The Mount of the House of the Lord
"Mortality could not understand it but it was essential to depict something very explicit, appealing and appeasing, of an expression of PURITY and of Holiness, Incorruptible and Undefiled and Untouched by Mortality! Therefore, GOD, as in the beginning of the Creation of this dispensation did pick a VIRGIN Absolutely Untouched as far as mortality is concerned, to depict the mystery of the Scripture in the fulfilment of it, HE did not take a harlot! It would not have been an expression in the fulfilment of the Scripture as the Perfect Picture although I AM the REDEEMER and the SAVIOR of harlots as well as virgins! But GOD did not pick out a harlot nineteen hundred years ago! HE did not pick out Jezebel, neither any of the lewd women; but HE chose MARY, the untouched one, a Perfect VIRGIN that could stand a physical examination by any physician and could be proven to be a PURE VIRGIN BRIDE! Aren't you glad!
"Therefore, the mystery of GOD was revealed, though it was a mystery in the parable the Apostle was speaking when he said it in the fifth chapter of Ephesians, twenty-fourth to twenty-seventh verses! Read it carefully and conscientiously and sincerely! You can see he was not speaking of mortality! It was not so from the beginning! Can you not see the mystery? There is just as much difference in a virgin and a harlot and other prostitutes and ill-famed persons, as there is in chalk and cheese, although I did come to save them all! But I Came to Unite them to the CHURCH REDEEM them and SAVE them, as the hundred and forty and four thousand follow the LAMB whithersoever HE goeth; HE redeemed them from among men and caused them, as men, not to be defiled with women, but made them virgins! Then they were worthy to be in the number and under the calling of the Marriage Supper of the LAMB!
