During the winding up of the Dedicatory Services, one of the secretaries read a number of telegrams, felicitations and congratulations from those of the invited guests from different states as well as other countries who were not able to be present, and at the conclusion of same, FATHER arose and mentioned some that had not been read and were not among the number of those received at the Unity Mission Church.
FATHER also stressed that through the recognition and realization of HIS EVER PRESENCE and being conscious of it at all times, every good desire can and will be bountifully supplied and your problems there and then eternally will be solved.
FATHER speaks as follows:
PEACE, EVERYONE! At this instance I have arisen to say, in the reading of a few telegrams, as the secretary said, there were only a few answers to our invitations she read, some of whom are here and some of whom she did not read theirs that are here. I would like to say, Mr. Backie from Vancouver, Canada was sure to be here because of his own testimony, he was led by MY SPIRIT as he received the invitation, to come and he was blessed to the extent that he would come immediately and make good time in getting here. As he said down in the auditorium, how I blessed him since he believed on ME, yet he had not seen ME Personally, the same as Mrs. DIVINE had not see ME Personally! But he was blessed abundantly and I have prospered him so profoundly, it is so far reaching, it is convincing to any person that GOD is no longer a vision, no longer a dream, but real! Real! Real!
Make the realness of the goodness of GOD observed! I bring the goodness of the blessings of GOD into materialization and I solve your economic problems! I solve your political problems! I solve all of your problems through you who trust and obey and do what I say!
He mentioned how thin he was and sickly when he received MY SPIRIT, how he was healed almost immediately and improved so much in health and in his personal appearance until those who did know him could not identify him. He mentioned how he would or could have been in prison had it not been for MY SPIRIT and MY MIND.
Therefore, I brought him safely through lacks and wants and limitations and gave him his real emancipation from vice and crime and sin and debauchery of every kind. Now you can look at him and see the beauty of Holiness and Virtue and Honesty!
I would like to have Mr. Backie to rise and let the world see what GOD has done for him. (Mr. Backie smilingly arises.) He does not look sickly now! He does not look like a criminal now, neither one that would commit offense subject to prison, but he looks like he is a newborn creature, born again! Not only so, but he does not look like he is in poverty now!
I received a telegram, from him, saying he was leaving Vancouver by airplane Thursday night at two o'clock quite a fast plane and was coming by the way of Seattle, Salt Lake City, Chicago and New York to Philadelphia. When he arrived in Chicago, he sent ME another telegram saying he was just a little late. His plane would arrive here at seven o'clock, I think he said, instead of two, as the plane was delayed for a little while.
So it goes to show you what GOD can do for you; for GOD will help you out of every difficulty, out of every adverse and undesirable condition if you will but trust HIM and obey HIM. I thought to mention that experience because it was something outstanding. We also have others here; no doubt Miss Lite of Chicago should be in the building by now. She sent a telegram. I received it tonight, of which you did not read, or did not get, as I may have had it elsewhere, and she said she would be a little late, but she would be here. The last telegram I received, she was on her way from Pittsburgh. So it goes to show you, if GOD is for you, naught can harm you.
Others we have here from Montreal, a number of them from Montreal just for the week-end, and some have already returned, and some are going back on the next train. So it goes to show you, MY LOVE will draw you from far and near and will cause you to Love ME just as dearly as though you would be with ME daily personally. I have others on the way, if they are not here; some from England; just received a message that they will be here Monday morning early, all of whom I have made successful and prosperous and have saved them from the bombs that were falling in England. Not one was hurt nor harmed in the least.
Therefore, I say, it is a blessing and I AM a blessing truly, to the world. Everywhere I go, I AM just blessing and blessing and giving and blessing, for MY NAME shall be a Blessing in the earth more and more! It is encouraging when you are appreciated by those who receive the blessing, even those who are not MY Followers, or Members, highly appreciate MY WORK and MISSION, and I believe practically every open-minded and just thinking person in this Country today appreciates MY WORK and MY mission and will endorse it anywhere. For this cause, I Am more encouraged to be more persistent in my ambition and determined in my resolve to carry out my plan and purpose to the letter, regardless to what may oppose.
There are many other things I would like to say, or could say, but the time will not apparently permit at the instant, but I do want you to look and see and concentrate on something that has been stressed in your hearing. GOD'S actual Presence will solve your every problem.
The Mission of CHRIST in the Name of JESUS nineteen hundred years ago, the great Meshiach, the Messiah,
'His Name shall be called Immanuel, being interpreted, `GOD is with us.''
That is the doctrine of CHRIST. That is the Gospel of CHRIST, to preach GOD is with you, and when I hear some say so pronounced and so profoundly that 'I KNOW YOUR ARE GOD,' for your own sake I do Rejoice and I AM Glad. To know your GOD is Life Eternal; and to be in the PRESENCE of GOD and conscious of it, the Spirit or atmosphere that your conscious conviction creates for you, which is the Spirit of the consciousness of GOD'S PRESENCE, is the source of all supply, every supply and it can, and it will, as it does satisfy every good desire.
Just think of knowing GOD is PRESENT being conscious of GOD'S ACTUAL PRESENCE and such a consciousness creates this atmosphere, and this atmosphere is the Spirit of the consciousness of the PRESENCE of GOD and it is the source of all supply, MY Beloved Ones. It is the KEY, not only a KEY as a symbol, but it is the KEY, the Reality of every barred and shut door. It will unlock every barred and shut door, the good and the bad. If you are bound behind barred and shut doors that are evil, the Spirit of the consciousness of GOD'S PRESENCE will free you, Believe thou this!
As you go down from this place, you can and will be rejoicing and carrying in your hearts and in your minds as in the soil of your soul, the seed idea I have sown and that will germinate and spring up and bring forth fruit of its own kind!
Why live in lacks and wants and limitations? Why doubt your SAVIOR and tell HIM you do not believe HIM by being in lacks, wants and limitations, when one at an old age spoke and said:
'I once was young but now I am old, yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, neither his seed begging bread.'
Then if you are in lacks, wants and limitations and going around soliciting, borrowing and begging, you are telling ME you do not believe ME, nor MY Message! I told you I would bless you in your storehouses! I would bless you in your baskets and I told you:
'He that cometh to Me should never hunger, and he that believeth on ME shall never thirst.'
Now take these thoughts to consideration and as you live in this recognition, GOD'S PRESENCE will be so profoundly and so explicitly with you, you will be able to see it and understand it, that GOD'S Presence is no longer a vision and no longer a dream, no longer a supposition and an imagination, but it is plain! It is felt, it is heard and it is seen! Jesus said,
'Handle Me, and feel Me, and see that a Spirit has not flesh and bones,'
Now believe that and just know that spirit has not flesh and bones, but god made himself one! God made himself a bodily form, with much flesh and many bones! Can you not see the Mystery?
And if you believe it and are convinced of it, stay in that State of Consciousness and such a Conviction will solve your every problem continually. GOD HIMSELF will more explicitly be with you until you will be so convinced that GOD IS PRESENT when you are in a semi-state of consciousness -- in other words, when you are in your subconsciousness and not conscious -- you will be conscious in your subconsciousness, of GOD'S PRESENCE. Get ME in your vocabulary so vividly and so explicitly until I will speak within you volitionally. I thank you!
