The Brigantine Hotel and Beach
Brigantine Hotel by the seashore again reveals another mystery as propounded by the GOD of all creation, FATHER DIVINE. He reveals in these pages, transcribed for your edification, the mystery of loving GOD whole heartedly unselfishly, for by so doing, it will alleviate all mankind's ills individually, nationally and internationally, and the struggle for Universal Peace will no longer be.
If this beautiful Message is taken cognizance of, then the first and great Commandment and the second, which is like unto it, will be a living reality in the hearts and lives of all who will heed its counsel, for it is written:
'Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.'

The foregoing statements are those of the transcriber, and the following is a composition preceding FATHER'S Glorious Message verbatim.

PEACE, EVERYONE! Good Health, Good Will and a Good Appetite! Good Manners, Good Behavior, All Success and All Prosperity, All Wisdom, All Knowledge, and All Understanding, and every other Good and Desirable Blessing! This thought I stress for your consideration, for it is a known fact that that which is applicable to one is applicable to another, and that which is good for ME, it is good for you!
For this cause I say, I want the whole world to love ME just as you say you do. I did not say you did, nor did I say you do at this particular instance, but as you say you do. Therefore, if this could or would be true, the whole world would be blessed, even as you are blessed. Hence, by your love in expression, we would have long since brought an end to all discrimination, all segregation and all adverse and undesirable conditions, for love is the dispellation of that which is undesirable. It dispels it automatically as you recognize the Presence of GOD in life and in expression.
For this Cause, I stress as a transposed version of the little composition, 'I want the whole world to love Me, just as you say you do!'
For if this would be true, not a living creature would be on the relief rolls! Not a living creature would be in lacks, wants or limitations! Not a living creature would be sick, or afflicted, for your belief or your love concerning Me, it has brought you Life, Health and Happiness beyond a reasonable doubt. Our critics can see the Happiness of My followers exhibited, therefore, I say, if the whole world did love Me just as you say you do, the whole world would be emancipated from every undesirable condition, and warfare and confusion would be no more! That is what I AM talking about!
It is not for My benefit that I want you to love Me as these, My followers and others, say they do, but for the benefit of all humanity to give them their real emancipation even as I have emancipated millions from the oppression and hardships of the economic conditions. Oh, how glorious it will be when all government from shore to shore and from land to land in all civilization recognizes the Actual Presence of God and bring themselves into subjection to His Love and His Mercy by being susceptive to His Spirit and His Calling.
By this, we shall have a Righteous Government, and the nations of the earth will be able to worship God in Spirit and in Truth, and the time cometh and will be, that all will worship GOD 'under their own vine and fig tree.' Aren't you glad! To realize you will have a house of worship wheresoever you are. You will not say, 'Let us go up to the House of the Lord,' but the House of GOD will be wheresoever you are, for GOD Himself will reign and God Himself shall have all dominion over the children of men--over all things that concern them as well as over their affairs.
And there will be no more pestilences. Even the Cosmic Forces of Nature will no longer work destructively in those days. Tornadoes, volcanoes, cyclones, flood tides and other destructive forces of the cosmics will no longer work destructively. That is what I AM talking about! Things will work harmoniously to and for the good of humanity. Jesus declared it as a Sample and as an Example when the ship was tossed on the sea as though it was about to go to wreck; when Jesus arose and said, 'Peace, be still!' or words to that effect, the storm became calm. Harmonious conditions resulted at the Presence of GOD.
The time cometh when Peace and Calm will be in the Cosmic Forces of Nature, and they will not even work destructively. Aren't you glad! As a Sample and as an Example, for ten or twelve years in New York City and elsewhere, whensoever I have an outdoor demonstration, matters not how stormy it may be, the Cosmic Forces of Nature automatically obey Me and harmonize with Me, and even the weather, with the sunlight of the Smile of God shines where I AM, and if it is cold and gloomy, it becomes pleasant, as a rule.
Harmonious conditions of the mind! I mean the minds of the children of men with the Great Creator of them, will bring harmonious conditions resulting from harmonious thinking, by being in harmony with the Great Creator of all creation. Therefore, I do not question the weather whensoever we have a demonstration. I know if My followers harmonize with Me in all simplicity and will not have antagonistic and conflicting and malicious thoughts of destruction, harmonious conditions will continue to result just as they have been resulting. Aren't you glad!
The time cometh and now is, when GOD speaks in Harmony and Peace and Pleasure, then the Cosmic Forces of Nature and the Creative Forces of Nature obey those who are in harmony with the Great Creator. In the days of Moses, according to Biblical history, some may deem it to be a parable, parable-ly speaking, of mysteries. Whether it be a parable or a fact, we know according to the Scripture, the Red Sea obeyed the Will of God in harmony with Moses. The children crossed over dry shod. The spirit of GOD'S Presence is just the same today!
Live in the recognition of it and harmonize with it and things that are inharmonious will not be inharmonious to you, for the Spirit of GOD'S Presence will automatically adjust matters satisfactorily for them. Aren't you glad! Then I say, I want the whole world to love Me, just as you say you do--My followers--just as you say you do who claim to be true and faithful; for if they do as you do, so will it be with them as it is with you. That is what I AM talking about!
The whole world will have a-full and a-plenty and to spare of every comfort and every convenience; all Peace, all Joy, all Health and all Happiness, and God Himself will be reckoned among them when they love Me as you say you do! I know these assertions sound somewhat fanatical and no doubt radical in the versions of some, but as an Impersonal Person, as it may be termed, to you I come, expressing impersonally in every activity, for unselfishness must express itself impersonally, and things that would be used selfishly by the selfish, they will be used unselfishly because of the impersonality of God Himself as a Living reality.
So then, when this Love is put forth into expression, since it is applicable to each and every person, all will receive the same results such as you have received and are presently receiving. So then I say it is a privilege to live in the
Actual Presence of God where the Spirit of MY Presence Supernaturally is revealing the Mystery of the Spirit and is bringing into expression My Ideals for which I stand, My Ideas and My Opinions concerning the things that concern you.
As I have often said, I will contagionize the atmosphere in which you live with this great Contagion of Righteousness, of Equity and Square dealing. I can hear from time to time, My direct Words coming back through others who have not seen Me and do not know Me Personally. Aren't you glad! I was reading an article in a paper today, of what a lady said concerning the Afro-American. She is not supposedly a follower. She is not known to know Me, but she is telling them just exactly what I have said. The transmission of My thoughts by the Spirit of My Presence on earth among men is actually contagionizing society; and they who do not know Me in society are affected by the Contagion of Righteousness, of Truth and of Justice.
Then I say, whether I function Personally or not, at this place or the other place, I will carry out My Plan and Purpose to the letter, with or without a Body, but I will no doubt, give it bodies as may be necessary to transmit it, for God is Impersonal by Nature and reveals His secrets to His servants, the prophets. God does not even have to speak unless He wishes to, for the Spirit of His Presence can transmit His Message to them, and cause your sons and daughters to prophesy just as explicitly as I could tell you Personally, for God by Nature is Impersonal. Aren't you glad! It is all over this wide extended plane!
As I said, I shall have it in the furthest corners of the South and in all parts of this nation just as I have it here jurisdictionally, and all shall learn to love one another and unite together effectively for the establishment of morality instead of for immoral purposes. Can you not see the Mystery! The extreme reverse has been the proposition, but God through His Condescension has come as a rebuttal to everything that spells vice and crime and in opposition to the former systems and customs of men, and to the extreme reverse to their characteristics and disposition, for the purpose of men and nations uniting.
It seems to have been an immoral trend before I came, but for the purpose of bringing about the extreme reverse to that of immorality, I came to establish Morality, Virtue and Virginity. Can you not see the mystery! Therefore, I bring into expression by bringing into the consciousness of humanity, a sanitation second to none; a system just to the extreme reverse to that of the former system of men. Men used to, in mortal consciousness, love one another for a selfish purpose, for self-indulgence, for human affection, for lust and passion, but I came to bring about the extreme re- verse to such, and to establish Unity and tranquility according to the Gospel. Aren't you glad!
As you heard the speaker say there a little while ago, he thought to stop running around after other people and recognize his own family, human affectionally, or words to that effect. That would satisfy the situation. It would, if it would make you just like the Body called Jesus by so doing, and like the body called Mary, who gave birth to the first born Son in Virtue and by the Holiness of her Virginity. If it will cause you to produce and bring to fruition such Character and such Nature in person, why then, that is the thing to do; but if it does not produce and bring to fruition the Sample and the Example of your Savior, the exact Likeness of His Nature and Character, why, it is not the way to salvation. Can you not see the Mystery!
Therefore, the brother found out by coming into this direct, step by step, the Evangelical life was the great essential to overcome all human tendencies. The reason men could not do this is because they could not change the characteristics, the disposition and the nature of men, therefore, men as ravenous beasts, could not live harmoniously together so long as they were beast minded, but if you are born again and become to be new creatures characteristically and take on the Nature and Characteristics of Jesus, you will be harmless as lambs and calm as doves. Aren't you gad!
The lion and the lamb can lie down together! They can lie down together and they will not hurt nor harm each other. That is what I AM talking about! But they could not do it with the Adamic state of consciousness, with the animalistic characteristics and nature and disposition, for they will be destructive as they have been destructive until I came. But this great mental and spiritual change is causing men of violence, men of debauchery, of vice and of crime and of the lowest type of immorality to be harmless and to be expressers of Virtue, of Holiness and Virginity, the reproduction of the life of Mary before the birth of Jesus. When this is done, it will not harm anyone. Can you not see the Mystery! It will not defraud yourself, neither will it cause you to defraud your neighbor. It causes you to love ye one another according to the Gospel which was and still is the Plan and the Purpose of the Almighty. That is what I AM talking about!
I need not say more, but live in this recognition! Build upon this foundation and walk in the Light I have given as a reproduction of perfection--the Holiness of Jesus and the Virtue of Mary, the only hope of the redemption of all humanity! I thank you! I thank you! I thank you!
