FATHER and MOTHER DIVINE
The chaos in which the world finds itself today is due to nothing less than the disobedience of man to the commands of GOD. If the CREATOR said to let there be no division among us, what authority has man to divide into nations, races or even political factions? The LORD knew whereof He spoke when He said, "Where there is division there is strife," for truly it has been the experience of humanity.
It is only logical then, that the SAVIOR of men, FATHER DIVlNE, knowing the cause of the gradual disintegration of civilization, prescribes the UNIFICATION of all nations as the beginning of a rehabilitation, with the uniting of the three Americas at this time as the first step.
In this Message given by our REDEEMER, He refers to the demand of GOD through Moses, that Pharaoh let His people go, and the destruction which resulted at his refusal; that the world may know what to expect if His appeal in this day is ignored.

PEACE, EVERYONE!
Good Health, Good Will and a Good Appetite, with Life, Liberty and the reality of Happiness! These and all other blessings desirable, I have actually established; not only establishing them mentally and spiritually, but I AM materializing and personifying and causing you to realize them by the personified expression of that which you have surmised. By this we can declare you have the VICTORY. Even if you are not conscious of it--
'Greater is He that is within you than all they who can be against you.'
I have appealed to the divers powers that be, the political powers--which consist of the immigration laws, which consist of the governmental regulations of men--I have appealed to them to consider the significance of the recognition of GOD'S ACTUAL PRESENCE and permit without coercion or without retardation, the bringing forth of the Universal Brotherhood of Man and the conscious recognition and the realization of the FATHERHOOD of GOD. This must be!
Of course it is true, there will be much blood shed by the wicked, and from the wicked, for it is written:
'The wicked shall slay the wicked; there shall be wars and rumors of wars.'
All of those things will be; that is making preparation for the incoming of this recognition that you all now realize in your present midst--the recognition of GOD'S ACTUAL PRESENCE and such a recognition in your actual presence. It works vice-versal. GOD is present with you and you are present with Him. In you GOD lives, moves and has His being; and in GOD you live, move and have your being. That which is applicable to you of GOD, it is applicable to GOD of you. That which GOD requires of you, He requires you to require the same of Him.
Then I say, in you GOD lives, moves and has His being, as well as in GOD you live, move and have your being. This is a fact! Though you may not have known that, I came to make it real and plain, by working cancellation on everything pertaining to mortality and mortality's version, and establishing the recognition of the positive instead of the negative; by bringing an abolition to the mortal version from every angle expressible and by establishing the fundamental that cannot be shaken in the consciousness of humanity; that they might have something to build upon and others might understand the mystery of the Kingdom of Heaven better.
You have the victory in your soul! If faith can move mountains, this faith which is implanted in the soil of your souls, you may not be conscious of the significance of this faith; for you see yourself as something limited, and so you are, as a person. You see the finiteness of yourselves as individuals; so you are as living human creatures; but in your human creature, your physical body, there lives and moves a POWER that controls each and everybody. Can you not see the mystery? Then when you let go and let GOD completely, that supernatural POWER, though you are finite, the INFINITE will be in evidence when you shall have relaxed your conscious mentality yourself as a person, and allow GOD to speak and act for you.
Whilst looking on these new stamps, these new PEACE stamps I AM speaking of, that just came from the press, carrying My Message as sent to the President of the United States and practically all of the chief executives of this country, and to all of the rulers of the twenty republics of Central and South America, I thought of how marvelous it is for them to accept of this Message; to take cognizance of it and realize, GOD deals in the affairs of men and none can hinder Him!
If there is any person or persons as officials of the immigration law, who maliciously or antagonistically or criticizingly or conflictingly try to hinder anyone who is prompted by the spirit of sincerity and conscientiousness within their souls, those who seek to find Me Personally, they shall be moved out of office!
It is a privilege to realize, GOD deals in the affairs of men! There is not enough power in the consciousness or consideration of humanity, to hinder Him. That which I have spoken into consideration, the Spirit of My Presence goes forth to accomplish My endeavors immediately; and you will hear Me distinctly in a few days. Now aren't you glad?
If they will accept of My Presence, their law of immigration and their borders will not be "bomblasted" and overthrown and taken by violence and brought into subjection to one democracy! If they will accept of My Message and the Proposal, and get away from that bigoted and prejudicial system they have been using through graft and greed, through bigotry and through prejudice, trying to hinder a person from the freedom of speech, trying to hinder a person from the freedom of access to express according to the United States of America's democracy--life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness--you should tell those immigration officers you are seeking happiness, you are pursuing happiness; for you have found in your pursuit of happiness you can only find it by being governed by your highest intuition and by cracking the shell of mortal limitation; and by asking GOD to put an end to every barrier and every limitation. Even if it is the law of immigration, an end will come to it. With or without a BODY, an end will come to it and man shall see and know definitely, GOD deals in the affairs of men, and there is not one who is able to hinder Him.
"Now, how can those things be," someone may say to you or even to Me. There is nothing impossible with GOD!
Whilst looking at those stamps a little while ago, I thought of these three great American continents. According to the Scripture, yea, according to the plan of GOD, they all should be of one language and of one speech, as they were in the beginning of the creation of the world. There should not be any division among the nations of the earth, for what said the SPIRIT in the request of His Majesty--I mean the INFINITE'S Majesty?
'Let there be no division among you.'
Can you not see that a division of nations, of languages, of tongues and of peoples is in violation to the will of the ALMIGHTY? Therefore,
Let there be no division among you.
This proposal for the unite-ment of these twenty-one republics of the Americas was for the purpose of bringing a closer relationship between these three great continents, that they might learn each other better by harmonization. Through fellowship they will come into a closer relationship, until they will eventually be, by the enactment, by this enactment whichever, they would be UNIFIED into one great DEMOCRACY under ONE FLAG and under ONE LANGUAGE.
If this would be done, as I afore said, the law of immigration would be no longer between these nations, for they would be UNITED as ONE NATION and as ONE COUNTRY; but because of one nation being prejudiced against another one, desiring to rob the other of its dominion and of its authority, they will not or would not willingly and voluntarily come together.
It is for this cause that I made this proposal at this particular cycle of time, when the nations of the earth are all threatened with the destruction of human civilization. It is for this cause that I appeal again to all of the peoples of the earth, but especially those surrounding this great democracy, to recognize My Message and consider it and take on the nature and the characteristics of it, to permit the people to go free; for what said GOD concerning the mystery in Moses' "parable-ated" mission in speaking concerning this present dispensation?
'Go down (Moses) and tell Pharaoh to let My people go.'
Moses went down in his "parable-ated" mission of the law to the people of Egypt. His very actuated words of expression, his mission, his calling and his actual activities, were all predictions of this dispensation; how GOD would let the peoples of all civilization go free. ". . . let them go . . ."
Pharaoh hardened his heart in the beginning. He did not desire to let them go. He desired to continue the enslavement of them. But oh, how glorious it was when a mighty strong hand moved and caused him to soften his heart, by this mighty, HOLY HAND! It looked as though it was an unholy hand. When the land became infected with undesirable pests and un- desirable conditions and sickness and diseases, why, naturally it looked as if though it was an unholy hand; but the reaction of the HOLY HAND put forth into expression, caused that which appeared to be unholy. And I AM sure those conditions were very undesirable.
Retrace your thoughts back to a few years ago--about twenty or thirty years ago, when the Message went through all parts of the South of this country, to let the people go; give them a free access for expression, a free access for migration. They opposed the proposal for those who had been enslaved for years, to be migrated or to have the privilege to migrate from one part of this country to the other; where they could get better living quarters and have better living conditions generally; where they could get a better wage; where they would be more independent as American citizens should be.
They opposed them very vehemently, but the Spirit of My Presence moved out after them. The boll weevil came around. After that, the Japanese beetle and other insects that were destructive; the locusts and other things; for the destructive minds of men will create such things by the creative forces of nature, that will destroy them as they desire to destroy the children of men.
Therefore I say, it was not so pleasant to them. Those who are opposing My proposal, even in the actuated words of My expression that I had made as a national proposal, to grant My followers, believers and friends and others a leave of stay, without the law of immigration in this country from Canada--I did not propose this in words, but the very proposal in the actuated words of expression in the hearts and lives of hundreds of the Canadians who sought to come to the States to enjoy this democracy's freedom, that they might come out in these lands, as was in the experience of Moses when he said to let the people go out into the wilderness and praise GOD-- serve GOD--sought to go out there and be free, don't you see, for a little while.
So it has been with many of the Canadians I AM talking about now, who by inspiration have sought their freedom of speech and their freedom of religious worship in this country under the flag of the free; and they have continued to try to hinder them. But what said the Scripture?
'Tell Pharaoh to let My people go.'
Now something is on! If they do not let the people go out into the wilderness of these-United States of America, parably speaking, cross the Canadian and the United States borders into the land of the free, where they can serve GOD without fearing and trembling, I AM going to move with a mighty hand!
