"You find when I speak I AM calling for the Unity of the Spirit, of Mind, of Aim and of Purpose; that inspiration that inspired the inspired ones who drafted the Constitution for the foundation of a government that would secure and safeguard real unity and tranquility. For this cause we rejoice to be in the making as well as the recipients of what the makers have made and established for the people. The Spirit of this very movement was the foundation of our Constitution the inspiration and the real composition of it but they do not realize that which was done by the Spirit must be reincarnated to be actually fulfilled effectively.
"They speak of our "fathers," our "forefathers" and the "pilgrim fathers" and others as portraying the way for a more perfect union and to safe-guard and protect our freedom and the prospect of freedom forever; but they do not stop to consider, the reincarnation of the very inspiration of such a proposal and composition must be made a living reality before you can get the real effect of it; the very inspiration that motivated the foundation and the establishment of our government in righteousness; the Spirit that motivates every true and real American citizen. But this Spirit must be quickened; in other words, awakened, reincarnated and established within the person and persons before they can feel the reality of it; the same as those of the religious world they must be partakers of the supernatural Presence of the Organizer and the Founder of Christianity. That Spirit must be imbibed, awakened or quickened within before you can express your real citizenry of a Christian Movement of the Christian movement whichever.
"Until that Spirit is awakened within, you cannot express your real citizenry of Christianity, but you still may be called Christians; yet until the Spirit within is awakened and quickened you do not have the Nature and the Characteristics of your Savior!
"The Nature and the Characteristics of CHRIST come forth into expression as you are awakened into the recognition and the realization of a new birth of GOD in the religious world, or religious conviction; and when this is made real in your experience you become to be the outward expresser of that Inner Awakened Spirit that will control you and hereafter motivate your life and direct you in the way you should go.
"Americanism is second to Christianity as an expression of how you should be converted into Americanism by the recognition and the realization of your Constitution and by expressing your Independence individually until the very Spirit of Americanism is awakened within you. This happens to be the experience of the majority of My followers because of the stressing of righteousness, of truth and of justice under the Constitution and its Amendments. They are quickened and the Spirit of Americanism is awakened within them and they become to be American citizens characteristically and dispositionally because of the quickening Spirit of that of which has been stressed so vividly and has been resurrected within them. So it really means something to go from place to place and preach the doctrine of Americanism
"When the Spirit of it has been actually quickened within the hearts and lives of the people, they too will harmonize with you. They too will be partakers of the Spirit and the Meaning of the Constitution because they stress it, they live it and they think it vividly and they take it as a matter of course. They teach it in the schools to some degree merely as representatives of government of our nation or country; but when they take it into sincere consideration and have been actually awakened into this recognition they are no longer merely readers of the documents but they are real converts into such a government that these great documents represent. And under such you become to be controlled automatically and the righteousness of the Law of the Constitution is made a living reality within you, for it is written,
'He shall magnify the Law and make it honorable!'
"Where it had not been made honorable by the dishonest, by you being honest, competent and true and using the constitution as your protection to do so and by emphasizing, advocating and stressing the Truth you are advocating, you are making the Law honorable and magnifying it in the consideration of other nations. So it is a privilege to live in this recognition.
"Hence, as we assemble in the different places weekly, representing our Righteous Government Movement and our Righteous Government Forums, we are representing the Constitution and its Amendments and the great Spiritual Awakening of true Americanism as well as that which is commonly termed religion, for by Americanism we live, move and we act personally and are controlled personally thereby.
"For this cause we rejoice; but at times I feel when I do not see the general public interested in government, when they seen to be disinterested in government and disinterested in religion; in other words, disinterested in the advancement of righteousness according to the teaching of CHRIST; which is to say disinterested in Evangelical living, it causes you at times to stop and consider, if others will not live it you will go on and completely ignore them; for if they are not coming on and you are looking and waiting for them you are not going on. But as you must go on and you cannot tarry, why naturally, politically, legally, socially, mentally and spiritually you cannot stop in the plains; you must go on to Perfection and develop and bring to fruition the Perfect Ideal of life politically, socially, intellectually and otherwise, and yet bring it all into subjection to the Spirit, the Mind and the Will of GOD!
"By this we shall have a Righteous Government, and if others do not go, you can go on and win the victory over oppositions even though they may bring seeming crises among you in the land whichever; but if you know you have taken a stand to do that which is just and right and go politically, legally, religiously and otherwise if GOD is for you, who can be against you? in other words, none can be against you!
"Then I say, just continue to lift up a standard, this of which I have expressed, and to you it will be a living reality even if others are failures!"
