FATHER DIVINE

PEACE EVERYONE! Righteousness, Justice and Truth -- these Qualities we are keeping active for you. They are on their active duty, going through and through. They will not cease until they have gone through, not only you as individuals, but through the whole Universe. For this cause we can rejoice and we are rejoicing and we are exceedingly glad. While singing that little song, "I have an old-fashioned Love in my heart," I thought of the mystery of the invention of electricity. The invention of electricity was and still is parably speaking, the mystery of Love and GOD'S Spirit. While thinking along that line I thought for consideration, a Thought well worth considering and I thought I would convey it for your consideration. That was and still is: electricity came through by an individual that was radical enough to believe something that was ordinarily unbelievable. Through this radical or unique belief in One, because the soul of the individual responded, the response of the soul of the individual contacted the great Universal Mind Substance and delved into the mystery of GOD'S hidden Mysteries apparently and brought about this new discovery which we are now enjoying. Through by this discovery and invention, millions of new inventions have been discovered and brought to the surface of the conscious mind of men.
By this we find the Spirit as a Living Reality, while the inventions connected with the invention of electricity are parables, parably speaking of the mystery of the Spirit and Love of your Maker. While sitting, as I was speaking this afternoon, I thought of the A. C. and the D.C. current and I thought of how marvelous it is when you can get an instrument that will work on a D.C. if you have D.C. in your home; but if you have a D.C. and only have the A. C. current, it may not work so well. This, I thought I would convey for your consideration -- the significance of the recognition of this great revelation to recognize the mystery of contact -- how the contact should be made scientifically and harmoniously according to the special application and according to the instrument that is to be applied.
While thinking along this line, I thought of attaching your instrument of one current to another; it may not work so well, it may blow out the bulbs, it may cause your electric wires to blow out in your homes and cause the wires to burst. If your fuse is strong to carry it, it may cause an explosion and set your house on fire. So it is with the mystery of this Spirit of GOD'S Infiniteness. When you are trying to contact ME, though it may apparently be harmoniously, if you are functioning in and from a wavelength that is not according to this one which I AM now expressing, your contact may be made, but antagonistically and not harmoniously.
Take these Thoughts to consideration. Suppose you would apply your instrument to D.C. when it is an A. C, or in other words to A. c. when it is a D.C. -- the electricians, especially the experts give warning saying, "Do not by any means, it may cause you to have a fire." Now isn't that Wonderful! Something may explode, the fuse may blow out, or it may overheat, or something of that sort; it is not so good to do it. Now to the reverse, even though you may have your machine built for the current that you have in your home, if you have a ground-wire or a short circuit somewhere in your instrument, even if it is an electric iron it may blow out the fuse, blow out the bulbs if the power is strong enough through the contact -- the fuse whichever. It may cause an explosion of the wire and set your house on fire.
Take these Thoughts for consideration and rightly divide the Word of Truth. All of it may be Truth, but prove yourselves workmen, that you may be able to discern how to make your contact, WHEN to make your contact and on what current also. Oh it is a Wonderful Thought dear ones! At times there are those of you that come and desire to speak to ME at a certain time. The wave lengths may be quite high and you may be functioning in a different wave length. That may be the cause you can't make your contact and you wonder why.
These are scientific Truths for scientific students as well as you. Oh it is a privilege to know the Truth. Everything that is done and accomplished -- all things, whether they be great or small -- they are accomplished firstly by mental and spiritual scientific Truths that must be brought into materialization before you can actually observe them as they are. Hence, when you are trying to make your contact, be sure your instrument is in perfect condition. Be sure you have not a ground wire, or wires connected conflictingly, that it may cause the contact, or cause the transmission of the current to express inharmoniously, by applying that instrument to your electricity when it is not adjusted correctly.
These Thoughts I thought I would convey for your consideration. They may be simple and insignificant thoughts apparently, but if you will take them to consideration and apply your thoughts, your words, your deeds and your actions in the way of contacting ME and others and do it scientifically and harmoniously, you will receive a harmonious result. As I said a little while ago, you may be in the one current and I may be functioning in another. Although you may be in the current in reality, it may not contact ME. If it contacts ME, the reaction of the contact may be inharmonious, because the current is not for your special instrument.
Everything Jesus said and did -- all of His Actions and Words, were parables, parably speaking that men might understand from a scientific point of view and by so doing He could inspire them with an inspiration that would give them understanding to bring about these inventions that we are now enjoying. Had Jesus not spoken in parables and been scientific Himself as an Individual, He would not have transmitted His scientific Spirit to those that were to come after, that they might be inventors and discoverers. Because of this we are now enjoying thousands and thousands of blessings that came through the scientificness of CHRIST your Savior, to be transmitted through His Spirit through the Ages, to this Generation.
Oh it is a privilege to realize, GOD is a Living Factor, no longer something imaginary, as I stress so often, but it is something to consider, GOD is Real, Tangible and Practical. Being Visible, Real, Tangible and Practical, GOD will cause you to be spiritual and mental and also scientific by the Scientific Spirit of His Presence as HE transmits it. Your currents may be different at times. One time you may be expressing in A. c. current and another time you may be expressing in D.C. current. Now study and prove yourselves workmen, rightly dividing the two currents of which I AM speaking, that you might apply your instruments scientifically and intellectually, that they might work harmoniously. If you do, it will be a Blessing for you.
At times you come to this Table when I AM Sitting a Serving and may be made non-scientifically, not speak inharmoniously. Your contact may be made non- scientifically, not according to the Law of the Spirit and the scientific Truth of the Spiritual contact that is essential for your harmonious working and for the advancement of your contact, and the Spiritual awakening that GOD will express within you. When you make the rightful contact, the contact will advance as it draws you closer and causes you to be the expresser of that which you have contacted, if it is harmonious and if it is in the correct current and in and through and from the correct wave-length.
There are many things I could say along this line, but just now I thought I would merely say enough to stir up your pure minds. As you study the Truth concerning all things, you can see that JESUS the CHRIST was the Author and the Finisher we may term it to be, of scientific Truth. As scientific as He was from a Spiritual point of view, even so scientific has He made men through the contact with them and their contact with Him. Oh it is a privilege to realize the Truth. "If you continue in My Word you shall know the Truth and the Truth shall set you free," set you free from all misunderstanding, set you free from all disappointments, from all failures and adverse and undesirable conditions and will establish your going harmoniously in the Land of the Living, where you will be successful and prosperous from every angle expressible.
Oh that man could but learn the significance of it and of making the correct contact and direct his thoughts in the positive direction, through scientific study. These wave-lengths that we are sending our Message through may be wave-lengths that will contact others as well as you, but you must remember, your contact can only be made harmoniously as you come in a harmonious attitude to make the contact. If you come in an antagonistic attitude to make the contact, you may contact it but you will contact it antagonistically and the results will be negation. Now isn't that a Wonderful thought? At times you may call My Attention to things that you are speaking of, or thinking of whichever and you may make the contact harmoniously as I said before, by coming in the wave-lengths that will reach the station that you are directing your thought to at that juncture and not only so but making the contact you may make it from an angle that the current through which you are expressing, can function harmoniously. A D.C. machine will not work so well on the A. c. current will it? I AM stirring up your pure minds. I AM talking along a line that you might be interested in some day, for as scientific Truths are unfolded to you the mystery will be revealed and you will be anxious to receive scientific Truths as they are revealed to you and to others and as they lift you and others through your scientific study.
Oh it is a privilege to stand in the Land of the Living and recognize GOD'S Presence from every angle expressible. GOD can and will meet you on whatsoever plane you are functioning in, but you must stand still and make the contact from whatsoever current and wave-length HE is sending out from the angle that you are expressing, that you might contact HIM harmoniously. Oh it is a Glorious privilege! Then that old fashioned Love -- Love that changes the world from a world of chaos, misery and woe to a world of Joy you long sought for -- causes that which was termed the Earth to be changed into Heaven and that which was the Heaven to be turned into the Earth, for GOD will change that which was mental and spiritual and cause it to be materially manifested. That is why GOD is a Blessing beyond measure, because HE Blesses not only Spiritually, but Blesses Materially and Physically, that GOD might be a Living Reality to every living creature. When GOD said,
'Let everything that has breath, Praise the Lord,'
HE said it not in vain, for even those things that are called inanimate expressions
of life shall eventually Praise GOD even as you do. The time has truly come,
GOD will bring them into subjection to HIM as they are converted by the renewing
of the mind. Even the animal kingdom, they shall hear the Voice of GOD.
Oh it is a privilege to realize, GOD'S Life and GOD'S Love in the animated expression of life and in the inanimated expressions of life, is the same. GOD'S Love is the same, GOD'S Life is the same, but expressing from a lower degree in some of them, than HE is in others. Oh it is a privilege to realize, as GOD expresses in the vegetable kingdom, it is the same Life that is actually expressing in the GOD Kingdom, that has been materially manifested and Personified. You cannot realize the significance of the Life in the vegetable kingdom as you can in the animal kingdom and in the man kingdom and in the GOD Kingdom, but GOD Himself through His condescension will express from every angle expressible according to the respective expressions of life as HE Created the great Creation.
When you know the Truth, it will set you free from all superstition, from all of the mortal versions when they are not according to scientific Truth and will cause you to revel into the Glorious Liberty of the Sons of GOD, where you will be able to be one with your Maker and at Home with Him. That is what I AM doing now through the condescension of the Infinite Spirit, Life and Love. GOD'S Compassion and Love for mankind have brought these Qualities into expression and brought you into the recognition of GOD'S Presence as a Living Reality. By you realizing GOD as a Living Reality, GOD causes the desirable Qualities of His Creation and all desirable expressions, to become to be a Living Reality as you recognize the Reality of GOD in your personal presence. Just as REAL as you see GOD, even so Real can GOD and will GOD allow your realness to be, concerning the desirable things and expressions of His Creation; and as real as you are toward the desirable expressions of His Creation, the desirable expressions of His Creation will be equivalently the same to you, for GOD will make things real as you are to them. GOD will make them real to you, according to your real thoughts concerning Him. If you observe GOD as something imaginary and non- real, you cannot bring into actuality the reality of the desirable things you have been seeking. You cannot make them real, because you make them real or GOD will make them real, according to the realness of your thoughts concerning the CHRIST of them.
I heard you sing this early Evening -- "FATHER DIVINE is REAL." I heard you say, "I cannot live without Him," and I heard you say, "I would die if I doubt Him." Your real thoughts concerning GOD, as you realize such a recognition, will cause the realness of things to be your experience and you will experience them as you recognize Him as a Living Reality. Now isn't that Wonderful! As I looked and Beheld the millions that are sincere Believers -- as they observed ME Individually as an Individual of Perfection expressed and manifested, they brought into actuality the reality of Perfection for themselves. Now isn't that Wonderful!
'As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.'
This is a Biblical quotation that cannot be criticized. I AM making real every
Word Jesus said and I AM causing it to be a Living Reality to those that Believe
and even to those that believe not, if they see and hear My Words -- that is
to say, if they see ME and hear My Words, for the Words will be made so plain
it will be a matter of impossibility for them not to understand. They MUST understand,
for I will Speak in their understanding, that their understanding will be obliged
to take it. Oh it is Wonderful!
My Words are contagious and as I speak not only to the individual as a person, I speak in their understanding and as I speak in your understanding, your understanding will take on all of My Words, My Thoughts and My Ideas and Opinions, for they are contagious. That is why you apparently lose control of yourself as a person, but mentally and spiritually you lose control of yourself and are caught up in the wave- lengths of GOD'S Infiniteness and lose your identity completely. This is the only way for Victory!
While sitting and thinking of how marvelous it is to see the millions wherein CHRIST has been Resurrected -- parably speaking, to see millions Resurrected, but the CHRIST in them has been Resurrected -- I heard Christendom say, "I know He has Risen, for He has Risen in my soul." I heard one say,
'I know that my Redeemer Liveth, for He Liveth in my soul.'
This has become to be a Living Reality and the Truth concerning the matter has
been established. You can declare it to the Nation, CHRIST has in reality been
Resurrected, for in you He is Living. Oh it is a privilege dear ones, to realize,
every positive spoken Word can become a conception, as the mystery of a conception
is parably speaking of the mystery of the real conception, that which is of the
flesh and of the Earth, earthly. These expressions are only parables of the mystery
of the true mental and spiritual conception. Oh it is a privilege to realize
the Truth as I explain it to you.
GOD is speaking in parables. GOD, through the invention of electricity, was speaking in the parable of His Holy Spirit and how the Spirit could and would be transmitted and how many other expressions of His Spirit and the Creative Forces of Nature would express scientifically from a mental and spiritual point of view, as the invention of electricity was brought through. The microphone was not firstly invented when the invention of electricity was first invented, but as the action or actions of electricity were scientific, as they were scientific and worked harmoniously and unfolded many mysteries, it brought through many new and old inventions that had been hid from Ages. GOD today, is actually bringing through many things since the descension of the Holy Spirit -- since the Holy Spirit descended -- many expressions of that will be applied to the invention or discovery of the CHRIST, His Spirit in the hearts and bodies of the children of men.
Everything has become to be a Living Reality. All things are real and practical to those that are scientific Truth students, studying the mystery of things from the Spiritual realm, how GOD condescended to bring them down to the material plane that they might be practical and good for the children of men. If you live in this recognition, this Evening, no doubt there will come forth some revelation as an inspiration, in other words some inspiration as a revelation, that you might observe something that has been hid for Ages. I AM calling scientific Truth into expression. It is into expression, but I AM calling it forth into action in your consciousness and in your consideration, that your mental eyes might be opened to get the inspiration as termed a revelation, that you might bring forth some great invention, some composition, or some expression that will come from the Invisible.
Just think of the inventions that are commonly looked upon now as something material. They came from the Invisible, through the positive and sincere thoughts of men. They came from the invisible mental and spiritual realm, but they were brought into observation by that one and those men that were radical enough to search for those things that were unbelievable. While they sought for them they found them. This is also Evangelical. "Seek and ye shall find, knock and the door shall be opened." Knock at the door of discovery, knock at the door of revelations and inspirations. They all will be opened to you if you knock harmoniously and make the correct, rightful contact. The transmissions of these revelations will come forth into expression and you will get a new revelation or inspiration to bring about new compositions, new discoveries, and new inventions. The Fount of GOD'S Omniscience this Evening, is freely flowing for all of His Children. With Joy you can draw from the mystery of these Truths I AM speaking to you. You can draw with Joy, for the Glow of GOD'S Ray has glowed upon you and the Rays of His Glow now shine within, ready to reveal something, ready to bring from the invisible, mystical and imaginary realm into outer expression, that something you have been seeking.
"Oh for a heart that will not shrink!" If you have a heart that is "submissive, meek and sweet," the mystery will be revealed. If you will harmoniously contact ME through the wave-lengths from whence I AM expressing -- harmoniously contact ME with that current and that instrument that was made for this current that I AM functioning in, I will reveal something that has been hid from all mankind, for the time has truly come, GOD has Glorified His Son.
'Glorify Thou me,'
said He,
'with Thee, with the same Glory I had with Thee before the world was.'
The Glory of GOD is now revealed. It is revealing His Infinite Love. The Glows
of GOD'S Rays and the Rays of His Glows - - HE has directed His Rays on you;
HE is directing the Glow of His Love as it glows and rays upon you. Recognize
these Truths and the Truth to you will be Real, no longer something imaginary,
but I will make them living Realities in your present lives wheresoever you are.
Oh for a heart -- a heart of truth, a heart of sincerity, a heart of reality, of realness, a heart that is determinated, substantiated, and unshaken in confidence; a heart that is willing to make a complete surrender, a heart that will no longer yield, a heart that will not yield to the mortal fancies, a heart that will trust and rely on the infinite wholeheartedly, a heart that will give ME all the love. Oh it is a privilege dear ones! A perfect heart! A pure heart! A loving heart! A faithful heart! A meek heart! A mild heart! A kind heart! A heart that always shall prevail in victory and harmony with the infinite, by living it sincerely. I thank you. (Accompanying FATHER'S words had come a mighty demonstration among the masses and at the conclusion there was an unforgettable scene as thousands were drawn to that Holy Body.)
