Righteousness marches on - In the hearts and lives of men, - Doing works of wonder, - Accomplishing its ends; - Making mankind upright, - Competent and true, - Transmitted from the Heart and Mind - Of GOD, our FATHER, to you!

WE have a firm foundation - On which to build our trust; - - A license and a power - That is all authority; - A faith that is unshakable, - Determination grim and strong, - To do our FATHER'S bidding - And keep Righteousness MARCHING ON!

Righteousness is marching on; - Righteousness is marching on! - Be firm, be brave, undaunted; - Do right, live right, march on! - Let Righteousness be your banner - Let Justice be your shield, - And let Truth be your motto, - For Righteousness is MARCHING ON!

PEACE, EVERYONE! That little composition could be considered and dedicated as a memorial to the composition as an issue and an expression:

'Righteousness--Marches On!'

'In the hearts and lives of men.'

No doubt a good many of you had not heard the word and the saying in the way of a composition as a motto, and yet as an issue to be considered, before I mentioned it here in New Paltz.

'RIGHTEOUSNESS--MARCHES ON!'

From the time of the dedication of this place here as a model home and as a foundation of righteous government in business and in the social and intellectual world, I brought forth that little composition for the consideration of the people to establish righteousness, according to the scripture, and before the foundation and dedication of this particular building, the spirit of MY Presence in righteousness was marching. It was marching on in the hearts and lives of the people from one unfoldment to the other, to bring about righteousness in all activity.

For this cause I called it to the attention of the hearts and the minds of millions:

'RIGHTEOUSNESS--MARCHES ON!'
