So, if you will labor for the thing that pertains unto life eternal and not for the thing that is not really essential, there and then and here and now, you will receive a great reward. That is why the Word says,
'Seek ye first the kingdom of GOD, and . . . all of these things shall be added unto you.'

When I was going from place to place many years ago, when I went without purse and without scrip, as I do now, and took nothing for MY journey, as I do now, at that time many years ago I would not touch a penny, I would not touch a cent of money. There has been a time in this present age and in this present Body, that I would not allow these hands to touch one penny of money. And to ME it was as though I would never have or touch a penny again. No, never a penny! And when I sacrificed all, and, as I say in the Word, when Jesus or CHRIST went into the temple and overthrew the tables of the money changes, and drove out all that sold pigeons and doves, remember, Jesus after the manner of the flesh would have been a Jew.
You all know that, humanly speaking, they say the Jews are the greatest speculators in the world, but CHRIST went into the temple and overturned the foundation and the understanding for changing money in His Temple. He said He spoke concerning the Temple of His Body. In His own Temple, the CHRIST went in the Body called Jesus, and drove out all that sold pigeons and doves, all speculating spirits and all speculating characteristics, and all desire for money. He overturned the tables of the moneychangers and drove them out of His consciousness. And He said that,
'My FATHER'S house should be a house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.'
'Know ye not that ye are the temple of the living GOD . . . and GOD has said, I will walk in them and dwell in them.'
And they have made GOD's house a den of thieves, made it up out of the graft and speculation, out of chicanery and thievery and robbery, and that was the Temple of His Body that HE spake concerning.
The Jewish speculators of that age had made Jesus' Body a den of thieves by prenatal influence, by His heritage of that speculating spirit if He would have lived in the flesh, don't you see! Had He lived in the flesh He would have been a speculating Jew, but because He lived in the Spirit He was the living CHRIST.
In MY Mind I have cast out every thought that could rise as if though I would never touch one penny of money again. And even up until now, I have not taken up a collection and have never been connected with anyone that did. But because I was willing to sacrifice all for the CHRIST and for righteousness' sake, and as the Word says,
'First seek ye the kingdom of GOD and HIS righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.'
now I have the key to all underground treasure. I have the key to all wealth and to all honor and I endeavor to utilized it to the glory of GOD, not for self, for this House is a house of prayer instead of a den of thieves. Because I don't care about speculating and don't care about money, why, I have all the money I want. I don't ask anybody for a penny. Why should I ask anyone for anything when you have sung and you have said,
'My FATHER is rich in houses and lands. HE holds the wealth of the world in HIS hand.'
Ten or twenty thousand people, they do not stir up MY desire to take up a collection. What do I care about it if fifty thousand or a hundred thousand people come out to hear ME? That does not move ME. Until one is able to conquer his own will, he will not be able to conquer another. If I wanted, or willed, or desired to do anything like that, I would conquer that will, so I would become to be the Master of Omnipotency and the Controller of MY own destiny. And even one of you can do and be the same if you will live accordingly.
Take this into consideration, Dear Ones, and you will not have an occasion to falter or fear, and you can be even as I AM, abundantly blessed, having a full and a plenty and to spare. As I said today, I want you to understand that which has been spoken several times, as if someone was doing something for ME for nothing. I stand to let you know I would refuse it anyway. But one may offer to do something for you for nothing, when you come to find out, they are asking more than something. You know the mortal mind, I don't care where the mortal mind is, the mortal mind is always seeking self gain. It is Wonderful! It is Wonderful! You know, in going through those of MY so-called legal procedures, why, I did not seek to defend MYSELF, and I have not offered any defense for MYSELF, but the attorney volunteered his services gratis, but it is not gratis, he is well paid for it, more than anybody else would be paid.
I just want to let you know that I would not want anyone to do anything for ME for nothing even though they offered to do it for nothing, even though they meant to do it for nothing. And it is not everyone that says I will do something for nothing. that means it anyway. It is Wonderful! The mass of the people are after the dollars and cents, they are after a big name, and fame, and GOD is the only One that can deliver you. It is Wonderful! I AM not under the law anyway. It is Wonderful! There is no legal attorney has any power to deliver ME. The legal attorneys have bound ME in prison. But Mine own arm has delivered ME. It is Wonderful!
I was convicted, supposedly, I got a verdict of conviction with a recommendation of mercy, but I got just as much as the law could give anybody under a charge of misdemeanor, and I paid five times as much as anybody else would pay for an attorney for a misdemeanor charge.
GOD is MY refuge and GOD is righteousness, GOD is Truth, GOD is Love. GOD in this little child that sang here a little while ago, is more defense for ME in righteousness than the highest fighting attorney in the world, because he would come in the spirit of meekness, he would come in the spirit of love, he would come in the spirit of kindness, he would come in the spirit of beseeching. He would come seeking mercy, he would come seeking deliverance, he would come seeking compassion, and he would come in the spirit of the way of the LORD, for meek and lowly is the way. CHRIST was led as a lamb to the slaughter, dumb as a sheep before her shearers, and He opened not His mouth. It is Wonderful! You know it is Wonderful!
Now when you all thought I was in prison, (Chorus of I didn't, I didn't, I didn't) when you thought I was in prison, I was right here. I was with you in your homes and wheresoever you went, for no man can imprison MY Spirit. It is Wonderful! Whilst I was there in prison, I was working there as well as working here. Since I have been away from MY summer hotel, better known as jail, I have gone back there and have preached the Gospel to the prisoners there, and the warden and all say they want ME to go every week.
Now if I would choose to go there and serve so-called time, it is a nice clean place and I would be going there to preach to the prisoners. It is Wonderful! It is Wonderful! I was just as happy there as I AM here tonight, for I was there, and I was here, and I AM everywhere. So I AM in your hearts. AM I not in your hearts? (Yes, yes, yes.) It is Wonderful! It is Wonderful! It is Wonderful,! Isn't it, to see and know that GOD has come and come to reign in your hearts and in your minds, that you may produce the perfect picture, the perfect image, that you may reproduce the Demonstrator, not only making the demonstration, but that you may produce the Demonstrator! That you may produce the Creator and not merely the creation! That you may produce the Blesser and not merely the blessing. That you may produce the Giver and not merely the gift. And it is your privilege to produce the Ideal rather than the idol, that you may be, and manifest the perfect picture unto the world for all mankind. I hope you will realize the great significance of giving your whole heart and your whole mind to GOD and living an Evangelical Life, that this same CHRIST may be in you that you say is in ME and that I AM.
Now they wanted to prosecute ME for you all saying that I was GOD. It is Wonderful! And that was in the indictment, that: HE, being a m-a-n calls HIMSELF GOD, or something like that, and allows others to call HIM GOD. It is Wonderful! It is Wonderful! But whether I be GOD or the d-v-l, whatsoever you visualize in ME, that is what is in you. It is Wonderful! You will materialize in your life, just what you visualize concerning ME. I think I explained today concerning the lion-faced boy, some of you heard it at some place I was at today. I have been at so many places today from early morning up here in Montclair, down here in Newark, then over here, then over to another place, and then over to the Union Street Church, then back here, and all over the different places.
And I did tell, some place today, about the woman who looked at a lion and she produced the likeness in her life, not because she had physically partaken of the lion's nature, but she had mentally partaken of the lion's nature by visualizing the lion, and her son was a lion-faced boy. In that physical truth, in that physical truth, I say, you can see it verifies the identical truth that I have conveyed to you.
Not only in the case of the lion, but there are thousands of you here, even tonight, that can verify the same statement in some way or other in reference to some mother visualizing or seeing something, was frightened by it or pleased by it, or desired it, or in some way was stressed by that. It was a mental stress, but it was physically manifested in the flesh. I came in the likeness of sinful flesh to condemn sin in the flesh.
You that have visualized GOD in this Body, you have taken the picture in your own self, and you have the proof in your own self. Now develop that proof from the negative, and make it real in your own lives. So, therefore, it is better to visualize the perfect than to visualize the imperfect. It is better to visualize the good or the positive than to visualize the evil or the negative, for you will reproduce and materialize that in your own life.
Take these thoughts into consideration, Dear Ones, and you will be able to be and to do even also as I AM and have been doing. And GOD has declared that there is no respect unto persons in HIM, and He (Jesus) has also declared
'Be ye therefore perfect, even as your FATHER in heaven is perfect.'
And he (John) has also said,
'As he is, so are we in this present world.'
And you can be abundantly blessed even also as I AM, with abundance of good, and abundance of money, and everything else that heart desires, so long as you are lost in the will of GOD, and will do HIS bidding in all things. You don't have to worry about being where I AM or where anyone else is in person, but live this Life, live this Life and be what you live. It is Wonderful! Live an Evangelical Life whatsoever it costs. Put off the old man with all of his deeds and put on the new man, and GOD will abundantly bless you and you can be even as I AM and can produce the same identical fruit that I have produced into the world. It is free for one and free for all. None need lack in GOD's abundance.
Take these thoughts with you wheresoever you go, and let the Life and Light of GOD shine in, and your sickness and your sorrows, your miseries and your woes will all be done away with. Then I will again say, to leave upon your mind the most important composition of the mottoes that I have composed: The Spirit of the Consciousness of the Presence of GOD, will be to you then the source of all supply. I AM trying to get GOD uppermostly in your consciousness that you may realize that GOD is here and now, and when you realize that, the Spirit of that Consciousness is the source of all supply and will satisfy every good desire.
Over here on Howard Street, where our banquet Table is spread all the time, you should just see it is full all the time and to spare. That goes to show you that I AM here as well as there, and I AM there as well as here. And in our other places are banquet Tables partially as long as this church and in some places people come in and eat, and without money. Without money and without price; without purse and without scrip. Without doubts and without fears; without sighs and without tears, because they realize that these are the blessings of GOD. It is Wonderful!
You have been taught to pray,
'Give us this day, and our daily bread.'
GOD is just beginning to give you the day, and GOD is just beginning to give you the daily bread. And if GOD gives you daily bread, then you don't have to worry about the food coming, you know. You don't have to be on the town, you don't have to be on the city, or any other kind of charity. CHRIST has taught you how to pray,
'Let thy kingdom come . . . on earth as it is in heaven,'
and,
'Give us this day our daily bread.'
Now over on Howard Street that is a pre-evidence of what will be. The Table is set at Mr. and Mrs. Coppock's as it was in Sayville all the time, cakes and pies and everything. And then the people in Newark here are talking about hard times, talking about depression. There is no lack or want in GOD, for there is a full and a plenty for one and for all, and GOD will supply your every need by that abundance that is in HIM.
Then I will say, this gathering here tonight and in all of the other places wheresoever I go, this is as much as with those Tables that are set. MY Tables are set with the fullness of good things, material Tables I am talking about, as well as spiritual and mental tables. And again I say, this gathering here tonight and also the gathering wheresoever I go as well as the Tables and the abundance of things, I say, this is the abundance of the consciousness of good, no space is vacant of the fullness thereof. The Abundance of the Fullness of the Consciousness of Good, no space is vacant of the fullness thereof.
At Rockland Palace, New York City, Thursday, July l4, l932, before an audience of from eight to ten thousand, FATHER spoke as follows, after one had testified through a song, You can't hide, sinner, You can't hide. FATHER said:
Now aren't you glad! I know you realize that you can't hide. It is Wonderful! That is the beautiful part of it, that no one can hide.
I was thinking a little while ago, when the last speaker was singing, as I was telling a party this afternoon, that a little child shall lead them. This is the fulfilling of the Scripture, and
'A little child shall lead them.'
It called MY attention back to the meeting of yesterday. A little child that was in our service yesterday, that had been whatsoever you may call it, awakened by the Spirit, I don't care what you call it. And the reason I say, whatsoever you may call it, is because some realize that the Spirit is within. I realize that, too. But that little child has received the demonstration that you call the baptism of the Holy Ghost, and Fire. And by the resurrection of the Spirit within, the child, he can lead you.
It goes to show you that as the Word says,
'I will take a worm and thresh the mountain.
It is Wonderful! So there are many of you have looked upon ME as though being small, or one of the least in your meetings. If you will not hear ME, I will put MY Spirit in the least little child and I will speak in him. I don't care anything about the looks, ages, sizes, appearance, sex, or what not. It is Wonderful! GOD can be in the likeness of a girl, or a woman, as much as HE can in the likeness of a boy or a man. And I mean it can be GOD, your Holy Eternal FATHER. Therefore, a little child shall lead them. We can rejoice because the Holy Spirit will come so often in the likeness of a little child, and it is written,
'As many as are led by the Spirit of GOD, they are the sons of GOD.'
No doubt there are many of you in your early Christian life have seen a little child come to you in a vision or in a dream. Sometimes it may appear to be your child. But by the little child, Jesus was the little child, CHRIST is being called Jesus, that little child will lead you whether He be internal, or external. He will lead you in the way if you are faithful and will be led by that little child. For,
'Except ye be converted, and become as this little child,'
you can in no case, or in no wise, inherit the Kingdom. For this cause we can rejoice to see you all become as this little child. You are becoming as a little child, into this state of consciousness which is the Kingdom of Heaven here and now. You are not looking for another, are you? You don't want anyone else, do you? It is Wonderful! Isn't it Wonderful? I have come to bring to your conscious realization the Ever Presence of GOD. I have come to bring your imaginations out of the skies, for I have declared unto you and unto all the world, that the sky is nowhere and it is nothing, but it is everywhere where there is nothing. You didn't know that, did you?
Someone may have thought that the sky was somewhere and was something, but I came to let you know that the sky is nowhere and it is nothing but it is everywhere where there is nothing.
For this cause, when you go to the stars you go into the nothingness of nothing, and you will vanish out of their sight even as JESUS CHRIST, the great Love Master, ascended up in the imaginations of men, in their imaginary Heaven and in their imaginary sky, and vanished out of their sight. There was a message left by those men that stood by for consolation, as well as the consolation that Jesus had just before given them. Jesus told them,
'If I go not away, the Comforter will not come . . . but if I go away, he will send you the Comforter in my name.'
'Even the Spirit of truth; that the world cannot receive, for it seeth him not, neither knoweth him.'
Now aren't you glad! You have the privilege to receive the Spirit of Truth that the world cannot receive for the world knoweth HIM not and the world cannot receive HIM.
That was consolation for the soul and for the mind, to know that the Spirit would truly come. It is consolation for the body, it was needful for those men to stand by at the Ascension, in white raiment. Those men that stood by and said,
'Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into the heaven? this same Jesus,'
this same Body, this same Body, this same Jesus, for Jesus was the Body,
'this same Jesus . . . in like manner as you see him go shall come again.'
That was consolation for the bodies of the children of men. Jesus had arrived to record some consolation for the souls of the children of men, for He said,
'When he the Comforter has come . . . the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the FATHER will send in my name . . . he will lead you and guide you into all truth.'
That was consolation for the bodies of the children of men, or in other words, for the souls of the children of men.
But the other message was of great consolation for the bodies of the children of men also. Do you not see it? Jesus said He would send you the Spirit that was to suffice the soul. The Comforter was to satisfy the souls of the children of men, or in other words, the spirit and the minds of the children of men. Oh, when the Body did ascend, there had to be some consolation there! Also, those men that stood by dressed in white raiment, they said,
'Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into the sky?
or into the heaven
' the same Jesus . . . in like manner as you see him go, shall come again,.
For He said in the Word just before then,
'Let not your hearts be troubled: ye believe in GOD, believe also in me.'
'In my FATHER'S house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself . . .'
Aren't you glad! Aren't you glad! Aren't you glad! I say aren't' you glad! Oh, it is Wonderful!.
I heard you say, He has come! (Interruption caused by audience standing in a great demonstration of joy and enthusiasm.) I heard you say, HE is the Prince of Peace. I heard you say, HE has come to bid all our sorrows cease. That is what you said! Those men that stood by, they said,
'This same Jesus,'
they didn't say another one but the same one,
'This same Jesus,'
now aren't you glad! Aren't you glad, I say! It is Wonderful!
'In like manner as you see Him go, shall He also come again.'
'This same Jesus.'
It is Wonderful! It is Wonderful! It is Wonderful!
Right here, at this juncture, I want to say to you that resent this Message, I want to say to you, be it known unto you and to all the people of the earth, that by the Name of Jesus, Him, you Pharisees , Him, you hypocrite have crucified . . . even by Him does this man stand here before you whole. I say, if you don't want the Name of Jesus you shall not have life. I say you shall not have life! There is none other name given under Heaven whereby a man can be saved, saving JESUS CHRIST. Not only CHRIST, but saving JESUS CHRIST! I say, JESUS CHRIST whom ye crucified, whom GOD raised from the dead, even by Him does life and health and success and prosperity exist here in your presence now.
At the name of JESUS CHRIST, every knee must bow. I don't care from whence you came or whither you go, every knee must bow and every tongue confess! GOD shall reign here, both CHRIST and LORD.
'In the day that you hear my voice, harden not your heart.'
This mighty Holy Name. It is this mighty Holy Name! At the name of JESUS CHRIST every knee must bow, of those that are in Heaven above and of those that are in the earth beneath, every knee must bow and every tongue must confess, for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it. So, aren't you glad? It is Wonderful! This mighty Holy Name! It is Wonderful! It is Wonderful! To think about it, that Jesus said,
'lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.'
CHRIST says,
'lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world,'
and yet He said,
'If I go not away, the Comforter will not come.'
That goes to show you that He was talking about going away in person and the Spirit would be ever present with you. The Spirit of the consciousness of the Presence of GOD would satisfy your desire and the very CHRIST in you would be your refuge and your strength, and the Holy Ghost would come unto you in the name of JESUS CHRIST, the Son. And the Holy Ghost would be a Comforter to the soul and the mind.
But when He went away at the Ascension, He wanted to leave some consolation for the bodies of the children of men. Then said they that stood by unto them,
'Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into the heaven? This same Jesus,'
this same Jesus, this same Body, as if though they said! Jesus was the body, spirit and mind combined, the combination of Spirit, mind and flesh! And
'This same Jesus . . . in like manner that you see Him go, shall come again,'
Then that was consolation for the bodies of the children of men, that they would have the Body with them again. Isn't it Wonderful!.
I know you all never thought of that before. But you were told in Revelation where the Heaven was searched, you found that the earth was searched, and you found that all of the places of the earth were searched, and the altar was searched, but none was found worthy to loose the seals of the Book. But one came out from underneath the alter, from underneath the altar. Isaiah said, and
'traveling in the strength of his might.'
He has prevailed -- He could lay hands on the Book, to loosen the seals of the Book and to bring out the hidden mysteries that had been hid from ages back, and to reveal them unto babes.
We know that we have the key. We know we have the key! Yes, we have the key! We have the key to the seven seals of the Book and we will loose every seal of the Book. I will loose the seals of the Book. I mean, we can loosen the seals of the Book because we have the key just as the jailer had the key, yes, to loosen the handcuffs from off this arm. It is Wonderful! Have the key! Just like the jailer could loosen the handcuffs, I say, off this arm, so I have the key. HE has prevailed! HE has prevailed! HE has prevailed! And now HE is reigning, reigning KING of KINGS and LORD of LORDS in your hearts and in your minds. And shall reign and rule and ride on the hearts and the minds of the children of men. Whether they be good or evil. GOD is going to ride them.
You cannot get ME off of your mind. Tell them they cannot get ME off of their minds. Tell the judges they shall not get ME off of their minds. Tell the governors they shall not get ME off of their minds. Listen, Dear Ones! Listen, Dear Ones, I want to let you know that Jesus did not ride the (donkey) into Jerusalem for nothing Baalam did not ride the (donkey) for nothing. That Democratic party does not mean a donkey for nothing, but it means it for something! I AM going to ride that donkey! It is Wonderful! It is Wonderful! It is Wonderful! I say, I will ride that donkey! I AM going to ride that donkey, I say! I did not go to Washington the other day for nothing. It is Wonderful! It is Wonderful! It is Wonderful! It is Wonderful, I say!
HE rules the world with truth and grace. And makes the nations prove The glory of HIS righteousness, And the wonders of HIS love. I say truth! I say truth! Truth shall reign. But you know it is good to have a donkey to ride on, isn't it? If you haven't got a donkey, you can ride on the elephant. The powers that be are GOD's and there is no power except that which cometh from above. There is no power except that which comes from above, and I AM going to ride on the powers that be. I don't care if they are political powers, I AM going to ride.
So, I want to say to you, Dear Ones, that this Truth is not confined, it is not bound, and limited to the religious world, or else GOD would not be Omnipresent. It is not bound or confined to the social and religious world, and the world of churchanity or Christianity, or else GOD would not be all Power. This Truth is going forth into all the earth. It is going into all the societies and organizations that there are. It is going forth into the political world. It is a great field, and GOD has a great work to do there. I say, GOD has a great work to do there, but there is a donkey to go riding into Washington on!
I say, this Truth shall clean up the political parties. It shall root out all corruption that is therein, it will purge it and make it a holy and righteous and a just party that will execute righteous judgment between man and man. You all have been saying, you all have been saying, lo, these many years, Joy to the world! For the LORD has come. And GOD will reign in the hearts and minds of men, and shall rule and super-rule through them. The time cometh and now is that you will realize, and humanity will begin to realize, they will not let the rich man glory in his riches! We won't let the mighty man glory in his might. We will not let the rich man glory in his riches, but we are going to let him that glories,
'glory in this, that he understood and knoweth ME, saith the LORD.
HE said,
'Let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, saith the LORD, that I AM HE that executeth righteousness and judgment in the earth.'
It is Wonderful! It is Wonderful!
Now, you can rejoice because you can see that this seed idea, I say, you can see that this seed idea of Truth is going forth conquering and to conquer. This Grand Principle, this Ideal of Life, shall get in and on the minds and hearts of men and shall rule in and through and by them. Now, isn't that Wonderful? Now I don't have to go to Washington Personally. I can convey MY thoughts there. I can contact the President. If he doesn't contact ME, I can contact him. It is Wonderful! Aren't you glad!
In conclusion, I just want to tell you a little simple saying that you all have said and heard from your earliest existence. You have said in time past, that which you call the Apostles' Creed.
'I believe in GOD the FATHER ALMIGHTY,'
let ME hear you say it,
'Maker of heaven and earth: And in Jesus Christ HIS only Son our LORD; who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead and buried; He descended into h- - l; the third day he rose from the dead; He ascended into heaven, and sitteth on the right hand of GOD the FATHER ALMIGHTY; from thence HE shall come to judge the quick and the dead.'
Right from that time since He ascended to Heaven and sat at the right hand of GOD the FATHER, from then He became the Judge of the quick and the dead. GOD is the Judge of every man that will not judge righteously, and will move him off his seat. GOD is the Judge! GOD is the Judge!
'From thence he became to judge the quick and the dead.'
I said, GOD is the Justice of the Peace, GOD is the County Court Judge, GOD is the Supreme Court Judge, GOD is the Chief Justice of the United States, GOD is the President of the United States and besides GOD there is no other.
I told you something about the quick, now let ME tell you something about the dead. GOD is the Coroner, and if a man is sent there to give righteous judgment, if he will not judge with a righteous judgment, we are going to move him off the bench. We are going to move him off of the seat. That is what we are going to do. We are going to take the coroner's license from him. We shall not allow them to practice medicine any more. GOD shall judge!
Now, we are realizing that, but you didn't know it before. I have come to bring it to your conscious realization that from then HE became to judge the quick and the dead, and if any man fill the office of the judge or the coroner or anything like that, or a physician, or an undertaker, or anything of that kind, they must execute a righteous judgment, or else they shall be moved from their place. We are going to have a glorious church without a spot or wrinkle, and we are going to have a clean government and we are going to have clean societies of every kind, and we are going to walk in the Light and we shall stand for those that will stand for the Light. We shall uphold those and put them in office that will do right, and those that will not do right, we shall take them out of office.
Take these thoughts into consideration, Dear Ones. I did not mean to say so much. I don't like to bore you (Great demonstration.) because you all want to hear ME say something tonight! So if I say everything now, I would not say anything tonight. All that want to hear ME tonight after we dismiss for a while, you can return back at eight o'clock. I will be here at eight thirty or nine at the most. I will have something to say then.

Peace! Everybody happy? It is Wonderful! Millions and millions of blessings flowing free for everyone! We love to talk about the blessings because Jesus talked about the blessings on the Mount. The Sermon on the Mount tells you about the blessings, and Jesus talked about it there, but we are conscious of having them here and now. It is Wonderful! Jesus told you, you would be blessed if you would come to certain qualities and certain degrees of expression in your lives. He said,
'Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.'
There are many blessings that are for those that are living in conformity to the Life and the Teachings of CHRIST. That is why I so often say, if you will live exactly according to the Life and the Teachings of CHRIST, live in perfect accord with the Life that was in the Body called Jesus as expressed nineteen hundred years ago, not merely, as we may term it to be, the Life having been in the Body and now in someone else, unexpressed or expressing itself in a different way, but in the exact expression that He was expressing nineteen hundred years ago nearly.
It is the true way of the Wayshower, for it was declared there and then,
'I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh to the FATHER, but by me.'
Do you realize that Jesus dropped a thought there?
It was left on record,
'No man cometh to the FATHER, but by me.'
Do you realize what that thought really means to you?
'No man cometh to the FATHER but by me.'
That means a whole lot. It means something to you to realize that you an come to the FATHER by living an Evangelical life. You know it is just so wonderful when you know just what you are and where you stand.
When I began to talk a little while ago, it reminded ME back years ago when I was traveling doing evangelical work, more apparently than now, and I would get in the midst of the congregation of the people, and many times I would say when I would see, feel and know that there were minds trying to bind, I would demand the spirit of the mind of them that were trying to bind, to witness ME. It is Wonderful! That is the great consolation, to know that you have that commanding spirit and to know that you can reach the hearts and minds of the children of men. So, therefore, again I say, Jesus said
'No man cometh to the FATHER, but by me.'
He left a thought there. Jesus dropped that thought, as I before said. He talked like some men could come to the FATHER, did He not? He talked just as if some men could come to the FATHER by Him.
Do you not see that every time I get up to talk or sit down to talk, I stress that point of view, of living an Evangelical life according to the Life and the Teachings of CHRIST, conveying the thought to you that Jesus, the great Love Master, was and is the Wayshower? It is Wonderful! Showing you that no man can come to CHRIST, can come to the FATHER or any other high degree of expression except by Jesus, the great Love Master.
'No man cometh to the FATHER, but by me.'
The same Spirit is speaking today. No man can come to the FATHERSHIP Degree of spiritual understanding except you come through by the Sonship Degree and recognize the CHRIST as the way to the FATHER.
Then I wish to say, there may be those of you that have sought happiness, you have sought peace, you have sought joy, you have sought health, you have sought love, everything else that is good, to satisfy your desire.
But I want to say you have sought it, some through seeking great learning, some through acquiring many friends, some through a political party, social friends and otherwise. It is Wonderful! Some have sought houses and lands, great wealth and great learning, as I say, and many of you have acquired these things still to find yourselves unsatisfied. You are unsatisfied!
I don't care if you acquire millions and millions of dollars, you will still be unsatisfied until you shall have sought the right source and the supply that gives satisfaction to every heart's desire. All of your wealth, all of your learning, all of your friends, all of your religious and all of your kin, will never be able to give you satisfaction unless you come through by the way of CHRIST, the great Love Master. You cannot be satisfied! There isn't any satisfaction! There is no perfect peace for you! There isn't any! Until you recognize your GOD, you will never be satisfied! And humanity has sought, they have sought it. You have sought satisfaction, you have sought peace, you have sought joy and you have sought rest, and you mourned because you found it not. And you will never be satisfied until you make your contact with GOD, your FATHER.
