PEACE, EVERYONE: At this instance I would just like to say, according to MY Announcement last Sunday, I hope the majority of you all who have petitions out are ready to turn them in today, tonight or tomorrow, and I hope you all have filled out all the different petitions with the different names amounting to at least two or three hundred thousand here in New York City.

This petition as you know, but others may not know it, is to demand the passage of the Anti-lynching Bill which has passed the House of Representatives and is now in the Upper House. This is a very important issue, a very important measure, therefore I do request the honor of all real American citizens for Democracy's' sake for the Bill of Rights' sake, to demand the passage of the Anti-lynching Bill; for if it is not passed in this session of Congress, it is plain to see that this government officially is trying to undermine it own foundation, the Constitution upon which we are standing!

The officials are the ones to pass such measures and to outlaw everyone who is trying to obstruct justice in the Senate, by such as excessive and unnecessary filibustering and pigeonholing any measure as represented which is according to the Constitution. For a person who is trying to undermine the foundation of this government--and if the government, as I have explained it, if they did not know it before, I have explained it; now they do know it; they know that the government would be allowing those who are trying to undermine the Constitution and its Amendments to carry out their prejudicial and malicious plan and purpose to obstruct justice even in the Senate. And if the government in this session of Congress, since I have made it plain to them, if they did not have sense enough to know it before--if they do not pass the Anti-lynching Bill, the government itself shall be branded as a blood-thirsty, barbaric and a savage nation that would undermine their own foundation on which they are standing, which is the Constitution, that the subjects and the representatives have been sworn in to support!

I have said enough on this measure; hence I demand the passage of this bill! But as I said a week ago, Congress had adjourned for eight days' recess. I figured we should get out those petitions inside of last week, since last Sunday, and be able to carry at least two hundred or two hundred and fifty thousand or three hundred thousand down to Washington tomorrow or the early part, somewhat the early part of this week! If it is Tuesday or Wednesday we should be able to carry some two hundred to two hundred and fifty or three hundred thousand signatures representing real Americanism, in other words, representing the American people who desire to have the Anti-lynching Bill passed--those who desire to Unite the twenty-two Republics of the Americas effectively that they might be merged into one democracy under the constitution and be declared American citizens by our independence, and be given the equal rights of our independence republicly, nationally and individually! If you will do that, they would readily unite together and safeguard against the outside invasion! I thank you. I thank you. I thank you!
