The world of journalism, which constantly questions our Savior and Redeemer, FATHER DIVINE, concerning His plan and His purpose, His ideas and opinions, will find the answers in His own words in this, the last of several Messages delivered during the great Mass Meeting at the Rockland Palace. If they are sportsmanlike enough to print it verbatim--if not in full, at least the portions of it concerning His real Work and Mission, what He has actually visibly accomplished, and His stand and prediction for those ill-bred, so-called cultured aristocrats, who, because of their bigoted and prejudiced minds, object to the introduction of the high standard of decency of the followers of FATHER DIVINE in their neighborhood--the world will know the TRUTH and not be accepting the version of disinterested reporters, who have taken no trouble to investigate and to give truthful reports, but merely seek to amuse their readers by burlesque write-ups.
While the cynic may consider it coincidental, the incident of the tar at Rockaway Beach is but one of many similar cases where unfortunate results come to those who contact this great FUNDAMENTAL inharmoniously.

PEACE, EVERYONE! Here we all are again, there I sit and stand; here I go and there I come! We will all be gone soon.
At this particular instance I would just like to say, you cannot enumerate the blessings of the Name of GOD to and among the children of men--I mean, even say financially, from an economic point of view, you cannot estimate what GOD is actually doing among you.
For this cause I say, My Spirit and My Presence in you and in others will keep up the good work.
Now, just think of the thousands and thousands throughout the world whom I have taken off the Welfare and the Relief, of every nation, of every language, of every tongue and of every people! Whatsoever they would be receiving from the government, the government is saving that much--as much as each one would be receiving who had been on the Relief. Now just think of it!
A good many of you all know just about what you used to receive a week, and some of you know just about what you would be entitled to receive now, but since My Spirit has lifted you and inculcated through harmonization and through insertion, the spirit and the meaning of the Declaration of Independence within you, not a one of My real followers is on the relief; for you know within yourselves, you could not be real American citizens according to your conviction and Mine if you did not declare individually the Declaration of Independence even as the country declared it as a nation.
Individually you are producing and have brought to fruition, the very spirit and the meaning of the Constitution and its Amendments and the Declaration of Independence and the spirit and the meaning of it, that you might be real American citizens by living exactly according to My Teaching righteously, soberly and godly otherwise! By this do not think I AM exaggerating if I would say I AM, by My Name, saving humanity generally, not less than a million dollars a day by My Work and by My Mission among the children of men and by the Name of GOD of Whom you say I AM! You would not believe it!
This you should stop and consider. Think of not one of the real followers or believers being on the relief! Aside from that, the influence they have over millions of others to discourage racketeering and profiteering on the government under the name of the relief and other methods of seeking funds for their upkeep! Aside from this I wish to say, just think of the millions and millions of dollars that are returned to those of whom My followers and others owed bills! There are others who are not even My followers, who have been affected by the Contagion and are beginning to pay old bills and even returning money to the relief they received dishonestly through false pretense!
Can you not see what My Spirit and My Presence are actually doing for the children of men? Aside from this, just think of every shoe shine you get--what you are saving even on the shoe shine and how much you are saving on a shave and a haircut! Think of how much you are saving on your tailor-made suits, on groceries, gasoline and other merchandise that is sold by My followers under My Spirit and under My Mind! Just think of every meal you can get for fifteen cents!
Whatsoever you would have had to pay for it without Me before I Came to you Personally, My Name is doing that much for you. My Name is actually saving you whatsoever you are saving now from what you had to pay, what you were obliged to pay for a meal before I Came to you Personally! For every five--cent or ten cent bottles of soda pop, all of the millions and billions who have been and are buying soda pops that are sold by the followers and the representatives for My Name's sake for three cents, of which would cost you not less than five cents elsewhere, My Spirit has given you two cents on every bottle of soda your purchase. That is what My Spirit is doing for you and for the general public! Can you not see the mystery?
Whatsoever you would have to pay for a night's lodging, whatsoever more or whatsoever less you do have to pay through and by the Divine Plan, My Spirit saving that much for you as the consumer and as one who would pay for such accommodation otherwise!
Then I say, you cannot enumerate the limitless blessings economically and financially the general public is saving through and by My Spirit. Can you not see the mystery?
Then I say, stop and consider, when men rise in opposition to this great Fundamental, you may know they are fighting against commonwealth, they are rising against something that is not healthy for them to do!
And there are those, according to the press, who are enough like savages to be indignant because My followers purchase property in decent neighborhoods! They are the ones who should live in the respectable neighborhoods! Those who do not drink, those who do not swear, those who do not use profane and obscene language, there is where they should live--respectable and restricted neighborhoods, where such kind will be driven out after a while! When they talk about driving Me out, I will move them out! Now tell every savage I said it! GOD said it! I hope you news men will write that! Aren't you glad!
We shall have a Righteous Government! When those who are indignant because of My Spirit and My Presence, because I AM carrying modesty and morality and the perfection of holiness among these different communities, those who are indignant or against Mine because of such, I shall move them, as I said last evening! I hope you will jot these thoughts down in your memory.
Remember, about twenty years ago or a little more, down on Long Island, while at the Rockaway Beach and Far Rockaway, remember when tar came up on that bathing beach and the people could not go in--it came up after I had gone to the beach and they refused Me. So I thought I would let something come up in the beach that looked as "so-and-so! as I do!
Now if the press will retrace its thought back to those days, you know the press could not find from whence came that tar. Now tell them that I thought I would take a little swim in society! Tell them I thought I would take a little swim in politics! Tell them I decided to go bathing in legality!
My Spirit is just as operative and just as expressive in any of these divers expressions as it was in the beach, the summer resort, as a place of amusement. Now I AM going to take a swim in society! Now let them try to close the door of society to Me and I will close society as I closed the beach!
We shall have our constitutional rights! We shall have them reserved for us and we shall put them forth into expression according to the Bill of Rights as described under the Constitution! I know this will stir up all creation, but every American citizen has an equal right according to the Constitution and its Amendments and according to the Declaration of Independence; and I shall see that My followers, coworkers and friends and all of the under-privileged and non-privileged and the minorities get that which is due them! I have not done anything yet to what I will do!
Now, do not think one time that it is possible for that which has been endeavored to be a failure! I will accomplish My endeavors with or without a BODY!
I heard one say about the time that Abraham Lincoln declared the emancipation of the slaves of America:
'Old John Brown's body lies a-moldering in the clay But his spirit goes marching on.'
Even the destruction of the body called John Brown and his son's did not destroy
the idea nor the plan nor his endeavors, for he started his endeavors by violence
and by violence he was destroyed!
Abraham Lincoln started to carry out the same purpose politically. He carried it out politically, nationally from a political point of view, but it was not the real emancipation that I have brought you!
What said Jesus the great Love Master? I re-speak the same that He has bespoken:
'If you continue in My Words you shall know the Truth and the Truth shall set you free; and he that the Son sets free is free indeed.'
This is the emancipation of which I AM now speaking--the emancipation for all
creation, to you I bring!
If you will but accept of this Message and know it definitely, it is a matter of impossibility for Me to be a failure! I say that to let you know, with or without My Body, that which I have endeavored I will accomplish! As with the cosmic forces of nature, they obey Me--even so shall you obey Me and work in harmony with Me! When you do not see Me Personally, they will work in harmony with Me; for,
'It is not by power nor by might but by My SPIRIT, declares your GOD!'
