On the Fire Island Beach
PEACE, EVERYONE! Here we all are again. There I sit and here you stand. In the Unity of the Spirit, of Mind, of Aim and of Purpose I have made you what I AM and I have brought about the Universality of it, the Universal Brotherhood of man and the FATHERHOOD of GOD recognized.
For this cause we can realize, GOD is not a GOD afar off, but GOD is a GOD at hand! As contagious as contagious germ diseases that are incurable, even so contagious are the germs of Life as Words of Life I have spoken to you. I have said, Good Health, Good Will, a Good Appetite, Good Manners, Good Behavior, All Success and All Prosperity!
I cannot stress these Gems and germs of Life too vividly, for every Word I speak, they all have the germs of Life in them. For this cause I did say and do say, the very Words I speak to you, they are Spirit and they are Life. If you imbibe MY Words as Spirit and eat them as Bread, you will live and will not die even though you would have been dead.
Just look over this vast audience as an abstract expression of a sketch and a reflection of MY SPIRIT and of MY MIND transmitted and reincarnated, the universality of the Brotherhood of man is made a living reality! The recognition of the FATHERHOOD of GOD is made known Universally!
For this cause you should rejoice and be glad, For your salvation draweth near. I am talking about those to whom I have not yet appeared! Aren't you glad! Your Salvation draweth near! I AM contagionizing the atmosphere with the Germs of Life with which you have been contagionized and with the Germs of the positive instead of the negative, for they are contagious. Aren't you glad!
Now live in this recognition and build upon this Foundation, for truly, GOD is with you! What a privilege! What a privilege! Where GOD is living in you, among you and ruling and having HIS way! Where undesirable conditions cannot stay, not any more than darkness could stay or can stay in this room when the beautiful fluorescent lights are turned on. Darkness cannot stay here! Undesirable conditions cannot stay where I AM! Aren't you glad! Poverty, lacks, wants and limitations and all of the undesirable economic conditions of mortality cannot stay where GOD IS in reality! Those conditions can only stay where GOD is not at in reality. They cannot even stay so easily where GOD is suppositionally. Just imagine it!
Just imagine it vividly and not be conscious of it as a reality, undesirable conditions will get out of the way! I AM making the realness of GOD a reality! I have lifted up a standard and it is established! I have lifted up a standard for MY people! Observe it and walk therein! Aren't you glad! This is the Fountain that was open in the House of King David for sin and for all uncleanness. Come all, and cleanse yourselves! Truly might have one said:
'Wherefore, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of GOD,' for GOD is in the midst of you!
With such a recognition you feel good, do you not? Aren't you glad! The Realness of GOD! No longer the supposition of GOD! You imagined GOD long enough! GOD is no longer a supposition and no longer a vision and no longer a dream! GOD is real! Real! Real! GOD is not only real and spiritual, but GOD is real and natural! GOD is as natural as you are -- just made HIMSELF Natural! One writer declared:
'In the beginning was the WORD and the WORD was with GOD and the WORD was GOD and the WORD was made FLESH.'
GOD made HIMSELF natural! No longer an imagination, no longer imaginary, but a living reality! And you feel good, do you not? A living reality! GOD is as natural, I say, as you are, for the WORD was made FLESH and HE went and made HIMSELF in the LIKENESS of sinful flesh for sin to condemn the sin that was in the flesh! Now you don't have that sin any more! I think I had better stop! HE came in the likeness of sinful flesh, in the flesh, for sin, to condemn sin in the flesh! I could not have condemned it if I had not come in the likeness of you! If I had not come in the likeness of you, in the likeness of sinful flesh, I could not have effectively condemned the sin that was in your flesh and redeemed you from the curse! I think I had better stop!
I AM as natural as you are! GOD made man in HIS own image and likeness after which GOD made HIMSELF in your likeness, and took upon HIMSELF your infirmities and bare your diseases, and by HIS Stripes ye are healed! Aren't you glad! I think I had better stop! I did not arise to preach at the instance. I rose stressfully to consider, we have visiting guests as usual. Aren't you glad!
You must lower your chariot and take on passengers. I heard one say by composition:
'Swing low, sweet chariot, Coming for to carry me home.'
This Truth is that chariot and MY SPIRIT has swung low to pick you up in the
spirit and carry you where you want to go! One writer said,
'When I was young, I girdedst myself and carried myself where I wouldst to, but when I am old, another shall gird me and carry me where I wouldst not to.'
Aren't you glad!
This chariot has lowered and will carry you on, even where you have not thought of going -- on to perfection where the trials of the world cannot come, and lacks and wants and limitations and adverse and undesirable conditions can be no more, for GOD truly is in the midst of the children of men and GOD HIMSELF shall be with them and shall be their GOD; and GOD shall wipe all tears from their eyes: There shall be no more crying, no more pain and no more death, for the former things are passed away! Why? Because GOD HIMSELF is here! HE shall dwell with them, and GOD HIMSELF shall be with them and shall be their GOD and they shall be HIS people!
What a beautiful people of GOD! I need not say more, but realize, God HIMSELF is with you! Not just a spirit, but GOD HIMSELF -- with you right now, for GOD made HIMSELF flesh and made HIMSELF as natural and as personal as you are -- a physical bodily form! And that is the way I got at the sin that was in your flesh and condemned it so it cannot express effectively, for it may try -- it may try all it may, but it cannot express effectively because I have already condemned it! Can you not see the Mystery! It may rise up some time when you are sleeping, but when you wake up, it is so ashamed, it is condemned; it will go back from whence it came and CHRIST again on the throne of your mind reigns as LORD of Lords and as KING of Kings! I thank you. I thank you. I thank you.

Note: FATHER DIVINE came back from Mother Bethel A.M.E. Church, where HE was the Guest of HONOR, and served Holy Communion Banquet at Circle Mission Church and spoke the above message early in the morning.
