscience!
If every person would be true to his or her religious conviction and had the privilege and know they have it, as I do, they would bring forth the CHRIST within to FRUITION. They would not go around thinking they could not serve GOD according to the dictates of their own conscience. They would be willing to sacrifice their lives for their religious convictions, even as Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego did at the time whey they got their trial and their test! Can you not see the mystery?
Then I say, it is a privilege to realize it! And living it and expressing it through all of the hardships and oppositions and accusation and condemnation, if could be, I have brought you the Victory over every difficulty, over all trials and over all tribulations, and I have proven the MASTERY over such conditions; because GOD is ever present and actually with you, being omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent!
Take these thoughts to consideration and lo, I will be with you and you will not have an occasion to fret nor worry; for the time that has been shall be no more! From now, henceforth, we shall live in Peaceful and Quiet Resting Places!
For the millions I have solved the economic situation; yea, that problem I have solved for them! For millions I have solved the political problem, the labor, and every other cursed abominable problem that has tried to hold the people down and bring about division and strife, to put some down and to put some up! GOD in the midst of you has the mastery over those conditions, for
'Greater is he that is within you than all they that could be against you!'
